This is my second time staying here. This time there were dogs 2 doors from me. To be clear, i love all animals but when you're relaxing and dogs are barking outside your door then my rest is interrupted. My fault though. Since i didn’t see any on my last visit i wasn't aware.
2nd problem: from the time walked in my room the phone rang. I answered the 1st couple of times with no response. After the 3rd time, i called the front desk, only to be told, they have no way of knowing why it's ringing and didn’t offer any solutions. So after about 5 more rings, unplugged it. As soon we woke up, we plugged it back in and within 3 minutes, it rang again. This was very very bothersome. If it weren't for these 2 things, i would have given 5s all the way.

I would stay here again. My only complaint is that I have my cats and the hotel is charging me $75, but the information I saw on Hotels.com was a $25 nightly fee.

We traveled with our pet and when we checked in the front desk offered us a room on the first floor near the door so it would be easier for us to take her outside.

Clean and comfortable room. We traveled with our dog and they gave us a room nice and close to the side door. Really easy highway access.

Very clean and new hotel. Hot breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage is delicious. You really get what you pay for. Absolutely will stay here again.

For the price and being associated with Hilton, I was disappointed. It looked like a cheap attempt at a dorm room. The decor was tacky and there wasn’t storage space like most places. It was okay at best until I tried to go to sleep. I could hear the other guests in their rooms and in the hallway. To be fair I did not use the amenities as I was only spending the night. However, I would not stay here again.

I asked to make sure that dogs were not in my room before checking in. Was told there are no pets allowed. Heard dogs barking and also in morning dog was in lobby and in the breakfast area

Stayed 1 evening with family on a trip home. Hotel all together was nice. My experience wasnt the greatest but wouldn't make me not stay again. 3 stars only becaue its a new hotel with lots of things that need fixed. Tv didnt work, water pressure was very weak and water wasnt very hot. Floors were clean however sticky. Traveling with 2 kids i was offered a new room at 1130pm when the kids were alseep. Not happening. All on all ok hotel just got a crappy room. Breakfast was ok all warm food.

Marquetta was very pleasant and helpful, which is becoming rare at hotels.

Could not sleep throughout the night from loud arguments and fighting. Drama from guests and others coming to hotel throughout the night from 9pm to 6am trying to start fights with other guests on the same floor my family was staying. Calls were made to the hotel front desk several times to report the issues. Was told that security would go to check on the situation each time the call was made. I did not get much rest and had to drive early the next morning. Disappointed that I had paid for the room to be able to rest and ended up being more tired than when we arrived at check in.

Very clean, but very spartan. No coffee maker in room or ice buckets. Overall however good value for a quick stay.

Avery, the night shift person, was so welcoming and took incredible care of us! Pet friendly (though there's a $75 pet fee not listed on hotels.com), VERY quiet (we even had a room next to the elevators and slept great, and I'm a light sleeper), super clean and comfortable rooms, solid breakfast (free). Will absolutely be staying at another Tru in the future!

Highly recommend, and would book again. Right off of I-95, away from all the busy area and noise, but not too far from foods and attractions.

Good overnight stop between Florida and a family wedding in Maryland. Just off the I-95 exit. Hotel is clean and quiet. staff is friendly. Lobby is inviting. Breakfast was good. Stayed here twice on our recent trip. The only negative, which is no fault of the hotel, is the number of homeless people in the area. Not on the property itself but near the couple of chain restaurants just down the street.

Great stay!! Staff checking us in was very friendly. Hotel right off the highway was great after a long drive. Comfy beds and continental breakfast was better than expected before we hit the road again.
