It was cold in the room and took the whole night to warm up. We had to get up early so didnt sleep.

It was god awful. I kicked off my shoes and within seconds my socks were black and filled with hair. Hardly any soap or shampoo. I made a path from the bed to the bathroom with the towels so I didn’t have to walk on the floor after my shower. I really had no other options but to make it through the night there. Drunks everywhere and a real unsafe feeling. My wife was even hit on by a man with a bottle in a paper bag while we attempted to get onto the elevator.

From the time i checked in to the time i checked out continous banging door slamming noises through out night noises 4 am to 10am when i left. Hallway caroets disgusting. For 130 a night should be more pleasing more presentable plus receptionst was not friendly was and looked annoyed

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The lobby furniture was filthy. The carpet in the hallways were filthy, littered with trash and dry gum. When i got to my 1st room, as soon as i opened the door, there was an awful smell, like the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed coverings had stains and the floor was sticky. I told Justice at the front desk (who was an amazing person). Justice gave me another room. It smelled clean, but really wasn't. After my sin and i took a shower, we noticed that walking from the shower to the bed, that the bottom of our feet got filthy. I decided to lay towels across the floor, from the bathroom to the bed area. When i looked at the floor and under the bed, it looked liked tye floor hadn't been seept or washed in quite sometime. There was food debris, trash and other debris along the floor, and under the furniture throughout the room. The next day, i told the front desk girl about the issue and asked if someone could wash my floor, even giving a tip of $5.00 to do so. When my son and i got home that evening, the floor was never washed. Also, i had to clean the pubic hair out of the unwashed shower.

Room Size Was Great. Room Was Clean, But Could Use A Deep Cleaning. Did Not Receive Adequate Amount Of Toiletries And Towels. Hallway Carpet Was Filthy And Needs Replaced! Noisy Neighbors Across Hall And Above Us. Seems As If The Hotel Has Some Permanent Residents There?/?

It was the most terrible hotel in my life. It was a place for homeless family. Very small room. Poor bed. No dishes and utensils. No towels. Smells. Dirty. No room service. Severe noise from Highway 95. Rough people. It was hell to us.

This place was disgusting. No pillow cases, no shower curtain, pee all over the toilet seat, dirty towels and trash littered in the hallway. Not to mention the walls were paper thin and I could hear noise from both rooms on either side of me. Neighbors were blaring music and screaming until atleast 230am. The $180 price tag for a one night stay is criminal. I will never return and will make a point of going out of my way to advise others to do the same. This property has zero standards and must be managed by slum lords.

The hallways have greasy, stained carpeting and were smelly. The linens on the bed were clean, but threadbare and worn. The accessory sofa bed had large rips and tears in the vinyl fabric, so bad you would not sit on it. There was only one bath towel for a reservation with two adults. We would never stay in an Extended Stay facility again, no matter how cheap the price.

Room was nice but very unsanitary. The floor was filthy and wet as well as it had a foul oder. Walking from the bed to the shower left the bottom of our feet extremely dirty. The remote was still slimy from previous guest I’m assuming. Cannot upload the photos for some reason but I’m willing to share!

Front desk staff were super nice. Bed and bathroom were clean. That’s all I can say positive. Room floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Getting out of shower had to stand on towel and get fully dressed or your feet would be filthy, leisure chair fabric was torn and tattered. The hallway carpets were filthy and not vacuumed from the looks of it in weeks. Trash overflowing everywhere. Holes in hallway walls. But for price you get what you pay for.

The whole place was a complete disappointment. From the smell of dog urine in the carpets down the hallways. To every single floor being sticky with some sort of substance. Be grab and go breakfast was a joke granola bar one bag of oatmeal and both containers of coffee were stone cold nobody was at the counter to help anybody. Even the room floors felt sticky and wet all the time. Not to mention there was no towels when we arrived no shampoo or soap barely enough toilet paper to use one time. And a pile of dirty towels outside of our room which stayed there for the entire stay. Very loud Neighbors sounded like some sort of gym weights were being dropped on the floor every 10 to 15 minutes. Overall is just a terrible experience. Would really appreciate a refund.

unfortunately, I can not give a good review of this place, starting with the receptionists who acted not friendly at all. the room was ok. the bathroom shower curtain was filthy, and the extractor fan was not working. it produced a terrible noise. we like very much the kitchen appliances and the bed.

Our room had been serviced but it was not clean. Specially, the floor was filthy and the bathtub not cleaned. We asked for a different room but none were available. A discount was offered. All public areas were dirty. Specifically, all hallway carpets were very dirty and stained, elevator landings and elevator floors were dirty. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

Did not stay a night there. They are refunding me the stay. Room smelled of heavy use of bleach but the toilet was filthy. So not sure what was cleaned. Went downstairs and complained and they refunded my stay. I left and looked elsewhere for a room.

We had cockroaches in our room and the manager was to refund us one night, however upon returning home we found cockroaches in our suitcases and are now in our homes. I have contacted the hotel 3 times by email and once by phone and have asked for a full refund. No reply yet.

Front desk receptionist were unprofessional and joking around while i was waiting to get checked in. The hotel room itself was disgusting, smelled weird, not cleaned well. The bathroom did not have a curtain, didn’t close, and was a hole in the bathroom door. Definitely will not be returning.

The hotel is totally incompetent. The electrical outlets didn’t work. Drugs were sold in the parking lot. The FREE breakfast consist of cold coffee and stale granola bars. The front desk lost the room reservation after confirming both the room and 3rd party incidental form they require. Front desk had the nerve to say they were going to charge me extra for giving the wrong spelling of the name. DO NOT STAY HERE you’d be better sleeping in your car

Rooms were absolutely unclean. Sink drain was completely blocked. The arm chair and the mini couch were utterly pilfered. You can see the pictures for theselve. No body should be subjected to this type of unhospitable conditions even as a non-paying visitor and we were extorted here. I rented three different rooms over the course of the las 14 days for myself and my team, and it has been a regret to withness Exteded Stay facility in this type of deplorable condition. Seems to be Only interested in getting into customer's wallets and really short on the services, amenities and the promise of hospitality. Will hotels.com abate this?

One of the terrible stay i had in this property. Most of the items in this property was either damaged or not usable. The window blind was broken, the couch and the chair's was so old that it started to fall off their skin. There was water clogging problemin both at the wash basine and at the shower drain. Also, there was no coordination between the staff in this property. One day before my check out, i had requested for a late check out. But that message was not passed on to the next person in shift, resulting during the day of my check out, 4 different person at 4 different interval had knocked at my door asking me to leave the room, i had to explainall of them that i have asked for a late check out, all of them left saying they will check and let me know but at the end i got so annoyed by this, that i left at 12. Terrible stay, uterly nonsense behavior from the staff,

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, the room was dirty , when you ask for this that should have been in the room they tell you that they are out or the people there steel them. We were there three days and the same trash was in the hallway the whole time, the never cleaned the common areas the grab and go breakfast was a joke , just granola bars and coffee, the bed only had two pillows for two people and when asked for another one they said they don’t have any , people permanently living there as that that was their apartment and their kids were running up and down the hallways all night long staff at the hotel did not do anything about it. Avoid this place at all cost is not worth the money.

Floors were dirty. No cups in bathroom, no kitchen amenities. Silverware (2 forks and a spoon) in a dirty drawer. The carpet in the hall looked like big grease spots in front of the doors. Very off putting! A tiny bottle of shampoo. Only benefit were beds were pretty comfy and good AC.

Checked in was told I couldn't yet because no rooms were ready. I told them I will not be coming back until midnight (concert) and all in a sudden they were able to give me a card key because the doors lock at 11pm. Its a good thing i did stop in to and try to check or I would come at 12 midnight and been locked out! I was also told the $100 deposit would be refunded in 30 days. 30 Days is crazy! Floor in room was sticky all over. This room has a full kitchenette, but not a single chair or table in room. It looked like something was in the corner and was taken out of the room. Never again would I stay at this place!
