great clean place to stay.
2.5
No elevator, so if you get a room on the ground floor, it’s the best value for a hotel available in all of Phuket. Staff is super friendly, location is perfect in phuket old town, what more could you ask for. We stayed 4 nights.
2.5
Good that the hotel has parking. Room is clean and in the middle of Phuket old town, easily accessible. Mattress is a bit too hard, but all other things are great. We will be returning customers.

Lovely hotel - very comfortable room - great location

The Wifi could be better i had a few connection problems.
After all everything went fine

The room was generally clean but the window blinds and lamps could use dusting off. The bathroom had a fan but no air conditioning and stayed very hot unless we either opened the door to the room. Also a mild sewer smell emits in the bathroom. Street noise (cars and market place) can be heard up to the 4th floor (ours). Be warned, No elevator! We were only there for a couple of nights to experience Sunday night market. Good food but also crazy crowded.
Our reservation was made in September but was cancelled in January (reason problem with card payment- there was not). When I re-booked, the price went up. Called Expedia and was told to contact the hotel. Not able to do so due to time difference and my work schedule. When we got to the facility we were told to contact Expedia. Price difference was not resolved. 😔
Still recommend the place due to its location.

Loved the quaintness. Great walking area.
Street Market right behind for fresh fruits and veggies. Some food carts too. The stuff was very helpful. The pool area was nice and quiet, and the AC worked like a charm.

This place is new and very comfortable. Will stay here again. Easy access to the market and also to Immigrations office

Beautifully positioned off the main road. Nice pool. A great boutique hotel

We had a very comfortable one night stay at this hotel. It’s well located and the room was more than adequate for our stay.
Our friends used the pool but found it too cold, cloudy and too much chlorine.
All in all I would stay here again.

Perfect everything.

Just off a road in old Phuket town, it's a great location for seeing the buildings and experiencing the Sunday night market. Nice little swimming pool for cooling off. Service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and comfortable but despite the blackout curtains there was a lot of light pollution so the room never got really dark at night. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are plenty of places to get breakfast a very short walk away. There is tea, coffee and complimentary bottled water. We stayed for a couple of nights after flying in to Phuket and before getting a boat to Phi Phi. I thought it was great value and I would definitely recommend it.

Such a beautiful and historic building in center of Old Town but tucked away down a small drive so feels exotic and private.

Hotel was basic but very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Had a bit of difficulty in finding a bar/restaurant and it closed at 20.00 hours. Only one night stay do dont want to be hasty about the ‘old town’, if I went back there I would stay at the hotel

When we checked in, the guy at the front desk was very short with us. He literally gave us a map, explained a few things, and sent us on our way. They don’t have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the steps. When we came in the room, the A/C wasn’t on so it was super hot in the room. They only give you one key so every time you leave the A/C cuts off and it wasn’t the best at cooling the room. It was hot all the time. The room we purchased was a superior double, but it looked way smaller than the pictures. It actually looked like the Deluxe Double room. But when I asked, they said it was the superior room. Also, there is a laundry room. But they won’t let you use it. You have to pay to have them do your laundry which was 150 baht per kilo. Usually it’s 50 baht per kilo so that was annoying. They also couldn’t help with making ferry arrangements or anything. Noise wasn’t an issue during our stay mainly because the place was pretty vacant, but I can see how if there were other people staying there that it could be a very noisy place to sleep. Other than that though, the rest of the staff was super nice except the guy that checked us in. Laundry service was quick. Room was clean just a lot smaller than pictured and the A/C unit took a while to cool things down. It’s not a bad hotel if you are looking for a cheap 3 star. Lastly, the location was great. We were right next to food, the Sunday night market, walking street, but just far enough away from the craziness.

Excellent accommodation in central Phuket. Clean, with everything you need and a very decent shower. However, the guy at the front desk sold us a tour for 1700baht and it ended to be a ride of one of his colleague (non English speaker) and her friend, nothing like a tour, more like a taxi service which it's too expensive for 3 hours. A huge rip off! Experience ruined by those 2. I wouldn't return here, avoid!

Nice new hotel, very clean and comfortable.Smallish room but well appointed. Really liked the location on the same street as the Sunday market! Old Phuket is charming.Close to markets and shopping.Only 3 small cons.1) no in room safes (although fairly secure)2) no shade or umbrellas over the nice little pool.3)no english TV channels - not a deal breaker Would definately stay again!

This is a new hotel which is just a step out of the old town, we enjoyed our stay, but the staff are a bit surly and there is no elevator, we were on the 4th floor, we were offered a room on the ground floor but this was directly behind the reception and staring out at the carpark, it felt very exposed, nice pool and a nice hotel really.

It was a great experience and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and old town is a great place to visit.

This is a fantastic place to stay in old town Phuket. The hotel, while small, is clean and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent rooms. The pool is also great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing little place in old town Phuket! In the heart of it all, walking distance to most markets and on the Main Street of old town. Gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful getting all the information and location of the Vegetarian Festival. Two processions happen right in front of the hotel! Good pool, clean and good amenities: except breakfast but there are many little cafes nearby.
