Nice to have robes and a kitchenette available. Great places to eat nearby

They had a power outage so we had to call for the key code. They answered the second time we called. There is no one on site. The sprinklers were running in the morning, soaking the cars and the sidewalks right in front of the hotel. We called and asked them to shut them off so we went to get soaked when we were loading our car and no one answered. We had to wait for them to shut off.

Great location, bar n restaurant across road. Just overnighted on a bike trip. Didn’t see anyone from hotel at checkin or out.

Hotel is GREAT... Has some throwback looking items in it giving it a fun feel.... beds were very good, but the AC does blow on you which i personally dont like, but i did love how cold it was able to get the room as i sleep best in a cold room under warm covers.
Rooms were VERY CLEAN which my wife and I loved... restaurants around the hotel were good food and we could take left overs all because our hotel had a fridge and a microwave.
Very enjoyable stay....
Only issues were minor... bushes not trimmed so couldnt walk on all of the sidewalk because of that, and the road in front of the hotel is a bit rough. I would absolutely go there again and still give it a 4.7 / 5 if not a little higher....

Cozy, roomy, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Reservations and check in were easy. About five miles south of Bigfork with a partial view of Flathead Lake. Area for an outdoor bonfire and firewood were available, although we didn’t partake. Would come back. Thanks

Greatest place to stay..Been staying here for years.

We had trouble checking our code would not work. Poor response from hotel staff. She was actually across the street working in a bar. No office area. The grounds were terrible. Grass not mowed. Room was good accept for the loud ac unit.

We never received any information about checking in. No email, text, phone call. When we arrived there was no one in the office, no information about who to contact or how posted anywhere. Went to the bar across the hyway. They said try the next bar down the street she is usually there. found her at the bar. sounded put out about helping us said you got a email . Told never received any checking in information. Never got anything from the hotel. Big sigh ok so looked up our information on her phone and told me how to get into our room. Then I told there's another couple over by the office sitting in the 95 degrees heat for a while waiting for help also. She ask me for there name . I don't know what there name is just that they have been waiting for quite awhile for someone to show up. Then she sighed guess I better go over there. Tried email the owner from the info sheet later not a good email address . The good thing is the room is very nice ,clean and comfortable. The outside needs a good lawn care job and trash pickup.

What a pleasant surprise to find this inn, allowing us to enjoy the Bigfork Summer Playhouse and not have to drive back to Missoula that night. Loved the ease of check-in! Thank you!

Cute and clean

The hotel room felt more like a personalized space with warm feel to it. Only suggestion would be to add curtains on the front windows to block the car’s headlights and another layer of security on the front door. Staying as a single person I did not feel as safe. It had plenty of little touches and lots of towels. Didn’t need soap or hair soap.
Great restaurant next door.
Will definitely stay again!!

i liked everything except the unkept yard and bushes. Also no plug in for usbs

Clean & cozy room! It was nice being so close to restaurants and the lake. The outside of the hotel could use some maintenance (trim grass and new outside chairs) but other than that it was a good deal!

Simple nicely updated motel. Do go to The Raven restaurant across the street. Sit outside by the lake. There was an excellent guitarist.

Easy check in instructions. Great views and restaurants within walking. Limited parking.

The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. The room was cute and the grounds are lovely. The room had enough space for my large dog crate.

The property has a small kitchenette but absolutely no dishes, silverware and glasses etc.
We had to buy some plastic spoons and paper bowls from a food truck to eat the cereal we brought with us.

Quaint motel located in Woods Bay. Room was clean and had nice amenities. No on site staff. We had booked through Hotels.com so needed to call the hotel number to figure out which room and how to get in.

Cute place, but the bed needs a replacement. Sagging no back support

I didn't have any interaction with staff. The place had a funky smell and my shoes stuck to the floor. The building seemed to have been built "back in the day" and seemed on the verge of various things going to need replacing. The water line had air in it and spurted from the faucet in fits and starts. I don't know if the unit i was in had pets previously, but the couch has seen better days. I hesitated to sit on it. My overall take on it was that it is not clean.More like what might be considered fancy camping in the 1960s.

They arrange your room key code as soon as they confirm your reservation remotely, and you can check in at any time which is super convenient! They have a welcoming bar with great food across the street and a beautiful view of the lake which you can also see from some of the rooms. The room were very clean and comfortable as well.

Ice build-up (2" ) in the freezer so door would not close, we were asked to unplug and pull out. Sauna was leaking in rainwater. No ice - told to punch in code to open ice box - no lock and no ice, told to go across street to restaurant and ask for bag of ice. Grounds not kept up. Air conditioner/heater full of dust and debris.

Appealling space, well maintained and out of town.

We had the Bali cabin which had two queen beds, bath, shower and a small kitchen and also a sitting room area with flat screen TV. After the horrors of staying in a cabin in Glacier National Park this was absolute bliss.
Would definately stay here again

Reception was closed and there was a contact number written on a white board. I receieved a text about a code to access my room, and when I entered the room, it was clean but over powered by a cinnamon smell. I had to air out the room. Contacted reception by the number provided and connected to a switch board number which was not local. I receieved a text saying they switched my room, and provided with a new access code. The room stilll smelled and aired it out. I will not stay at this "inn" and wpuld not recommend it.

We booked because I thought was nice spot close to restaurants. When you enter the place you can smell mold . Mold was all over in bathroom ceiling. Someone hairs in the tub . Bunch of dog poop where you should relax by bonfire. Ice machine empty. We left without even staying in for the night

Such a nice hotel. Super cute, close to the water, food and drinks. Could use a little more parking. I will definitely be back!!

The room was good size, appropriate decor for the "Maui "room. Everything needed was provided. Very clean.
The surrounding area was not very attractive.
The view of Flathead Lake was beautiful from The Raven Bar and Grill back patio. There is no water/beach access so if that is something that the traveler desires they must drive to another location.
The room was quiet even though the Inn is located on a 2 lane road that can get busy.
Check in was smooth, we didn't see or interact with any staff or service personnel.

This was a charming place to stay, very clean and great view of Flathead Lake.

The Islander is located across the street from Lake Flathead and was clean and comfortable with a laid back vibe. Two good restaurants within walking distance along with Burls cherry orchard on the street uphill. Was able to walk through the cherry orchard.

Very cute place and generally happy with my visit. Needs a few corrections- dead bolt doesnt work well, toaster is JUNK, wall socket in bathroom doesnt work.
Otherwise very pleasant and happy to have stayed here.

Cute hotel. We had problems with keyless entry (the owner entered the wrong code). Staff was very nice and helpful.
Not all outlets worked. Had to move coffee maker to use.
