A couple spending some much needed time-off in Thailand. Our stay the Intercontinental was Great from our arrival until our (unfortunate) departure. Great service, Great food and a customer service which exceeded our expectations. We also attended a lot of the complimentary morning activities (yoga, thai boxing, pilates etc) - and would recommend these to anyone staying here.

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!

Check in was easy and fast and I got an early check in as well, which is appreciated. The staff were welcoming as at first and quick. SOME Room service needs improvement. The room was a bit tight and not as the pictures perceived. It’s an average stay for the price I paid, so ok definitely staying at another location next time. Check out staff was pleasant.

The hotel is an amazing facility - get a room with a mountain view and enjoy the architecture with a cup of coffee. The food in all restaurants is excellent. Best pat tai is in Pinto, best curry - in Jaras. This one was among the top hotels we stayed at, highly recommended.

I upgraded my room from pool access room to lagoon access villa. The villa was spacious and luxurious. But, there were many ants inside the villa which is really disturbing. Second, breakfast buffet variety and quality was decent but very crowded.

An absolutely amazing stay with excellent service. The grounds of the property are immaculate, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I don’t believe I’ve witnessed better service at any of the other properties I’ve ever stayed at, and I travel quite frequently. I highly recommend this property, including its amazing staff for the great service.

This is my second time here. The resort is expensive, but everything about it is just amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are pure luxury. Very friendly staff all the way. I also loved the Pine Bar at the beach, with excellent service staff, and live music or DJ playing. Really nice breakfast. Bring a credit card for the check in. I only had debit, so I needed to use cash for the deposit. Thanks for the stay, and hugs to Pine Bar staff. Your're the best.

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in, all staff we came across were so accommodating. You can chill out at the resort, (at the several options of pools or by the beach) or a short walk along the beach check out the local restaurants and shops for some local and cheaper activities.

The service was excellent and would like to give a special shout out to Matty at the beachside restaurant who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one! Thank you Matty! It would be nice if the hotel provided some sort of complimentary service to guests considering the room rates. There was absolutely nothing free at this hotel - not even a chocolate at turn down service. A complimentary breakfast or afternoon tea would have been appreciated. It was a beautiful property though and we did enjoy our stay overall. However, just felt we had to pay for everything in addition to a high room cost.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and service provided is the best I've ever seen. The rooms are outstanding and the scenery outside with the pools and mountain background is very nice. The breakfast is great and lots of options for everyone, there's a number of restaurants and the menus are so good we ended up not really wanting to go anywhere else for food. I had 2 days where I got sick from a cooking class in another area of phuket and the chef at Pinto restaurant on the resort would make me a personal soup for dinner and breakfast to help which I cannot thank them enough. It is also on the nicest side of kamala beach and has beautiful sands and water. Overall, I would 100% return and recommend this hotel to anyone. If I had to say what made this hotel the best it is most definitely the staff and how quickly they come to your attention.
