Nice hotel. Safe area. Room was dirty though. Walking around in the room, the bottom of my feet were black. They don’t clean room during your stay unless you ask them and you have to let them know a day ahead so they will clean your room. They have breakfast but it’s the same thing every day (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage and runny oatmeal. It was one of the less expensive hotel options in that area so I guess you get what you pay for

Family trip. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and polite. Great location. The breakfast was great and the free coffee and tea bar in lobby was a nice added touch to our stay. The only complaint was the soap dispenser in the washroom didn’t work very well. Family was happy which was important !! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the Pittsburgh area.

Clean and quiet place to stay. It was close enough to Pittsburgh to use as our base. The staff were lovely. There is a great bakery/restaurant within walking distance and several large shops just down the road.

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay on a long car trip. It was a just a place to sleep. It had a 9.4-star review on Hotels.com. I thought it would be mint. It was FINE, but it wasn't mint. It was convenient to the highway, clean and quiet, and I slept well. No complaints there. The continental breakfast was good. What wasn't great, was that everything was a just a notch down from being high-quality. The room smelled a bit like a wet dog. The bed creaked when I moved. The HVAC system clicked loudly when it kicked on and off during the night. The shower was odd, as there was no lip between the floor of the shower and the bathroom floor, so water could come out while showering. If it had an 8.5-star rating, I would have felt like it was accurate. I would probably opt to stay at one of the Hilton hotels that was nearby if I stopped in this area again.

I’ve stayed here a few times and have to say it’s one of my favorites. Staff is great, food is always tasty and the seating outside to hang out is great. Rooms are comfy as well as the beds. Would be cool if they had a couple motorcycle soots for parking but I get that it’s more family oriented with the ice rink nearby. But this hotel is one of my favorites while traveling

When I signed up for the room I thought it included a sofa. It did not. My reservation did not show it being included, so that was somehow on me. But it was disappointing.

Our stay was over the holiday weekend. The facility was well maintained. There are posted signs concerning quiet hours which was great. Complementary breakfast was great too. This is our 2nd time staying at this one and it is 5 stars in my book.

The staff were very kind and friendly upon our arrival and throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was typical for any hotel. The disappointing part was the housekeeping, no cleaning was done throughout our 4 day stay, considering the staffing shortages faced by every employer, understandable. Walking distance to several stores and restaurants which was convenient.

Safe, modern, and fairly clean. They offered good breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea. The only thing I didn’t like was our bathroom fan was broken, no trash bags in our garbage can, and the indoor pool was kind of cold. For the price of the stay I expected a little more.

The front desk was very helpful. I really liked the 24 hour coffee service, my kids could get decaf mochas! Enjoyed the extras like organic bath products also.

3/5 on cleanliness: surfaces were dusty and toilet required wiping down of strange dark residue. Minimal hair present in bathroom. No housekeeping or cleaning experienced during stay since you must stay a minimum of 4 nights for that luxury. Bring a travel packet of Clorox wipes. Can't speak to breakfast or property facilities, they were provided but not used. N/a Staff I encountered were polite and kind. 5/5 Location is close to major highways and local restaurants, groceries and other entertainment areas which were conveniently accessible by car. Within 30 minutes you had your choice of venue. 5/5 Otherwise as expected for a place to rest and sleep. The mini fridge was a lovely addition, as was the microwave and k-pod machine. 4/5 TV provided but not used. N/a
