The TV was huge, but half the channels don’t work and I stayed in two different rooms and the same channels were scrambled. Sucked! No extra amenities and marijuana smoke throughout property. All in all I felt comfortable and safe

Initially, I had higher expectations upon checking in and finding my room pleasingly clean. But unfortunately it ended there. Absolutly NO room cleaning even after requesting daily cleaning. We stayed a total of 5 miserable nights.NO clean towels and even after requiring a visit to the office, I had to beg for towels. Each request they came up with another misc. rule not written anywhere or on any posted paper for why they couldn't provide towels, toilet paper, or a hair dryer. On top of which bathroom safety was a big problem. No grab bars in the shower with extremely slippery floor and tub surfaces. Without extra towels to use on the floor it was very difficult to get in and out of the tub/shower and its a miracale didn't hurt myself. The mattress was soooo horrible and uncomfortable to sleep on withthe springs coming through, that the floor would have been better. The last night was the absolute worst. We had barely any sleep due to the late night check in neighbors. They proceeded to screem, bang walls and doors even after I went politely and asked for them to tone it down. After several hours of this and it was well past 1:30 am, I tried multiple times to call the office, but no one answered the phone. I thought to then drive around to the office or even call 911 but was fearful that they may retaliate on my vehicle or me & my young granddaughter. So we struggled through the balance of the night with 3 hoursof sleep.

Room was infested with roaches. I was by myself to be there and do some painting on my son’s house so I was not very particular about the room I stayed in but this hotel is very run down to be a national chain. The room smelled of cigarettes. Garbage cans overflowing outside. Pool half full and water was green.

The pictures of this Motel (NOT) Hotel aren't what the actual hotel is! They used another property pictures! Our refrigerator was sitting outside of our room defrosting" and our restroom/vanity lights would not work! There were cockroaches everywhere and people sitting outside casually doing DRUGS!! This was not a safe for me to be there, especially with small children! We called and requested a refund and was denied so we left!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and your people said they could do nothing about it because the Motel said they had fixed the issues! How do you fix an unsafe environment and or delapated conditions?

I was denied clean towels. Was told that I would just not be able to take a shower. That it was not time to put clean towels out. Sad part the 1 towel and 1 wash cloth in the room looked like someone used it to try and clean the room with it. Also seen 2 roaches. Get what you paid for.

Roach-infested, counted up to 30 on the second night after requesting during the day that they spray. One on the BED, one came out of my SHOE the final morning!! Manager (owner?) was surly (Real attitude) when I complained politely at check out next day. Me: "room was infested". He: "You saying the whole place is infected". Me: I only stayed in one room, but common sense would be more than the one room had the problem". When 1st arrived they gave us a key to an occupied room!!! Manger (owner) said "It happens". He was, and they are completely irresponsible. This review will appear all over the internet!!!!

Worst room i’ve ever seen! It was roach infested. Roaches in the bed & bed frame. Mold all over the walls and light fixtures. There was even a roach nest inside the bed frame of one of the beds. DISGUSTING. All we did was walk in the room and walk straight out to check out. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Lots of arguments outside the rooms, had water bugs/ roaches in the rooms. Hand prints outside my window and on my car window. Looks like people were trying to look in. Just didn’t feel safe at all and the cleanliness was lacking big time.

Floors had no carpet and felt gritty when walking, toilet paper holder was off the wall, so no surface to put toilet paper and had to kill a roach in the room. Room rented to 2 people, but had only one towel and hand towel available. Lady at front desk very friendly and helpful.

The hotel needed work but to it’s defense they had experienced a tornado that same month.

Took them till 2:30 to have my rooms ready. Check in was at 2. Even overlooking that the staff in the office was ok, the room service is AWFUL. We booked 2 rooms one smelled clean the other smelled like someone smoked in it heavily and was still dirty from whoever was in it before. We looked past that as we were just there for 2 nights. When we came back to the hotel the first night after I turned the lights off in my room is when I noticed the roaches. had one in bed with me on one of my pillows. It was disgusting. I couldnt sleep much after that waking up all night off and on. my wife and son were in the other room. Their AC sounded like a rock on tumble dry in a dryer, it smelled bad was dirty and she saw way more roaches. Neither of the minifridges worked. The TV in my room turned on but did nothing. we decided to sleep in our car for our second night as that was preferable to the rooms we had. worst way to spend $319 ever. To make matters worse, NO REFUNDS!!! I will never stay at a red roof inn again. Looking at the reviews on google will come first next time, no matter how badly we need a roof over our heads.

I found a cockroach in the room. The facilities were unkept. People hanging around the facility appeared to be seedy. I would not recommend this place and will never stay there again.

With the understanding that there was a tornado the week before and I do realize it is a cheap motel, they never checked the room the entire 4 days we were there and I had to go to office to get towels. We ended up buying our own! The room was never checked for toilet paper or trash

Live Roaches and dead ones in the room, I immediately checked out within minutes of arrival. Very upset about these conditions. The small table was off the hinges and leaning. The chair has wheels, and rolled down the wood floors that were slanted.

I enjoyed the stay and the staff!!!

Booked a room but upon arrival, the manager told me there were no available rooms. Was on the phone with Expedia customer service for over 25 minutes to get a refund. They then told me it would be another 72 hours until their department would decide if i get a refund or not.

The lady working that night was rude, outside smoking and did not want to be bothered by checking my confirmation email. I will NEVER stay at this establishment. I wasn’t even able to stay when I booked it and they REFUSE to refund me.

Ghetto, no 24 hour front desk, if you decide to show up after they decide to close, good luck explaining to Expedia why you couldn't get your room they booked for you. Left cell numbers on the front door for "key service" which are personal cells seemingly full time residents of the hotel. Avoid like the plague.

We found living roaches in the bathrooms of both rooms we were in. The floors look 1/2 cleaned. The first room smelled like straight up smoke. The 2nd room had cracked window, door wouldn’t close correctly with the extra lock, could hear weird noises from other room, 1st room the sheets were nasty, no pillow cases, no remote. Horrible experience I will never stay there or recommend anyone else to stay there.

We were not able to check in early. When we got in the room the refridgerator had food in it from the previous guests. We had to have a person come in to clean the room. the bathroom had toilet paper on the floor, no toilet paper on a roll. the toilet paper holder was missing. we paid a primium for our stay because of the eclipse, $120. to $300. per night. there was no maid service. The manager told us he did not trust his staff to be in the room when the guest was not present. With a four day stay there was never any fresh towles. There was no laundry room which was advertized, and no included breakfast which was advertized. The worst was the bugs, during the first night roaches started coming out into the bathroom and the main room area. the next morning we went to a hardware store and bought roach killer that we used every morning as we left. If it would have been posible we would have changed hotels, Because of the eclipse there was nothing available. The morning of check out a bug ran across my candy bar.

I was wondering why I paid so much dollars for a by the hour hotel…. Still wondering. This hotel stay away from. It’s very very drug infested and methy…. We had one towel and one pillow for two people. The main thing where I was like oh yep this is a drug ring. The manager who gave me his card to check out late when I called the next day the girl working was very very mad the manger offered this. I was told to stay an extra hour 25 dollars cash only and to go pay asap. Sorry to this girl we left and you couldn’t get your hit and the manager was hitting on me that much. My bf felt weird but what do you expect from places like this. One towel one pillow nasty room run y’all.
