Initially very impressed because of the effort put into our room arrival on honeymoon.
Transport from reception to Villa was good but limited shuttle to town.
The room was huge but nothing much in it, lighting was too bright only one bed stand and lamp.
The bed was split in the middle and was uncomfortable.
Breakfast choice was good but at 9 am most things were cold, one day coffee was really cold.

I love to stay here because it is peaceful, nice service, and beautiful landscaping. I will come to visit this place again.
Thank You.

The receptionist (Truc) was exceptional pleasant and very helpful throughout our stay. She constantly provided informative information to make our visit less stressful.

As an experienced traveller, I anticipated the lack of value at a resort restaurant (over-priced for what you get), as was the case here.
Also anticipated was that their pre-paid shuttles, like from the airport are too pricey - you can book for half the price on your own.
There was a stain on the lounge chair (so we never sat in it) and on the drapes. Most frustrating was their "free" shuttle to and from Da Lat town center. We had three options to book the return shuttle from Da Lat: 3:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM. We booked the latter and the driver was 15 minutes late and upon arrival the hotel told me to pay the driver and that they would reimburse later. When we tried to get reimbursement, the hotel didn't pay.
The hotel has promise in that it is a nice setting if you wish to enjoy the tranquility of Da Lat and the town center is within easy reach for tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. The rooms are nice with great views and great settings for pictures.

Our group of 4 .. the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay not to mention the beauty colorful breakfast.. lunch family meal was not included but very tasty and reasonable.. we would definitely stay here again.. 20' drive to dalat market but it didn't bother us .. nice scenery along the way..

this is the type of place that people go to to take photos as it is very beautiful, the tour was nice but the rooms did smell like mold and they provided a solution with the candle to make it smell better but it burns her eyes nose and lips so we had to put it outside. The cleaning staff forgot to put coffee in the room so I could not make it when I woke up and it was a small hike to get to the hotel for breakfast to get coffee. But like I said it’s a place you go to to take photos and that was nice it does not seem like there is an emphasis on quality of the rooms. It’s a place you go to for just one day for the tour in photos but not multiple days

The resort is lovely but the service is not up to par. They never cleaned our room during our 3 night stay but they did have the time to check on what we ate from the snack bar. Our safety box didn’t work and when I told the front desk they said they would send someone. That never happened. I requested laundry service 4 time upon arrive and nothing was picked up until the second day. Upon checking out, we had to wait until our laundry was done to go. On top of this the food at breakfast was awful and this location is out of the way.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel if you’re a westerner whatsoever, the staff was very rude and borderline racist to us. We were constantly asked if we were lost or “what were you doing here” by security and staff because we were the only non Asian people staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is very run down, the bed was like sleeping on a rock, inside of our room we found several insects (including in our bed) as well as dead skin and hair from the previous guest, yes in our bed..When we requested the sheets be changed it seemed like it wasn’t almost a hassle for the staff. I wasnt impressed with this hotel one bit and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The location is also poor and about a 20 minute taxi ride into town which adds up after awhile.

This hotel has great potentials but it definitely suffers from bad management and understaffing issues.
When we arrived, it was raining quite hard. We were driven from the reception building to our rooms in a golf cart so we all got soaking wet. When we were dropped off, it was dark and rainy; and we had to walk downhill on loose slippery bricks to get to our rooms. Two of us slipped and almost fell. All three rooms were nice and clean but all the shower stalls leaked and created puddles on the bathroom floors every time showered. Another big problem was none of the phones in our rooms worked. We reported the problem multiple times for two days but it was never resolved. Our cell phones didn't have good reception so we couldn't contact the hotel receptionist when we needed to. We felt like we were stranded in our rooms & we didn't feel safe at times. We had to wait for the golf cart every time we went to breakfast at the reception bldg, to our car, or to our rooms & sometimes the wait was long. It was very inconvenient!
We booked three nights there. We tried to cancel the rest of our stay after the first night due to all those problems but of course they didn't allow us.
The scenery was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable but extra beds were bad. One was just a mattress on the floor. Staff were polite & friendly. (One actually told me that they already knew about the phone problem for a long time)
Also, there is not much around the area.
A waste of money!

This villla locates far away from the downtown Da Lat.
It make us feel so relaxed and we made many beautiful pictures. Also, we could have nicebreakfast and dinner.
However, the three pitholes were as follows; we were forced to go down to the entrance of our villa through a unstable descend path; there are very few of choices of TV programmes that could be watched; and, safety box is so difficult to use with many troubles that I could't unlock smoothly.

Nice lakeside setting in interesting A-frame houses. Will be great once finished. Restaurant is reasonably priced and pretty good quality. Things to improve?
-no bar, no fitness centre, no hot jacuzzi (even though this was advertised in their hotel guidebook in the room)
-phone in room wasn't working, and reception was far away

Was amazing. View lovely from our cottage. Great food. Outside of hotel restort limited but free shuttle to town 3 times a day. I would come back. Hotel is still working on the grounds around the hotel. But the hotel and cottages was finished. Highly recommend. Came during off season so more attention by staff.

Nice Hotel as you'e ever imagine even along my vacation there still have some construction site in the resort area. Some people might think this is too far from center of town, but there has a shuttle bus, so don't worry unless you love to walk and explore a town in the night. Staff are nice and very helpful.

Overall experience was excellent with a few minor hiccups (see pros and cons below). The best part of my stay was the picturesque view. The Dalat Wonder Resort is very secluded with a view of western style villas within a valley overlooking a lake. The grounds are spacious so you would need a cart to shuttle back and forth to the reception/resturant/pool area. The view of the resturant overlooking the pool and lake is stupendous. Our stay in mid November 2018 had about 20% occupancy so there were no crowds to contend with. With temps ranging between 60s-80s F and very low humidity it was a nice change from other parts of VN. A sidenote..rooms are not equipped with A/C so can get warm during the day. I would highly recommend a stay at the Dalat Wonder Resort before it becomes a popular destination in Dalat.Pros:Very new resort (guesting around 75% complete as of November 15, 2018) therefore pristine grounds as expected.Rooms/bathrooms are clean and spacious.Staff and management was very accommodating (we requested a room change to higher up the hillside for a better balcony view...villa 505).Breakfast was pretty good overall but could improve slightly with more variety.Room rate was excellent..in mid fifties..I am guessing because the property was incomplete so it was a steal. Now for cons:Development was incomplete so you will hear constructionCable TV not workingPhone not working initially to call for shuttleHot tub not workingNo shower drapes causing wet floors
