Amei a localização da pousada, as pessoas do quarto (viramos amigas rsrsrs) o café da manhã e a cordialidade da equipe e com certeza a limpeza.

Aceitável

Funcionários educados e solicitos, o café da manhã é ótimo e o hostel fica pertinho do centro e rodoviária que facilita bastante. A pousada é tranquila e o ambiente no geral é confortável.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, as camas são de ferro antigo e não tem estabilidade, então quando alguém se mexe na parte de cima ou debaixo o outro também mexe junto porque a cama balança. Sou alérgica a pêlos de gatos e infelizmente tinha uma gata que não pertencia a pousada que insistia em entrar no quarto, resumindo, no final da estadia sai completamente congestionada. Pontos de melhoria: Controle de entrada e saída dos hóspedes mais rigoroso; Um outro ponto de melhoria acho que é válido repensar sobre mais um banheiro feminino, uma vez que ficamos com o quarto com as 08 camas ocupadas, ficou difícil a utilização e sem contar que também tinham mulheres no quarto misto. É pra finalizar, acho que também seria interessante colocar um bebedouro em cada andar.

The personal was very nice! We had a problem in a dorm one night with loud people, and they reacted on it. They gave us great suggestions to visit Paraty and the surroundings. Breakfast was very good! The location is very good! Give you towels.

If you are in the dorms there is only 1 bathroom (including toilets) for girls / 1 for men. There isn't any locker to put bags, the available lockers are only very small. The hostel has too much decoration, and the space can be used for useful things like lockers, space to hangout. The rooms are very small, the bunkbeds doesn't feel very safe.

Everything is beautiful. We start with the hostel manager, who is fluent in the English language, good hospitality, and puts in effort to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the guests in the hostel. Cleanliness is the most important of all, the location on the bank of the canal.

A localização é boa O horário do café é aceitável Tem recepção 24hrs

Fiz minha reserva com 4 meses de antecedência e logo já foi debidado do meu cartão, entrei em contato com a pousada e um rapaz não muito educado insistiu que era assim mesmo, olhei as regras no site e não havia esta informação, retornei com a pousada avisando e depois de alguns dias me pediram desculpa e disseram que iam ver com o financeiro, não tive resposta e depois de insitir tive como retorno que eu deveria resolver com meu cartão de crédito. Então se vc não puder pagar na hora, não reserve pq depois eles não te dão suporte e jogam o probelma para você. A coberta tinha um cheiro muito ruím, não consegui usar.

Me sentí tranquila en el lugar, fui bien recibida y atendida, las instalaciones de la habitación compartida son bastante

Tiene lindos espacios para estar, las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables siempre, el desayuno es completo, de fácil acceso.

Las habitaciones de la terraza son pequeñas, se concentra mucho calor y los ventiladores no son suficiente. Los baños no son mantenidos tan regularmente para mi gusto.

Foi satisfatório e gratificante!

O gerente Eric é muito prestativo e atencioso, com dicas de passeios nas regiões, fora os bolos que ele faz para o café da manhã que é divino. Ele e o Gabriel são a salvação no hostel. Já indiquei para amigos e familiares.

Do atendimento de alguns funcionários, achei que tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo na área debaixo (nos dias que ficam nublados o odor fica mais forte), fora isso estava tudo agradável.

Reforma urgente.

Boa localização, perto da avenida que dá acesso a muito comércio e centro histórico. Deck para o Rio bem legal, com mesas para café. Café simples, mas justo para um hostel.

Quarto 03 feminino compartilhado A lâmpada do quarto não funcionou. Ficamos no escuro. Nos deram uma luminária de emergência q tbm não funcionou. Detalhe: está luminária deveria estar fixa, conforme recomendação dos bombeiros. Quarto com 6 camas, sendo q o ideal seria 4 devido ao tamanho minúsculo do quarto. Tomadas do quarto não funcionam. Não há ventilação pela janela e nem ar condicionado. Ventilador parou junto com a lâmpada. Limpeza ruim. Banheiro com porta mofada e restos de sabonete mesmo após a "limpeza do quarto". Descarga vazando pelo piso. O local precisa de reformas urgente, mas a recepção trata como algo normal. Atendimento da recepção lento e apático, sobretudo a noite.

La posada es una belleza, es una casona típica de Paraty, tiene pileta y un deck con vista al río. La atención de Erik fue excelente, hasta hizo servir el desayuno antes porque nos íbamos temprano.

In the male dorm, it's gets pretty loud right outside the room from around 8am. The shared kitchen outside was pretty dirty, I usually like to cook but I didn't bother with this one. Shower wasn't hot. 1 multi-use bathroom shared within 6, so could be waiting a bit. Not all beds have plug sockets

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. specially Erik is so kind and was willing to go out of his way to be helpful. and the girl working in reception, I don’t recall her name is also very sweet even though she spoke very little English . They also arranged for a boat ride and Jeep tour at a very fair price . Thank you Erik and staff

they put me in a dorm on the roof, completely open (and no AC!), very cramped (if I sat up even partially I would’ve hit my head on the roof beam, not much more than half a meter between bunk beds) and they charged me the same for this room as I paid for the following nights with AC

Nice shared spaces and good breakfast

Nice shared outdoor space. The bedroom I was in was pretty basic with offensive overhead lighting, but the bed was comfortable with plenty of bed sheets and blankets. The kitchen although small and basic was sufficient for me to cook a meal while I was there.

The location is a little removed from the historical part of the city. I would've like the hostel to do something social so those staying there could get to know each other more easily.

doesn't weight up the bad sides

i have never been robbed in brasil until i booked this place. its a shame from them to make people book 4 nights over the carneval period, its a total abuse of the market position. other then that the situation in the room was catastrophic. 4 double beds on minimal space, no air-conditioning with the mattress being extremely thin. don't expect to get much sleep there. when i left after 1 night instead of the 4, i got offered to stay in another room "cause the conditions up there are really not good". so they are fully aware of what they did. do yourself a favor and stay away

Fantastic!

I loved the location of the hostel as it was right in front of one of the canals and also very central.

I was travelling alone as a young women, but the place had a more family environment. I would have loved more of a young traveler vibe.
