Beautifully kept, immaculate, quiet and comfortable.
Tucked down a quiet side street, just a few minutes from the centre, the hotel is uninspiring outside. Inside, the reception area is attractive and bright.
Warmly greeted - which continued every time we entered and left (you have to leave your key). Room spotless - perhaps slightly old-fashioned but that added to its charm. Bed much more comfortable than it looked - single long pillow seemed odd but didn't cause us any problems.
Slightly odd bathroom layout with bidet close and opposite toilet made it tricky to find a comfortable sitting position. A few packs of shower gel provided, but no hand soap or shampoo (we decided to buy our own). Shower worked well.
No kettle or hairdryer.
But the price - so cheap! Read all of the above with this in mind. We've paid many times more for rooms nowhere near as clean or spacious, or well-located.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is simple but very good valué for money. The accommodation is plain but comfortable. The location is very close to the town centre and attractions such as the sherry bodegas. Best of all the desk is manned day and night and the man I talked to provided a map and good recommendations on what to see and was kind enough to look after my luggage after I checked out.
The interior is very pretty and traditional. Thank you, Hotel San Andrés!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating, beautiful house in a very calm area at the edge of the center, simple clean and well cared for room. Thank you very much and I will come back next time I go to Jerez again.

Liked the room and the decorations in the hotel! Owner was very friendly and gave us a lot of local tips on where to eat, flamenco, trying sherry, etc. No parking onsite but the Centro parking nearby was cheap enough for a day

Fabulous small property in the Old Town of Jerez, the atrium is your first view when arriving and is filled with plants and trees giving you a great first impression. On check in we were given a map and told of all the places of interest we might visit, information that was priceless for our short visit. The double room was large, spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. For a short stay break the position of the hotel in town was perfect, I would stay again when we next visit Jerez.

Net, basic hotel.

My ratings are based on the type of establishment it is. It is basic, but the hotel is beautifully decorated throughout the public areas and the staff are incredibly friendly. The only thing it lacked was soap in the bathroom, but got some for 79 cents so that was no trouble. The hotel has a great location and it is very quiet considering this. I would happily go back.

Outstanding. We had a wonderful stay, great staff, brilliant location, very clean, basic but incredibly good value.

This hotel is wonderful, absolutely enchanting. A quiet place in a beautiful building. The rooms are quiet and very clean and above all the service of the reception was so friendly and supportive. I can highly recommend this hotel, which is only a 3 minutes walk away from the city center.

The hotel is ideally located and you're both quickly in the historic center with all the restaurants as well as close to the train station.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Recommendations were never a problem and turned out to be really good.
The rooms are very clean, as is the whole hotel and the rooms are exactly like in the pictures: Functional, small and simple.
Wifi is available everywhere in the hotel, even up on the 3rd floor. I've stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotels where the wifi ended in the lobby, so this was a nice surprise.
The only negative thing that I have to mention, is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear every word and movement in the rooms next to yours. Especially if you have a room close to the elevator, it wakes you up a couple of times each night, because it sounds like someone is banging on the wall beside your bed.
Other than that, great value for little money.

My priorities were clean hotel room and bathroom and a/c for a reasonable price and Hotel San Andres was perfect. A/C is not centralized so it’s a plus because you don’t have shared vents were cigarette smoke can enter your room. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was very hard. Furniture is basic and desk is starting to deteriorate. The armoire has lots of space but the hangers were a hodge podge of leftover wire and wood hangers. Bathroom was very clean, and fresh towels are provided every day. Location was convenient to the historic part of Jerez and only a 3 minute walk to the most popular place for Flamenco in town. The interior decor of the shared lobby with the Pension has so much character with beautiful Spanish moorish accents.

The hotel is very central, perfect for a short stroll to the shops or bars and restaurants. It only took a few minutes to walk to the Alcazar, Cathedral and many Sherry Bodegas.
The man on reception was excellent. On arrival he gave us a map and helpfully circled the main sites, an area for good food and the nearby flamenco bar. He greeted us whenever we entered or left the hotel in a friendly manner.
Our hotel room was basic, cool enough that we never tried the air cooling gadget that we were given on arrival. There were towels and shower gel sachets in the bathroom, two single beds, television, basic furniture and television.
Down some of the streets nearby it is possible to park and this is free all day Sundays, we had to move the car by 09:00 on the Monday morning or pay in a nearby machine.

The manager, Jose, is so friendly and helpful! We stayed there during the MotoGP event, so the pricing was expectedly higher than usual. The location is great; close to main tourist attractions including the train station and the MotoGP bus stops. The hotel courtyards are charming! Breakfast is not provided, but there are so many good bakery shops nearby.
