Rooms are okay, clean and certainly good enough! Location is very nice. No AC was a thing as the rooms are quite warm, because of sun. Parking garage was full, parked at another hotel nearby. Which was okay. Hotel lobby is a bit outdated, breakfast lounge is good.

the hotel was in an ideal location. paid for a room with a balcony but was allocated a ground floor room with a balcony that was overlooked by a car park so that was disappointing and not what i expected. room was nice though and although a little basic was very clean, comfy and practical

Erfurt is a delightful place! This hotel, we stayed in the old section above the Gera River, is a perfect location to see the history- great for Martin Luther walks. The only thing I didn't realize was that the old section doesn't have an elevator and for older folks with luggage, its a challenge. However once we got up the flights to our room, everything was very nice.

Well situated hotel right on the edge of the old town, plenty of places to eat nearby, fantastic town for sightseeing despite this just being a convenient stopping off point on our route. Also plenty of retail shopping if that’s what you like right next to the old town.

- airco was not effective, it just recircuited hot air - only one key per room occupied by two people - hotel only accessible till midnight - control of lights was all lights on or all lights off - big screen TV was not usable, the only sofa positioned in such a way that you look at the screen sideways (30 degrees (iso 90 degrees))

First hotel ever when I am not allowed to leave my baggage in some room after the check-out. The woman in reception, and not in a polite way, offered us to leave it in our car in the parking hotel instead, but only until 1:30 pm, since they had the hotel fully booked, despite paying 16 EUR for 12 hours.

great location, however, they charged me a fortune for a very small room with a balcony, which I did not need, it was December, the room also smelled of cigarette smoke. Apparently they smoked underneath my window and the cigarette smoke came into my room.

The hotel was located right beside the famous Kramerbrucke and we were able to walk everywhere! Parking garage below was a plus. Property was clean, and staff was helpful. Breakfast was included and was great!
