We have stayed in a few 25 hour hotels, we generally love the offering. However there were a few disappointing issues. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, with a bathtub on it, which couldn’t actually be used because it’s winter and the water wasn’t on. The balcony had a plant pot with growing weeds, a single seat and a dirty ashtray. Not the most appealing. During our stay the streaming service just didn’t work, when we asked we were told its new and there were issues they couldn’t fix. It meant that most of the weekend we had someone streaming Norwegian and Dutch programmes on the streaming service and we only managed to connect our Netflix twice. We also returned to our room one day where someone had used our toilet despite us having been out all day. One evening we came back, after the room being cleaned, the bath mat had been put in the shower and the shower left running through the smaller spray-hose, meaning the bathmat was drenched. We also really wanted to use the bar but we couldn’t get served the two times we tried. The bar seemed to cater for external non-hotel guests having events. The saving grace is the breakfasts and the staff serving each morning. They offer a great selection of foods, cooked and cold options and incredible attentive staff, who can’t do enough. The reception staff are also great despite not being able to help with the tv issues or offering to come and re-clean our bathroom.

Roof top bar and restaurant is beautiful! Hotel cafe is good. Rooms clean. Location is a 3 minute walk to the metro stop which takes you to the city and water front. A convenient option as you can buy your ticket on the metro with a credit card. There is a wonderful cafe Coffee Lab 1 minute walk, as well as a small convenience store a couple more doors from there. Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Convenient location 5 min walk from the S bahn station. Overall the hotel appears nice and new.
Room had a decent size, but the layout is a mess. The bathroom design in particular was terrible. Otherwise nice decor and comfortable bed.
Service wasn't amazing, unfortunately.

Solid hotel with boutique rooms and decor - stayed one night did not use breakfast, bar or restaurant. Area ok but not much close. Taxi to town 10-15 mins.

Average hotel. No room service ok rooms but not very practical design.

Great property, I liked the room and the bar
8.0
Nice modern hotel with 17th floor bar / club with great views of the city.
Approx 30 minute walk to old town.
Room was not cleaned as promised on day 2 and mini bar not restocked but this was not a problem.
We checked in late and staff were lovely and helpful, they also arranged twin bed instead of double when i messaged them beforehand.
5.0
Nice room and great staff. About a 20 minute walk from the main train station but there's a local stop which takes you to the main station in a few minutes plus the U-Bahn/Tram which goes to the old town in a few minutes, so the hotel is well connected and located. Some decent restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Would stay again.

4 nights for 2 in small but comfortable room with balcony, lovely underfloor heating for bathroom area and toilet
Great hotel, good bar on top floor with great views plus good restaurant.
Breakfast was only element I felt they could improve on for 29 euro each

Nice and comfy hotel good for business travel.

Beautifully designed hotel, but unfortunately completely unfunctional. No closet, just a shelf in front of the TV. So you can either watch TV or hang your clothes on hangers. Hardly any space for personal belongings. An open bathroom for no privacy at all, only the toilet was in a separate room. Very small bed, bad for two average sized adults. Neither of us slept well during our entire stay. The gyms facilities were really sad for a new hotel. Instead of dumbbells you can use bags filled with sand....
Parking is $25 for the night, street parking is available but the area is busy and you have to pay for it. Breakfast is $29 but there are several good options around the hotel.

I visited the 25hours hotel in connection with a fair. I appreciated that they had a great French restaurant and a nice rooftop bar to visit in the evenings. It was also close to several nice restaurants nearby. Very satisfied and will definitely return to any of the chain's hotels worldwide.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities loved the room and the funky bar on the 17th floor would recommend

Good location just off from the main road. Lots of restaurant options close to the hotel. Convenient hotel parking garage. Enjoyed the hotel bar and restaurant. We had our flight canceled and the hotel was very accommodating with booking an additional night.
6.0
The restaurant/bar on the 16th/17th floor are pleasant. The rooms are a bit awkward, tired, dusty. The hotel is not in the most convenient part of town aside from being a short walk from a rail station.

Good location and great room

Great cool exclectic venue in Dusseldorf, strategically located close to downtown with excellent public transportation.
The peculiarity of the hotel are the friendlyness of staff, the interor design and the amazing rooftop facilities (SPA, bar, restaurant,..).
Rooms are large and with huge windows for admiring the DUS Skyline.
Breakfast is good, unfortunately with few sweet options (just good healthy stuff! ^_^)
Restaurants and lounge bar are excellent

We were suprised there were no separate bathroom and would appreciated if that was communicated in the information of the hotel. We managed to receive an extra duna to keep it a little private while taking a shower.
Appart from that we enjoyed the good breakfast buffet and amazing views, the unique style of hotel/rooms. Stayed 4 nights but did not spend time in the hotel apart from breakfast, sleeping and one visit to the bar in top floor with amazing views at night.
Used elbikes to get to and from city center, pluss easy access to nearby train station. Apx 30 euros with taxi from/to airport.
Reception guy exceptional helpful when reserving us tickets to a coal mine museum in Essen. Fully enjoyed our stay and could stay here again if travelling with a partner, but not family or friends due to the bathroom setup.
4.0
Very nice hotel with cool and quirky design. My room was on the seventh floor with a view to the rail tracks, which proved to be a bit noisy with the window open but quite with the window closed. Nice bar at the top floor, breakfast was good if not outstanding, they have a free minibar but mine was only stocked with water and local beer and a kinder, so I would not boast about it like they do. A bit far from the center to walk but public transport is nearby, restaurant was closed on a Sunday evening. Parking relatively pricey at € 21 per day in their underground car park.

Design hétéroclite. Vue incroyable sur la ville de Düsseldorf. Propre. Douche agréable. Seul commodité manquante était le conditionner pour les cheveux.

The hotel is very chic with retro design. I had a great room in a high floor looking over Düsseldorf. The service was also very friendly and amazing. Had an amazing stay overall!

Cool hotel. Quirky and nicely designed. Fun features in room (Bluetooth speaker, record player, etc). Would have liked coffee in the room but not a deal breaker. Overall nice stay.
