Booked the accommodation for the Hoka Marathon and my niece’s birthday, and we were happy we chose the hotel as the location is so convenient to the starting/end point of the race and we were able to jump back to our beds after the run. Also walking distance to SM Mall of Asia (approx. 800m)

Fast check in, comfortable room, and very considerate staff in helping out with shuttle transport services. Highly recommended

The first 4 nights were really quiet and peaceful. But the 5 and 6 nights, we couldn’t sleep because the people next door were so loud from 2am until 7am. We called the front desk, did not do anything at all then the 6th day it happened again, we called front desk twice, they did not do anything again..then my husband went downstairs to complained and that’s only time they called the people next door.
Two days with no sleeps, we’re so tired.
Hopefully the managements will do something. If the guests complains, the front desk or whoever is responsible should act fast. It doesn’t look good on your business. Not sure if we’re going back to stay here again.

We did not have a good experience while staying at the hotel due to lost items and we felt like the place was not helpful in recovering our lost wallet

My wife and daughters stayed here for 3 days before flying back to Canada. My wife said the staff were amazing with their detail to service and help when one of my daughters didn't feel well. The room was very comfortable and the pool was great. They enjoyed their stay overall.

Location location location. 1st time booking at Tryp, general info upon booking is that it’s close to MOA. For people like me who don’t mind walking, it is doable to do so going to MOA and other nearby restaurants and fastfood joints. It’s safe to do morning walks or jogs. The room was quite spacious compared to similar hotels w similar price ranges. Basic amenities are provided. The room has a nice view of the bay (despite the reclamation) and the night view of the city. The Staff are friendly and attentive.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms so didn’t get much sleep for 2 nights . Took awhile for staff to quiet other rooms by 2am .

The TRYP hotel is closed to MNL airport & the biggest shopping Mall of Asia. Beside shopping, you can also find a lot of restaurants & spas in walking distance. The room is not very big but decent for a short stay in Manila.

We found the room to be just perfect for our family. It was very clean and the view was great.
The only downsides were:
1. A broken handle on the window.
2. The seat next to the window was slightly broken on one side.
3. The walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbors and they will hear you.

The only thing I doesn’t like the restroom very small ,but the staff is nice and facilities is good ,they just charge 2,600 pesos to the airport which too pricey .

Bed was bad. As they just put two beds together to make a queen size bed. Woke up with a bad backache. And the mattress keeps on moving away from the headboard

This is close to Seaside Mall and overlooking the Manila Bay. The only thing that I was a little bit disappointed ( the staff said that part of their policies) was that I was only given 2 extra hours of my loss day due to the typhoon. I was delayed for almost a day to check in because there was no bus/car allowed to travel from Baguio to Manila due to the flooding caused by typhoon. anyway , I am still thankful that I was given 2 extra hours the following day ..overall, it is a good place except it is kind of noisy during the night when people were talking as they were walking on the aisle going to their rooms.

The male front desk receptionist was rude, bias and very selective on helping guests, wasn’t helpful at all, and gave us wrong information.
Our family has been staying in this hotel every time we are in the area and we love it that we always come back until this stay.
Thank goodness for Marie, an excellent front desk receptionist for doing above and beyond to help our family checked in and be comfortable with our stay, without judging and not looking down on us. Was never treated so poorly in this establishment until this stay here.

My family had a great experience in our stay in TRYP Wyndham. From the moment we stepped in the staff and the service were excellent. The room is clean and comfortable with the view of the bay and the city. Their dining options are also good. It’s also conveniently close to shopping and restaurants and the airport. I have to mention the staff who took care of our check in, Edison - he was amazing and so did the lady greeter in the entrance of the gate.

the hotel is less than a mile away from the mall and they have shuttle for the area. we were in the 4th floor (we booked a cityscape view) but can not view so much the city. anyway, the room, the hotel is great and the staff are very helpful…

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We had some minor issues with the AC staying on at night and it was a bit noisy in the hallways and other rooms at night. Could be because there were a lot of family’s on our floor.
