The hotel room was cozy enough, but construction on sidewalks was inconvenient. Rooms could use darkening shades.

Nice comfortable room. Excellent staff. Very accomodating. One downfall was that there were no chairs in the room and the ones outside were not comfortable. The breakfasts were good and the ladies would make whatever ki d of eggs you would like. The orange juice was not very good. We had very nice orange juice elsewhere. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great hidden little gem!

Took me more than 30 minutes to check in our group of 4-5 rooms. Hotels.com quoted in USD, however the hotel could not bill in USD, so it ended up costing me more because the exchange rate had changed. The breakfast was a joke in my opinion and should not even be mentioned. This appears to be a place that is frequented by Mexican nacionals or gringos that are cost conscious

What a sweet property! Very close to restaurants, the main Plaza and the beach. The room was immaculate, with toiletries, a hair dryer, air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Cooked breakfast was delicious.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. Our room was simple but perfect for our stay. It was close to the plaza without being right on the plaza, which we prefer. Close to all services, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended.

They provide keys to the front gate that is locked after 8pm, so it’s pretty safe.

This is a Bijou Hotel. It was expensive for the lack of amenities both in and out of the hotel. No places to eat either inside or in the surrounding area. The rooms are cute but basic, the only furniture is the bed. The rest is made of concrete, Bedside Table and Shelving. No closet. The Shower is in the Bedroom, no door just a curtain. The Bedroom opens to a Courtyard with a small Plunge Pool. The Check in closes at 9 pm, the reception person goes home, so they give you a key for the front door. The area surrounding the hotel is very residential and no places to eat or walk. Parking is very limited, just 3 spaces on the front, which are very tight. I felt the contents of our vehicle were not safe in the neighbourhood overnight. Breakfast is served by 3 ladies who come earlier in the morning and cook outside and prepare a simple breakfast of Omelette and Fruit.

The property is quiet and very close to attractions. Lightning in the room didn't operate in some areas. Concrete steps were cracked and chipped due to wear and age. Staff were friendly and accomdating.

Super clean and private hotel. Check in was fast and easy! The only complaint we had was that they ran out of cerveza! But we loved it otherwise.

I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet and comfortable. Nice breakfast included. Smallish hotel built around a small pool. Close to Zocalo, Mission and restaurants. I booked on Expedia and the address it gave was ambiguous. But if you click on the directions in your booking details it will be easy enough to find. 2 thumbs up!

It’s a beautiful facility. Our room was lovely and well appointed. We were able to walk to the Malecon and enjoy other local sites as well

Terrible stay. Desk clerk charged me the USD rate rather than the Canadian dollar rate I was quoted by Hotels.com. When he couldn’t/or wouldn’t fix them issue, he told me to talk to the desk clerk in the morning. I went down the next morning and there was a sign on the counter- Reception Hours 1-9! There was almost no water pressure and after 5 minutes running the tap I still had no hot water. Plus there was a mariachi band playing next door until 11 pm. Not an enjoyable stay

Despite a town wide blackout that prevented some of our enjoyment of this hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel had 2 minute of hot water. Sent repair person on the 3rd day and he came to room at night for 2 hours ( did some stuff returned ). and did more. The is after we requested they come in during day, when we were out.
Water heater makes noises all night and day .
We had an extended stay of 3 more days. They billed us all of it, when we arrived and overcharged $237.31. They refunded $87.76. We are still over charged $139.55
They did not change the amount in Hotels.com confirmation

Clean, Quiet, comfortable out of the main busy area. Having stayed at La Mission and here… if you need your bags carried and a Starbucks in the lobby and a mega pool stay at the Mission. If you’re looking for a less “Disney” style experience but with 💯 comfort, fewer people, less “party” and more quiet I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is simple and good. Easy to walk everywhere. I would 💯 stay again anytime I was here.

Room was quite small- very noisy, A dude walked by at 6:30 I not only could hear every step he took I could tell he was wearing flip flops. The bed was nice, I did enjoy the breakfast which was right outside our room. At first the shower was lukewarm but we got the desk guy to turn up the heat.

Pet peeve when mexican companies try to double or triple the spread on currency exchanges. I booked in expedia in USD. I ended up paying 25 USD more by the time they added IVA and inflated further by using a 21:1 Peso exchange rate. Basically adding to USD quoted (which was already converted from pesos..). Additionally their showers didn't have hot water when we got up in the morning, we were told hot water would come around 8am. Great unless you actually need to be somewhere.. Free breakfast doesnt start until 7:30 either (again great unless you need to be somewhere).. They only have 2 "parking" spots with the hotel, otherwise you are on the street. We ended up on the street.
