Accor Hotels needs to properly train its hard working staff, especially in the restaurants.

Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos.

I was stay 10 days at room 223, it was an amazing resort, the beach was nice and clean, nice view, the room was so clean and absolutely spacious and comfortable with every single thing. The staff was so friendly and respectful, even Mr. Patrice Laudrein who is the General Manager of Premier Village came to the Market Restaurant breakfast buffet) every morning to say hi ad care about every customers, the food was good. I would love to recommend to everyone for someone who would like to to enjoy the lovely resort and beautiful beach, and I would love to say thanks Premier Village staff for all.

Super nice staffs with excellent services.
We booked a beachfront villa which has an amazing view and jst a few steps to a very clear crystal beach.
Our family stayed the whole time in the villa to enjoy and relax. We canceled trips to visit elsewhere since we really love everything in the village.
Highly recommend 👍

We had the most fantastick stay. The villa was superp. The service from the reception (Miss Nga Le Phu who is the assistant manager) was outstanding. But housekeeping has room for improvement re. cleaning of the villa.
Pool and beach areas are fine, but lacking sunbeds and cozyness.
A major plus would be a pool heater in the private pools.
In Villa Dining as also superp.

Ideal place for families with kids. The beach is clean and safe. The entire resort is full of trees, plants and very well maintained throughout. However, buffet breakfast and in-house services still have room for further improvement.

Breakfast was so poor for a 5-star resort. On the last day, we called a shuttle to go to lobby for checking out (we need to leave at 10) at 9:25. They committed to pick us in 15 minutes but actually no one came until 10. Many cars passed by our villa but no one stopped. At the lobby, we complained about this service and their answer was they had to pick the other guests for their breakfast (?!?!). Even we were very rush, the driver still stopped on the way to serve other guests (when the other staff ignored us). I really don’t know what they were thinking.

Beautiful resort. We were supposed to share our beachfront villa with another couple; but unfortunately they had to cancel due to flight cancellation from coronavirus. We felt that the Property management could have been more understanding by applying their credit towards food and beverages but only $25, but that wasn’t enough. We also had a personal assistant during our stay

The location is great, nice view and beach!!!
Staffs are nice, but they still need improvement. Everything is so slow here and often communication in English is mistaken and frustrating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and the food was quite good. Being one of the few or only Americans at the resort, we felt completely comfortable asking questions and understanding everything. While we did enjoy the beach only a few steps away from our villa, we spent most of the time enjoying our private pool. The villas and pools are in excellent condition and felt very luxurious. We went to the spa for a message and also had an excellent experience there. I highly recommend this property. The only downfall is that it is far away from the main town so you will need to take a taxi to experience real Vietnamese life.

Where should I start? I guess I should let the people know about the dangerous, 1 lane road leading into the resort. See photos below. This 5 stars resort charges guests over $600 US ( around $14mil in VN dong) a night, but not willing to spend the money to make the necessary & needed improvement of the single lane road leading into the resort. We were scare to dead when big trucks approached uphill as our hired driver were driving us downhill to go into town. The only way for the other truck to pass was for our driver to back his van up against the barrier. One mishap and our van could go down on the embankment. I prayed the entire time for the driver & his assistant to maneuver safety. I saw ppl on the ground using their bare hand & made repairs with red rock. That road needs to be closed & proper repairs need to be done to secure the foundation underneath before someone or an entire family could get hurt. The front desk staff including the manager Vic (I think), was not the most helpful staff that I had seen during my trip. There were 4 staffs seating at their desks doing not much, but only 1 staff could help with check out. The mgr wouldn't allow us to exchange more than $200US a day so we could go into town & spend some money to help the local economy. Where are the tourists supposed to go? If it is your policy, you should post on your website so ppl who choose to stay at your resort know ahead of time to exchange the currency elsewhere or stay elsewhere.

Very Nice resort if all you want is relax and enjoy the beach. Can be tough if you want to venture outside because there's not much close by. It can be expensive taking off-site excursions. I totally enjoyed the place though!

The setup of the villa and spaciousness of the villa. If we could book the villa and allow max if 8 pax would be great. The food selection can be improved and with more activities. Perhaps like an all in package with unlimited food and drinks. A little further from sanato beach, hence if there’s a free shuttle to town would be good.
