By far, the most accommodating, professional and friendly reception of any hotel stay. Provided with private area to get ready for my early afternoon meetings (way before check-in). Super organized and well staffed.... again, friendly and professional!!!

Everything you want in a hotel for a vacation to a city. Great vibe, perfect location, incredible service from employees who go out of their way to make you feel special, anticipate your needs and desires, and share the warmth of their culture! Ahmed, Daniel, David amongst others were just outstanding! Click Clack is the perfect hotel for Medellin and Medellin is the perfect city for Click Clack! Outstanding experience!

This was one of the fanciest hotels I've ever stayed in. I really cannot believe this place has any poor reviews. The service is impeccable; this property has many restaurants and bars, and everything is amazing and high-end. The pool is small, but I still had a blast laying out for hours and enjoyed the poolside bar/food services. They have great tour guide services, but book weeks in advance if you want a specific day. All the best restaurants surround this hotel (and you can walk to most of them on foot), and Poblado is cute and has great shopping). I was a solo, non-Spanish-speaking female traveler, and unfortunately, I never felt safe enough to leave the hotel after about 8 pm, which was fine since I did tons of sightseeing during the day. Luckily, I could relax, hang out, and have cocktails nightly at the rooftop bar at Click Clack and stay until close. The inside of the hotel was very safe; there were guards everywhere. Sadly, I never felt 100% safe as a woman to walk alone in certain areas of this neighborhood (other American travelers at the pool voiced the same concerns as I had regarding not feeling 100% safe when walking on the side streets of this neighborhood). I definitely would bring all the cash you need, before this trip as I wouldn't want to use any ATMs and get followed after. One last thought: this hotel would be amazing for couples because it has a sexy vibe. I will be back to the Click Clack next time I have a companion to travel with!

This was my first trip to Columbia with my partner. I looked at a few different Hotel options and chose to stay at clickclack after receiving recommendation from a friend. We are very happy with our choice to stay here the hotel is very modern and luxurious with a unique theme. The service we received was top-notch and many of which were bilingual speaking English which was helpful considering my Spanish is not so good. The heated rooftop pool was a great addition to our stay. The included breakfast is excellent, Gourmet food. Along with complimentary breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a very safe location and staff is always there if you have any questions or concerns about transportation local dining or activities. If I find myself traveling to Medellin again in the future I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Everything. Very funky, unique and clean hotel. They really think of every detail. The service is unmatched. David, Isabella and Jesus in particular really made our stay so much more easy & enjoyable. We will be coming back to Medellin in the near future and only staying here.

The place is beautiful, the service was excellent, very friendly and very diligent staff, the breakfasts are the best part. Super central near Lleras Park and Provenza. Love the place, I give it a 20 out of 10😍.

This hotel is beautiful! Perfect aesthetic for the neighborhood and also eco-friendly. Staff were nice and attentive. I would only have 1 negative comment or something to check and that is to check if they are hosting any events and/or parties. This hotel is not a high rise and has an open atrium so the echo and bass can be felt in your room. Stayed there when they were also hosting some parties for their fashion week and one night the music was playing until 4am! Staff were apologetic and offered us amenities and other things as an apology. However it would have been nice to get a heads up and not have to get offered a room change after 2 nights of music playing passed 2am

Great place to stay in Medellin. Stayed in XXL suite which was spacious enough with a deep soak tub. The hotel itself is very beautifully designed, very modern and jungle chic would be description. A number of restaurants onsite, including pool bar and lobby bar both of which are fun. Can be loud from rooftop bar, depending on where your room is located. Everyone who works there is pleasant, overall had a great experience. Probably for younger or cooler, hip crowd. Not for the peaceful, quiet vacation but then again not sure if that’s what you’re headed to Medellín for.
