Hotel may look odd when you enter but rooms and cleanliness is excellent. Awesome breakfast with plenty of choices
2.0 / 10.0
The room and linens were not clean or tidy. Giving this a low rating as it was not clean, appeared run down, and had an extremely strong perfume smell in the room.

Everything was good at the Ramada by Wyndham in LaVerkin. We stayed in a king size suite. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. It’s a short drive to Zion.

Ramada should be mad of itself for not updating this property
Never stay at another Ramada again!

Hotel from hell! I don't mean the staff wasn't friendly or that it wasn't clean or comfortable. No! That was all good to average. I'm talking about strange happenings in a very specific room. The crackling sounds from the TV, the in-room phone being cable-less, the constant blocks my devices would notify me of due to internet "security issues," the security doors being unlocked 24/7 and no screens on the windows that opened all the way made me a bit ikcy about the place. And the sound the air conditioner made that washing out every sound or voice, made a security issues feel unsettling. But then when it was just round after round of in correct food deliveries and poor customer service, I brushed it off as a "bad day." When the hotel clerk was in our room for an hour trying to fix the TV (poor fella), he just left with the wink of an eye saying "I'm just making it worse." And when he never came back or called to say what's going on, I knew that this was a stay from hell. Not haunted, but in some big security issues and shakey-vibe kind of way. I mean, it's clean enough but this is sort of a last resort place. Oh, and the photo I posted is taken in the hotel room after a couple of attempts had already been made because of the incorrect order. It's the only photo I have of the hotel room. If I could attach the feeling we all got at this place, it would feel similar to this image.
The marketing photos make it look like a prison, so maybe I asked to have a stay from hell.

We’ve been on a five day trip through Utah and this Ramada had to be the dirtiest and dingiest hotel we’ve stayed at. The building is old. Paint is terrible. All the furniture is Nick and the one chair in the room was absolutely filthy. The shower was so filthy.

The staff was very welcoming. Rooms appeared to be in transition as the facility was being renovated.

Excellent place, near to bryce . Good breakfast

Lots of road noise. Very mediocre cleaning job…coming from a single male this doesn’t bode well. People left early and breakfast was okay. Not a place I’d frequent again.

Check in was quick and easy. Nice big parking area, the exterior door to the hall way to my room didn’t close properly. Room had a funny odor. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It just seems like it’s an older property that needs to be updated.
1.0 / 10.0
entrance to the hallway was unsecure, no room key necessary to gain access. The room window was unlocked and had a stick to hold it closed.
The room was dirty, outdated and looked as if there had been bed bugs. The bathroom floor had what looked to be blood spots on the floor. The smell around the entrance smelled like garbage. And considering the experience I had I didn't even want to touch or go near the complementary Continental breakfast

The exterior of the property definitely needs some TLC. As you enter the hallway to the rooms, the carpets definitely need a good cleaning. The room itself was nice. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was clean.
Carpets were dirty. Wear slippers.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
The breakfast- well not the greatest.

This hotel is exactly what you pay for. Everything was fine, it was clean but old, breakfast was standard low protein, relatively quiet. No complaints or particular compliments.
We're not in our room except to sleep, and I travel with an air mattress because I'm a finicky sleeper. It was nice to have a bagel before heading to Zion.

This location is very near to Zion Canyon National Park and other scenic locations, it was a very clean room and safe environment to stay, breakfast was included and was resupplied with fresh breakfast fare as guests came and went. Also on-site was a ‘Red Fort’ restaurant with cuisine from India, every dish we had was flavorful and fresh, wait staff was quick and attentive to their customers.

The place was a good deal and customer service was great! It's not the most updated or new hotel. The shower was a little gross and there was a strong chemical smell in the room, bathroom, and hallway. The lighting and vibe was not ideal, but the room was good enough to rest and go to our hikes at Zion. The hotel is not accessible, no elevators. They do provide free breakfast which was a nice surprise. There are washers and dryers available. There's an Indian restaurant right next door.

The hotel is old but it served it purpose. The bed is comfortable. Clean place. Close to Zion National park.
Love the restaurant close to it. Close to Davis market

This place is a complete dump!

This hotel is closed to Zaion NP and easy to access. It is so convenient for tourists to Zaion. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is free but would recommend to go outside. Teparature control of shower was difficult so need to take some time to learn its adjustment. Over all, it is nice hotel with very reasonable price.

Every time someone walked pass there door

Older, tired property. Room was clean but quite a strong cleaning/deodorizong smell. The steps up and swing of the door make it a bit tricky to get in woth luggage. Breakfast was pretty basic at best.

It's a dump. The outside appearance alone is hideous. We left and would not stay.

The property is clean “ish” but very run down with little to no maintenence for what looks like years. It also had strong odors and needed some general cleaning and significant upkeep.

Staff was friendly. Second floor w/ no elevator was a bit inconvenient...good thing I keep in shape!
Overall the place was quiet.
Enclosed parking area felt safer than others.
Location was relatively close to Zion, for the price it was a good compromise.
Breakfast options were good.

The shower was well clean

It definitely didn’t match anything like in the picture, I personally would not stay here again. I don’t recommend this to anyone, even if you do save on a few bucks pay a little extra for something nicer. Staff was nice but they had issues finding my reservation and room was not clean, and I couldn’t handle the smell

Continental breakfast was ok but sink is too small to put things on top
Was planning to visit Zion park but came from south entrance and too far to go back next day
4.0 / 10.0
I can't tell if this hotel is on the way up, or down. Exterior needs a lot of work, misc deferred maintenance here and there... but the room was clean, beds very comfortable, towels soft and fluffy, water pressure good. The breakfast is ok, typical, waffles, muffins, yogurt & egg product. The rate was reasonable for what we got.

we had a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again!

Nice place to stay for Zion visit. Good food option at location.

The door was kicked in and you can see were they try to fix it with a little piece of plastic. Luckily there was a top lock we could use to secure the door more.
There was a nice little place to walk our dog
Not a lot for breakfast but better than nothing.
Bedroom was clean just really outdated.

A great value place to stay at. Friendly staff. Had some issues with the shower handle and cleanliness in the bathroom, but otherwise our stay was good.

We spend most of our time hiking at Zion, but it was close and nice to come rest. Local restaurants and coffee shops nearby also a nice grocery store.
Host was very nice and breakfast included in the morning was great for a nice full day.
