Front desk- let’s say did not go out of their way to be friendly or nice. Condition of the outside of the property bordered on condemned but the inside of the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Zone line (hvac) unit made noise all night and No Hot Water

We liked how well lite the property was at night. The staff person was a very hard worker who took care of our questions and help us greatly. I was really impressed with her and thank her for being so kind to us. Some of the rooms are much better than others. Our initial room had some issues but the room we were placed in after our issues could not be resolved was much better and we were quickly accommodated.

The property was a last minute choice and I was a little disappointed with the quality of this location. The area is off the highway and close to gas station. Nothing to highlight other than the staff, and breakfast was what I’m used to at other Quality Inn’s. The room was very musty smelling. And albeit clean sheets on the bed, it’s owners may certainly want to update the furniture decor. Parts broken, and very dated. Air worked, amenities fair, and the security door lock was broken off. Price didn’t reflect what I was expecting from a Choice Hotel property.

I was expecting a more updated version of Quality Inn but it was not. The room had a musk smell, the chairs were tearing up, and the bathroom was tiny. The bed comforter was soiled underneath. The daily breakfast was okay. We needed room service with a vacuum! Overall about a 2 stars

The place is in need of a serious remodeling . The staff were polite but the place is just run down . Holes in the ceilings , no security latch/bar on the door . Rooms smelled stuffy

The room smelled of mold and very strong and unpleasant cleaning products. The tiled floors were greasy and slick. The furniture was dilapidated and the towels and cloths were very old and stained. The smell from the air conditioning unit put out such a terrible smell of mold it made us feel ill. There was a lot of noise all night long coming from the surrounding rooms.

It was not an easy property to get into. The front office greeter seemed like she was not wanting to work. Carpet was not clean properly. There was no ironing board. Could not close the door to the bathroom. Stopper in tub was broken. Told front desk and maid that I needed the ironing board never got one. When I asked about a refund the lady at the front desk said it was not refundable. I had to inform her that I paid for the protection. Bottom line is I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

The air conditioner was leaking into the room so we avoided that 1/3 of our room's soaked carpet. Dirty towel left in bathroom from previous guests. We arrived late so did not bother to let them know bc my family was in the adjacent room also. We got up early for the breakfast and it was good. I tried to get a receipt for both rooms but unable to find anyone. When I finally found her, she was abysmal. Very rude and non responsive to me even though i was standing in front of her. She was preoccupied with putting away breakfast item and pointed me to a SIGN AT THE DESK. The sign read, "If you need help, knock on the kitchen door" So I went to knock on the door, which she was standing in, and asked, where is the front desk person? She replied, I am the front desk person, READ THE SIGN. I said, I did read the sign! How can i get any help? NO REPLY FROM HER AND NO RESPONSE. I went back to the front desk and waited a couple more minutes at the desk until she came over. NO INTERACTION. JUST STOOD THERE. I said "I thought there was no way you could possibly be the front desk person because you saw me 10 minutes ago and did not attempt to respond! Dirty motel, run down, no attention to customer service. ... i could go on. I have been in customer service over 40 years, she does not belong anywhere that she would interact with people. Don't even THINK ABOUT staying here, YOU WILL REGRET IT

Overall the room was in a bit of a rough shape. The biggest issue was that it had many flies and mosquitoes around the room and on the bed. There was mold in the room as well. Some other issues like a broken sync and an extremely sensitive shower handle made this a poor choice for an overnight stay.

Facility is in need of updates and far cry from clean. Did not have a safety lock on the door. It was missing. Front desk clerk had a bit of an attitude. Beds were comfortable. Will not return.

Property was right on the highway, area a little questionable but no big deal. There was a group of folks drinking and partying at a nearby picnic table close to our room. It was late and my wife was concerned they were locals and not staying at the hotel. Night clerk assured us that they were staying, so things were ok. Just unsettling.

We were concerned about staying at this hotel based on previous reviews. Happy to say the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean and a good shower. Having said that… it is completely run down and in desperate need of some TLC. Paint peeling off doors, rusted toilet paper holder, incomplete paint job in rooms. The area in general is run down a sketchy.

While there had been efforts to upgrade the room, and it was clean, there was significant water damage surrounding the air conditioning unit, and the room was so humid that the sheets were damp. The ceiling had separated in three different areas. As two women traveling alone (one age 62), we were placed in a back corner outside room that was surrounded by trash dumpsters. Overall, not a good experience.

Our experience was not so good at this hotel. It is completely run down! The property needs a huge renovation. It was not worth the price! I can tell the owner just doesn’t care! My room needed to be cleaned the gnats owned the place. The only reason it gets a two star is because of the hot water!

The paint was peeling off the front door, the room smelled, the deadbolt was broken and the baseboards were broken in several places. Also, the listed amenities included a gym but there was not one on the property. Just a terrible experience!

The hostess who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly and efficient. Parking right outside our room was convenient. The breakfast area is large and bright. Our room was quiet and a good choice as we stopped-over in Forrest City for the night.

We got there and found a motel, it didn’t seem to have an elevator and the few times I went up and down the stairs I tripped due to them being slightly irregular. The staff seemed friendly and eager to help. Ultimately, we left an hour after arrival, not so much due to the hotel, but more due to the area. My daughter just did not feel safe nor did she feel like she could leave her car parked with all of her things in it parked there over night. Since this was more an issue with us and not the hotel we decided to check out and not press for a refund. TLDR, it’s in the ghetto, the building is passable, the staff was eager to help.

We stayed just for a place to sleep. The bed was really comfy. The breakfast was hot with biscuits and gravy, sausage links, prepared eggs and waffles, plus all the cold items you would expect. I would stay again.
