Minus my LV keychain missing on my key fob, it was an excellent stay! They went over and beyond to decorate my room for my daughter’s 23rd birthday! The whole weekend was perfect

From the moment we booked, we received a message from the manager letting us know they pur a high room request on our file.
After we arrived, we were met with friendly and knowledgeable staff that provided us maps and directions to desired locations. We will be back to Seattle and this hotel will be on the short list of places to stay!

Our room had some maintenance issues and they upgraded us to a suit! Lets just say my wife and I truly enjoyed the upgrade! They even hooked us up with an extended check out! We will be back!

Beautiful hotel. Used as over night stay before cruise. Short walk to Pike's Place. Restaurant/bar at entrance. Bar and snacks also on 16th floor. Pretty quiet area.

It's in a bad neighborhood and smells like pee because of all the homeless people in the area.
We arrived at the hotel and were given the wrong type of room(we booked a room with a King bed). When we went back to the front desk, they said they had no other rooms available. We asked to speak to a manager and were told no one was available until the next day. We were told a manager would contact us. We never heard from anyone.
The Olympics were happening and the only channel that didn't work was NBC. The staff was notified about it and nothing was done to correct it. Basically they probably get most of their business from the cruise ships nearby.
The staff is obviously treated like crap by management. No one who works there seems very happy. I wish I had looked more closely at the other bad reviews.

We recently stayed here. Staff was very friendly. Inside hotel was clean.
My main issue was the condition outside the hotel. Homeless doing their drugs just out in the open. Our room looked over an alleyway where we were able to watch homeless dig through the trash and a prostitute doing her thing. We also had a lovely view of the parking garage right outside the window. Was not much of a city view as it advertised.
The key cards were not working, from a recent IT outage. Several times we had to wait to get let into our rooms which was annoying.
Besides those two issues, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice. Just don’t walk alone outside if you can help it for safety reasons.

Clean, comfortable and secure hotel in a great location. Two blocks away from Pike Market Place and hundreds of restaurants and coffee shops. The room was significantly larger than comparable hotels in other areas. Very happy with this choice.

- The start of our trip was a bit disappointing; not being able to check in until 3:30p-4p
- We were told the FOG Room’s last call was at 11:15. We arrived at 10:35, just to be told the grill was closed and we actually could not order food, because our waiter had not gotten to us until 10:50. (Which was still before last call) … He was the only waiter working as well. Which was a bummer, but we enjoyed Thomas’ work ethic! He was really nice and tried to accommodate. Just wish the chef staff stayed honest to last call rules - we were forced to order overpriced Pizza Hut instead.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was super hot out during our stay. The first night seemed ok but it felt like the air conditioning wasn’t fully working. The next day we talked to the front desk about it and they told us that they would have someone come up and take a look. About 5 hours later in the day no one had come to look at it so we asked again and were again told tht they would have someone come and take a look. Again no one came. Needed up having to sleep in the room that was about 85 degrees and very uncomfortable. It almost seemed like we were being patronized by the night staff. Other that that no complaints about the hotel or the facility.

The lobby and patagon restaurant have a funky musty smell that was coming out of the ventilation system... Lingered to skin and clothing... Was especially bad in the little "store" area... Took two showers to get rid of the smell and I threw away the clothes I was wearing

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we got to the room, we were highly disappointed the room was looking directly into a garage. I don't mean the garage was across the street. The garage it right next to the hotel. It felt very weird and gave a depressing vibe to the whole room. Luckily we were able to change to another room but with one King bed. The lady at the front said all the rooms with two queen beds face the garage. This should be highlighted in the room descriptions. I double checked and don't see it anywhere.
Since we moved to a room with one bed, we requested a rollaway bed. This literally took two hours to be delivered. It was also delivered without any linens, so we had to request that which took another hour. I realized then that this hotel is severely understaffed. Not the fault of the workers.
Also, don't bother going to the restaurant on the main level. The food is not good.
I would not recommend staying in this hotel. There are better options.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean with an awesome restaurant and bar. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious.
The downtown area where the hotel is located felt a bit unsafe in places, but it is very conventiently located, with an easy walk to both Pike Place and the Space Needle.

Easy to get to/from airport via the light rail. Great location, walkable to all the major tourist attractions, many cafes, shops, and a target! I rated service as average, there was nothing remarkable or exceptional. They didn’t have room service, which we would have liked with tired kids. They did allow us to leave our bags ahead of check in which was great and staff were all very friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, the staff were amazing, the rooms were nice and clean, quiet and so comfortable. So enjoyed and look forward to staying again when we return for sure!

I ultimately enjoyed my stay however the sink drain was clogged so it filled up every time we brushed our teeth washed hands. Secondly the sealing had some sort of sprayed substance which grossed me out. I think for the amount I paid it should have been a bit more cleaner. Ladies were very friendly but when you call down nobody answered the phone rang and rang. Other than that it was a good experience.

No hot water in the shower room. I paid a full price and didn't get the very basic- the ability to have a good hot shower. When I spoke to the front desk nothing was done with my complaint and they left me to deal with it alone. They didn't care at all.

The rooms were spacious with a few nice touches: nice, soft robes, water bottles, comfortable beds and chairs, large drawers and closet for clothes. The bathroom had great lighting with a lighted makeup mirror, large counter space and separate toilet stall.
The fitness center was clean and well equipped. The location was great for visiting the Pikes Market area. The rooftop bar was also a great place to relax with a drink and a delicious snack!

The Valet was amazing, and very kind. The Hotel check in staff, that is a whole different matter. There was 3 adults in the group, so we needed at least 2 keys. We were told, they were short on keys and could only have one key and had to become a Hilton member and download App. That way we could use app to unlock door. Could not log onto Wfi to download app. I went back down and ask for a key, since we could not download. Staff was rude.

This is a nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. I like the shower in the bathroom as well. Check in was pleasant, quick and easy. I wish hotels provided you with enough towels for the number of guests on the reservation. We had 3 guests on the reservation, but only had towels for 2. Not the biggest deal to call and get more, but there is a wait for housekeeping to deliver, and I think that’s a small detail that would make the guest experience even better. And I hate resort fees, I’d rather it just be embedded in the room price, not an extra thing. I think it’s quite high for what you get (2 bottles of water, in room coffee…which both should be considered a standard, as well as access to their gym and health club).
