Loved my stay at Nest, super trendy hotel, buses and trams at your door step. Right in the centre of town with shopping, eating and bars right there. The room was adorable loved the little touches, the only thing I didn’t like ( but must Japanese bathroom do this) a big step to enter the bathroom. The free breakfast pack was great to grab and go or there was plenty of communal sitting. Highly recommend, a short 5 mins tram or bus trip to Hiroshima Station. Staff fabulous and friendly.

Great place to stay in Hiroshima and very central, enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it!

The location of this hotel is great and the staff were very friendly. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use their laundry facilities but unfortunately they were not good and my clothing never fully dried after 2 hours and smelled really bad. If doing laundry is a must, I would look at other options.

The hotel location is really great and in a very walkable neighbourhood. The bathroom was clean. The room was small with limited counter space, the latter being a bit restrictive. The room also had lots of dust on the walls. The free breakfast was a nice touch.

Pretty cool place with all the necessary amenities in a great neighborhood.

Nice and clean in a very convenient location.

Nice that they offered coffee and bread in the morning. Staff spoke English, which was helpful. Rooms were tiny, however, and the lobby music was a bit unpleasant.

Staff spoke great English, complimentary breakfast was yummy. Comfy beds and great spot for nearby food and adventures.

the rooms are clean and very classy.

Our room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in in our lives. We had no idea it would be so tiny. The bed was comfortable, but it was pushed up against the wall, meaning one of us had to climb over the other in the middle of the night to reach the bathroom. There was not enough space to open our average-sized roller bags. This would be a good room for one person on a budget, perhaps a student tourist. It was clean and efficient, but not enough space for two grown adults.

The hotel location is ideal. It is at walking distance to many interesting places. Very easy acces by public transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything possible to assure customer satisfaction. I totally recommend this place.

The AC was set up to shut off every two hours, so every two hours during sleep time i woke up in sweat. Please have the setting not shut off during normal sleep time, 9 pm to 7 am, at least.

My partner and I loved the amount of space of the room and size of the bathroom. We just finished staying in a tiny hotel and though it was sufficient it was nice to have a little more room to spread out. The customer service is an 11/10 everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was super helpful and nice. Unfortunately right before we left I saw a bug on the bed we didn't use ( I accidently booked a twin room) It was only a moth but it prompted me to check the sheets just in case. Upon moving the bed I saw what looked like spilled tea or coffee behind the bed on the wall. Once I actually checked the bed, under the top right corner had blood stains. We decided not to raise alarms as we did not know whether it was due to something other than BB as again we didn't see any but it did make us very paranoid. If it wasn't for that moth we wouldnt have even checked but since we did it left a damper on our stay. Great hotel, great staff, great location but seemingly poor cleaning regimen. Travelers reminder to always check your beds and mattresses before bringing your bags in!!

I decided to stay this hotel because of the price, but it was the best choice in the end. They give us bread and coffee for a breakfast, and it's quite accessible throughout Hiroshima. If I go to Hiroshima again, I'll stay here one more time.

The hotel was inexpensive and centrally located. The rooms are very small but sufficient. My one issue was that the bathroom smelled very mildewy. Maybe this can’t be helped because of how humid the weather is?

Great location, friendly staff.

Everything about my stay was good. From the fast, friendly check in to the baked goods and coffee for breakfast. The room was small but well laid out with a comfy bed. Very fast elevators - the Shinkansen of elevators. A tram stop a couple of minutes walk away. Room might be a bit small for 2 people - consider upgrading to a bigger room.

This hotel is very for person on a budget in Japan 👍 Well located and the complementary breakfast was very nice. I totally recommend this hotel 👍

Uncomfortable room, barely had room to open my suitcase. No view at all. Had to keep the curtains closed at all times, due to having a building behind, which made the room dark.
Carpet was dirty.

Location is ok but not near Jr station. Around 20 mins walk to station. There are quite a lot of restaurant there but most of them open at night only. Room size is ok with this price. We can open 2 luggages at the same time. And it’s quiet. Over all it’s clean but you can find dust over furnitures and even the kettle. There are 2 laundry machines but one of them is out of order. Need to wait several hours to wash your clothes. There are 2 lifts but they are small which I can understand. 3 people with 2 luggages will occupy the whole lift. However, around the check out peak time, we can see house keeper will occupy one of them. Breakfast is a pack of bread taste good. Drip coffee in room also good.

Booked this hotel based on the good reviews. It is quiet and in a good location right by a streetcar stop. The rooms however are tiny - smaller than ones we stayed right in Tokyo. They also are not as well appointed, it was difficult to open suitcases and no spaces (even creative) for storage. Was all we needed but it was cramped and by the second night we were ready to move on.

For the price I believe that the hotel offers great value, the amenities were quite high quality compared that what you would expect, the rooms were of decent size as well, I have also thoroughly enjoyed the inclusive of washing machines on the 2nd floor (just he aware they only accept 100 ¥ coins). The person that checked me in was very helpful and informative about the amenities that the hotel offers, I have my 2 night stay split into 2 separate bookings, they immediately understood my query and made sure that I the same room for both ofy nights as well as to cuty key so I don't have to come at the reception to renew it. Good Job!

I had a pleasant stay.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hallways were a little shabby especially the carpet. However when I messaged the hotel on Expedia about another guest likely smoking cigarettes indoors (judging by the smell) they promptly handled the matter and deodorized the hall! That was impressive

Great service and great location! This is a great hotel close to everything!

Great location right on the street car line and walkable to the downtown pedestrian shopping area. We had two rooms each with two beds. The room in the front of the hotel had a nice window to the street in front and both rooms had two small windows on the side of the building. The windows had good sound proofing and cut most street noise when closed. We also appreciated the Continental breakfast provided in the lobby in the morning. Overall a very good value and we really enjoyed Hiroshima.
