Guillaume at reception was fantastic, he welcomed us and gave us good tips for the hotel and exploring Paris.

Really pleasant stay. Staff is great and the spa really good

Warm and lovely
4.5
Perfect location with very well decorated elegant hotel.
4.5
Very comfortable and great location. Only thing is there is some construction outside the hotel at nearby building which was a bit annoying. But the hotel itself was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very clean.
4.5
Unprofessional reception. I will not book at this hotel again and the price is exaggerated
4.5
Best hotel in the area for the price.

The front desk (the reception) were not professional at all, one of them was very rude, he doesn’t know how to communicate with people and they need more training because the way we were treated is not the way of a five star hotel (felt like a 2 star hotel) The hotel is nice overall but not worth the money. the rooms are small. The location might be the good thing about the place.

The best location in Paris

Staff was amazing. The spa facilities were great. The room was beautiful too. Now we have a favourite hotel in Paris that’s in a superb location. Wife and I had travelled for our wedding anniversary and could not have asked for a better hotel and facilities.
4.5
Location was safe but a little far from the sites , breakfast could be better, just a few hours few options. Bedroom very small for two people, bed and pillow were comfortable and also shower head. . Service just ok concierge failed to do certain appointments for us even though we request the reservations ,
Is one month ago. Price of hotel was high for amenities.
4.5
Lovely property and very convenient location! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, looking forward to visiting again!
4.5
Quite, safe , luxurious and low key

The dirty bathroom was completely unacceptable. There was hair all over the bathroom molding. Utterly disgusting.

The restaurant is in a beautiful garden setting... it is serene. But serving a bad 12 euro orange juice. Rooms are spacious..decor is modern and elegant. There is nothing bad about the hotel but it is not worthy of the 5 star price in my opinion. I was promised a response from the concierge regarding show tickets and never received any assistance although I reminded twice. It is a lovely place but overpriced.
The spa treatment room is beautiful but our massages did not leave us feeling any better. Maybe a facial would have been a better idea.
4.5
We had the attic room which was ok but too small . We did not have any chest or drawers in the room so was obliged to use the suitcase as a storage so it was hard to move around.
The TV was very much for the french people . No foreign news which is unheard of ! In the most remote places in the world you get CNN and BBC news. It was the platinum jubilee of the queen and we could not watch any of it!
Nice hotel, very well located and very friendly staff.

The only positive things: Location and doorman/doorwoman and Jeanine from concierge.
Negative: Management, a rude receptionist, housekeeping staff need to change or get some real training (it’s not normal nor acceptable that every other day for 6 days they do not replace nor clean the used glasses and cups) and by the way The measly “privilege” of adding two bottles of water a day won’t break the bank for them, an Evian bottle costs only 0,50€ from the franprix nearby but No they choose to charge you a 7€ price for that bottle. This is a basic thing any 5 star hotel offers these days. I don’t think these people grasp what it is to be a 5* entity, you see the 5th star is given for attention to detail like no enforces smiling and bad mouthing any client. They think that if someone complains about their low quality service that person has issues, but No it’s never them. At any other hotel in this same area you will get a 300% more value for your money with staff who genuinely love their jobs, who lie to your face and have an attitude about it. The ones who “liked” this hotel are either Bots or individuals who have shockingly low standards.
But the one to blame is the 5 star alliance. This hotel is a 3-4* at its best.

The spa and pool were a plus in the heat. The location was wonderful. However, the room was small and needed small repairs.

Our stay at Les Jardins du Faubourg was a perfect and memorable experience, which was personalized by Mme. Boccara and Monsieur Collin, the Managing Director and Concierge of the hotel. The hotel had just opened its doors in the beginning of June, so everything was pristine and new. We liked the interior design of the hotel and rooms, as well as the interior garden terrace, which was like walking into a calming oasis from the rest of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with discriminating tastes, as it far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return to Les Jardins du Faubourg when we return to Paris.
