Hotel and room were great! However, it was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. The people above us on the 4th floor had what sounded like a lot of people including children. When we first checked in, the children were running back and forth from one end of the room to the other. We left for dinner hoping it would be quiet when we returned. It was not. The children were still running around... FOR HOURS. Finally, called the front desk around 10 p.m. to complain. It only got worse from there. After complaining, the adults starting stomping around too! The next morning, we got to hear the man yelling and cussing at the children and then the children crying. It was awful! I complained when we checked out but was informed that they couldn't do anything for us since we reserved the room through Hotels.com and not Hilton's actual website. I let them know that maybe they should put guests with children in ground floor rooms. The whole thing was a very unfortunate experience and will probably never return to that hotel again.

Friendly, courteoous staff. Tasty breakfast offerings. Clean, spacious room with well-equipped kitchen area. The sliding glass doors on the shower/tub did not easily slide open/shut but shower itself was quite nice.

The place was in a good location to see Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and other sites The owners had a limited breakfast just coffee and a few donuts We spoke with the owner,Kerry before our arrival to ask about the Mt Rushmore lighting ceremony and he said to get there before dusk which was around after I said it Said online it was always at 8pm in September so we arrived at 5:30 and waited until 8 for the lighting. Pretty frustrating that Kerry did not know this! The welcome book said the owners were really only available to chat in person at coffee so we were there promptly at 7:30 the start of coffee figuring we would get info on the area and their recommendation of best places to visit but they never showed up. Another disappointment! Kerry did steer us to The Powder House restaurant which was great! We left a day early and ate the cost for our last nights stay! Went elsewhere to round out our visit to the Black Hills area

Ugh, find another place to stay. The first room I was given had the squeakiest bed EVER! The sent me to a second room-same thing! Third room was fine, but the breakfast was meh. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

The rooms are awesomely big. Its nice to find rooms with 3 beds, when you have 2 teenagers. Our bed frame was broken and every time you rolled it made tons of noise. The tile floors in bathroom /kitchen are broken and some are loose from the floor and popping up. And under the kitchen eaves on the floor was filthy. Not the motels fault but Texas Roadhouse blasted loud loud music til midnight which was very annoying, but what can the hotel do. Just a little minor maintenance and itd be a 5 star.

Two things I didn’t necessarily care for: 1. A lot of noise in the middle of the night in rooms above mine. 2. I couldn’t buy a bottle of water at front desk with cash. Other than that, good stay. Lady that checked me in was very accommodating.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and safety of the property. As a woman traveling with a small child, this stuff is important to me. It was also my sons birthday. I mentioned it to the kind lady at check in and the next morning, after breakfast, there was a large cupcake and balloons for my son. He was so suprised and happy! It was the kindest treat we could have asked for. Thank you for being such a thoughtful & kind bunch.

When I went to book the hotel, it said there was three rooms left. I booked my room and then when I got to the hotel, they said that they didn’t have a room for me because they overbooked.

Checked in here after leaving a previous unsafe hotel in the area. The woman at the front was beyond kind and quickly checked us into a room. Breakfast buffet was very good and we loved the convenience of a snack area that is available 24/7 especially with a little one traveling with us. We will absolutely stay here when we return in the future

Wonderful stay. Suite room was very clean, nice size, big window, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, theater, gas station, liquor store, etc. Breakfast was great and the entire staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We were impressed, highly recommend and will be staying there again.

Our family did an staycation for the 4th this year and had an excellent stay at this Home 2 Suites. Easy check in with the Hilton app, digital key on your phone makes it easy to keep track of, very friendly staff, dog friendly, and yummy breakfast in the morning!

The property condition was fine. I did not like the barn-door for the bathrooms in the rooms. If not closed properly, you can see directly into the shower from the outside. The breakfast was sub-par. We stayed two nights, on two separate occasions. We only ate breakfast the first time. The eggs were lukewarm, the sausage and the potatoes were cold. The gravy was barely warm and was very runny.

Only complaint would be a better breakfast. Breakfast was good. Could be better. Elevator 1 of 2 was not working. But neither of those would prevent me from coming back, mainly because of your staff. AWESOME!!
