The staffs are the best. They are all always willi g to help you. It is so nearby to all the places I visited. So many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Booked at this hostel 3 times ina span of 11 days.

Staff: very friendly and helpful all the way, especially the day/night receptionists and a morning barman were very helpful and smiling. Location: walkable distance from metro stations, the area is surrounded with night bars and restaurants which was helpful as I felt safe walking at night back to hostel. Location is very central. Facilities : regular socket plus USB socket next to the bed which is very convenient. Also loved the curtains made me feel in privacy. There are lockers for each guest inside a room that you can open with your card. Free earplugs next to the bed, the towels are extra charge. There is also elevator for those who have luggage. Overall, was a very good experience, the bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. A small tip : would be great if you could substitute duvets either cover them fully with a sheet or exchange them for something convenient that could be regularly and more thoroughly cleaned :)

This hostel has alot going for itself. The place is quite nice, in the middle of Everything, the staff is very helpful, courteous and kind. Except, for housekeeping. I believe they truly need retraining. I feel MANY people are not saying this about housekeeping for some reason. I do not understand why they come in at 9:30am, leave the door open and start cleaning. It is very awkward when we are still sleeping, exposed with little clothes. They open the door balcony and curtains, even when you close them for privacy. I actually closed the door AND curtains twice and guess what..the housekeeper literally opened them all up again..I was AMAZED. I stayed in a female only dorm and we all wanted it closed.Why did they deliberately open it again? It makes it hard for women to get up safely, if the large balcony is wide open for everyone to watch you with little clothes on. This was interesting to me. I tried to stay 3 days, yet on the 3rd day, I woke up to the door wide open to our room around 9 again, housekeeping opened the curtains and door AGAIN, I closed it again with a towel on and went to the restroom. I Actually got locked inside the bathroom, the key stopped working somehow. I tried to get out and they turned the light off on me, which made me panic. The light is on the outside of the bathroom. I screamed turn the light back on! Did not listen to me. Both housekeepers said to calm down..with the light off? this felt inhumane to me. Their looks said we dont care. I left 💯

Amazing stay! A rooftop with the acropole view was the highlight of the stay. Great breakfast option and nice staff. Only 2 negative points: It is located in the heart of the nightlife, if you are looking for a quiet place either use the earplugs given by the hostel or look for booking somewhere else. In the mix dorm there is no lock for the shower, I felt that I didn't have enough privacy to take my shower. I would have prefer to have a woman only shower room for mix dorm.

I am a solo traveler. The best part of the hostel is the resourcefulness of the staffs, they gave me so many great recommendations for itineraries and restaurants. The hostel also have a WhatsApp group and party so it is easy to make friends as well. The hostel is very cleans Each bed has a blind for privacy. The area is relatively safe to walk around. Overall I had a very good experience with this hostel.

I absolutely loved my short stay here. So much so that I will definitely be coming back in the future, all the staff were so friendly the whole time. The roof top bar is a very cool space with a great view and the location is perfect with it being a short walk from the main attractions and loads of restaurants. Easy commutable to the airport as well.

Smooth online check in. Clean comfortable rooms. The shades for privacy was amazing. Personal light and USB in your bed. huge lockers. Very clean. It is loud outside at night.

Very helpful staff, always going the extra mile to respond to you needs. A daily cleaning lady cleans the room and bathroom in the morning. Rooms are spacious and good size locker for you which lock with you room card key. AC worked well. The subway is at 4 blocks. The super market, backery are at 2 blocks in the main street. A lot of restaurant in the area.

Staff at Mosaikon hostel were very welcoming and helpful, they allowed me to store my luggage at the hostel a few days in advance whilst I traveled out of Athens. They were also really welcoming and gave me lots of suggestions of what to do / where to eat. The hostel is modern and very clean, however, I was in my dorm when housekeeping came. I noticed she did not replace the sheets of the people that had checked out and just tucked them in and folded the blanket provided. Aside from that, the hostel is in a great area with lots of good food and bars. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe in the area. It also has a great roof top with a wonderful view of the acropolis!

The hostel is ok if all you need is a place to crash for the night while transiting through Athens and travelling alone. If not, a double room in the same area would cost you as much as 2 bunk beds in a dorm there and you would enjoy more privacy. For the high price requested for a hostel in Greece, a towel should be included in the price. Also, the roof top terrace is now a restaurant.

The location of the hotel is not good for a hotel. It has many bars around, and they are open until 2am. After 2 am the insider noise started. I called the reseption in the night time, no one answered. when I went to the reception, there was no one. I felt kind of insecurity. I was not able to sleep not even 5 minutes. And the workers are rude and the room was not that clean. in summary, noisy, rude management, medium clean.

I stayed in a private room and it was great! Very spacious for a city room, comfortable bed. Sound-proofing wasn't the best, but I sleep with earplugs anyway when traveling, so no big deal. Staff were super helpful with finding great, affordable food too! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent, clean hostel. Space was a bit tight but otherwise very comfortable. Blackout curtains for the beds in shared rooms worked well. Wifi is fast throughout the property and communal kitchen was clean with plenty of seating and table space.

I was really happy with my stay. It was so clean, very friendly and helpful staff, it was in an excellent location. There was free fruit and some baked goods to eat in the morning. There is laundry washing and drying in the basement for 5 euro. I just loved it. The only drawback is that it is located right near a very noisy square so there was loud music most nights but I just closed my door tightly and it was ok. I had a private room. Lovely!

Mosaikon Hostel was an amazing place to stay! They've recently opened, and I feel lucky to have experienced their hospitality as one of the first guests. The rooms were clean and had great A/C. I stayed in a four-person room with ensuite-the bathroom was thoughtfully laid out and everything worked perfectly. There was always good water pressure and hot water for the shower. Each of the four bunks had an electronic locker assigned and a curtain that you could roll down to create your own private cabin-complete with reading light, USB charging port, small shelf, hook, and outlet. It reminded me of the sleep pods in some other countries! A free light breakfast on the lounge floor and rooftop terrace provided plenty of places to work and socialize and the excellent lift/elevator meant you didn't have to haul baggage up stairs if you didn't want. The staff was always gracious, and provided excellent recommendations in the neighborhood. Linens are provided along with complementary earplugs (as the neighborhood is quite lively). Location is excellent-the Monastiraki metro is a few minutes away, there are a plethora of bars, cafes, and restaurants, and lots of great shopping in the area. Oh! Excellent wifi throughout the location. Overall, I can't say enough nice things about Mosaikon Hostel. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again on my next visit. Keep up the good work, guys!
