There are many great things I would like to share. Overall experience great, and you won’t go wrong. The host Maggie, great person very helpful, she has great knowledge and her suggestions were very helpful. She went above and beyond. If I have to come again I would come back here. I recommend City Boutique to anyone looking out for a good experience in Varna close to town and beach and the park.

Beautiful boutique hotel run by an amazing, caring woman. My friend and I stayed in two different rooms. Hers was on the second level and mine was on the first level. They were equally as lovely. If you are looking for exceptional, you’ll find it at City Boutique Inn. Thank you Maggie for creating perfection!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! City Boutique treats you like you're someone special. Maggie and her family are exceptional hosts, and the location is great - it's quiet, restaurants are nearby, and you're walking distance to everything. I'll stay here again.

Our stay at City Boutique was 5 stars all around! The hotel itself is nicely decorated, laid out, and comfortably equipped with everything you might need or want for your stay. Our bed was very comfy, we had closet space, a mini-fridge, and a nice bathroom with a spacious shower. I was particularly happy to see that there was a fitness center here - that's partially why I booked it, and it was a very good one for a small hotel, with everything I needed to get my workouts in even on vacay. Location is great, within walking distance of most things you'd want to see, including the city center, Sea Garden park, and the beach. The best thing about this hotel though, is its proprietor Maggie. She goes above and beyond with her attention to detail, customer service, and friendly, kind attitude to ensure that you will not only have a great time on your visit to Varna but feel like you're at home when you're at the hotel. From offering a drink upon our arrival to check in, to giving us a thorough explanation, with a map, of the top tourist sites, to getting us a reservation and great service at a nearby restaurant, to preparing breakfast early for us on our last day so we could eat before heading to the airport, Maggie made this experience 5 stars. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

This was my third trip to Varna. Luckily the hotel I normally stay in was fully booked. City Boutique Hotel was amazing. The location is great and very walkable. I was there for 3 nights. It truly felt like home. Maggie, the owner has created an amazing small boutique hotel… ie. bed and breakfast. The hotel is spotless, the room I stayed in (202) was perfect and very well planned. Breakfast was different every morning and I ate way too much. And for the grand finale, the internet speed was crazy fast. If it matters to you Maggie speaks perfect English. Can’t wait to return to my new home away from home.

new, &very beautiful. extremely clean. Although taking the shoes off was strange to us, and at times we felt we were tip toeing in. not super comfortable in that sense. perhaps this of course is just a difference in style but great place for families, and older couples. the owner greeted us each morning, with very high energy. We were under the impression we had selected a room with laundry, not having one was a bit of a set back for us. Overall the space is gorgeous, and immaculately clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great - close to the beach and an easy walk to the sights. My room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The owner Maggie obviously loves what she does. She made me feel at home, explained the city to me, and even booked a haircut for me.

an amazing place to stay, central to everything that Varna city has to offer. Damian and Maggie are the most welcoming hosts, and they do everything to make your stay a pleasent stay to remember. It is withing 3 minutes walk from old town and city centre, and you only have a ten minutes walk to the beach. We loved our stay and will be back again for sure

CBI is a great place to stay and the hostess (Maggie) is a charming and interesting person with lots of tips and background information. The property is situated near to the train and bus stations at the bottom end of town - but still easy to walk into the lovely town centre with its wide selection of restaurants and facilities. Its also next to a first class restaurant and its very quiet. The main sights are within walking distance, as is the park and beach. Try CBI - chances are you will never forget it!

Even though I arrived hours before official check in, they welcomed me with breakfast and access to my room as soon as it was cleaned. The entire visit was utterly lovely. I cannot recommend this gem enough.

This place is great. Spotless, very quiet, great breakfast, good shower. Enthusiastic hostess. The neighborhood is a little funky in the sense of "near a port," but it is a different world inside the doors. Decor is exceptionally nice.

A stunning hotel with an exquisite interior and very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, lovely and cosy. Worth staying. Actually, it's a family run hotel. Wonderful beyond my expectations. it was beautiful, clean, spacious and relaxing stay Healthy breakfast! It's ideally located centrally close to all amenities and a mere 10-minute walk from Varna beach. It is also close to the main streets.
