I HATE THIS HOTEL WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! WALL PAPER PEELING OFF WALLS , TOLIET CLOGGED UP AND OVER FLOWING, THEY CHARGE 100$ PER NIGHT FOR INCIDENTAL FEES, HAIR ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN ROOM, DIRTY SHEETS. LITTLE BABY DIRTY POOL. YOU HAVE TO WATCH YOUR BACK CRAZY PEOPLE SITTING IN FRONT OF HOTEL. STAFF VERY RUDE AND DOESN'T HELP YOU WITH NOTHING!!!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS HOTEL AND WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

air conditioner wouldn't turn off. room seemed dirty/poor remodeled job. closet and walls need repainting. shower stained. toilet paper holder falling down, etc.

This hotel is located in the heart of Buckhead. Everything is within walking distance including the train station (easy access to the airport). The hotel itself is clean, quiet and the breakfast was more than I expected. Austin at the front desk was especially helpful!

Overall it was ok for what it was. I needed a clean place for the night. In around dinner and up and gone for a meeting by 7. However, the AC was noisy and the “streets” were as well. (Friday Night). The bed wasn’t as comfortable as most Hilton brands, but it didn’t make me sleep on the floor.

Shower plug would not stay up. Mini fridge was not level and was extremely wobbly. And caused plywood to break apart on shelf.

Such a nice place , perfect location, amazing staff . And a good bargain as far as pricing Have to give a shout out to two outstanding employees at the desk Dereck in the overnight who made sure my room was perfect for me And Mathew in the AM who was a huge help when my car broke down

Overall a great stay! Stayed here for a week. Corner room (302). Great view (for what it is), abundance of light/windows and above the restraunt that plays jazz on Tuesdays for 2hrs. Hotel manager informed me of this and I accepted. The jazz music was faint and not loud at all. It was kind of peaceful and enjoyable actually. Friendly staff, close to everything and reasonably priced. The cons; breakfast could use some help, parking is $25 per night, the garage is kind of smelly. I'd stay again though.

Came to town for a reunion. Stay could not have been better. I was concerned that parking would be a issue but I was wrong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tall young blonde guy at check in was especially helpful. Sorry but I forgot his name. Breakfast was good.

We were moved from a to queen bed to a more expensive king bed without being told at the time, due to high demand. Then, after checking out, I saw the one hundred dollar higher cost for two nights. I went to the front desk and it was promptly corrected. But it left me feeling like it was a little tricky. The trash smell from the dumpsters was pretty thick in the parking garage. That may be a design flaw in the ventilation location. But other than that everything was fine.

The room was really nice and comfy, mostly clean other than a few hairs on the shower wall and food stain on the ironing board. The person who checked me in didn’t give me any information though - breakfast time, checkout, how parking worked. I didn’t know the piece of paper he gave me was a parking pass. The overnight associate was really nice and helpful explaining.

Excellent stay. I was in town for work and spent the nights walking and trying different restaurants and bars. Hotel is a in great location, it was clean, and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely recommend.

In town for my husband's 50th year class reunion, the property was nice, however we had to request for housekeeping services after the third day of our stay, with fresh towels needed. The hotel breakfast was good. The hotel breakfast staff did not speak any English.

Our room did not get service the entire 3 day stay we were there. We contacted the front desk, they ensured us housekeeping would come by and they did not. We went to Walmart to purchase new towels. We also had to park in what was called over-flow parking the entire 3-day stay which was very inconvenient because I have trouble with my back. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable with the pillows very worn. So, between my husband adding 1 day to our stay prior to arriving and my 2 day booking, it was a complete disaster.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but in need of repair. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom were empty, the light in the bathroom did not work, the plaster around the ac unit was coming off and the cabinet under the fridge was warped from water. The people at the front desk were super friendly. Hilton used an auto messaging to ask about your stay and I reported all issues on the first night of my stay. When I came back nothing was addressed. Overall the room was ok but could be much better.

Called before reserving room & was told that parking was free--was not told there are 2 Hampton Inn's within a very short distance of one another; breakfast was average (scrambled eggs were made with powder); mattresses were on the soft side; people at the reception desk were very polite & tried to be accommodating, but no one in charge was available to discuss.
