I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Williams Inn.
The rooms were immaculate, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant.
The inn also has a cozy yet elegant ambiance.
I can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning on my next visit to Williamstown.

Beautiful property. So easy if you have a child in Williams College.

The hotel should have a overhang - we arrived during a rain squall and got soaked unloading the car.
Additionally, the guy at the front desk Saturday afternoon watched as lugged our luggage on to a cart and managed into the hotel. Didn't lift a finger. A Williams student saw us and offered to help. Would have been nice if the front desk guy offered. Nothing else was going on at the time.

This hotel is beautiful with a perfect location downtown and the food at the restaurant is amazing. We loved our stay in charming Williamstown.

efficient front desk, very attractive and clean public spaces with local cultural vibe in decorative choices, comfortable and cozy standard room, beekman toiletries a great touch. (avoid restaurant for breakfast…understaffed and inefficient if you you want to get in with your day.). this is NOT your old Williams Inn! great job!

They didn’t acknowledge our VIP. Had to spend hours with a Expedia rep and expedite to the manager to get acknowledgment for a bottle of wine and breakfast allowance. Not worth it.

Super clean and very friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and tranquil property and the staff was nice. Our room wasn’t ready until 3:10/3:15, which was a bit irritating. The rooms were like new and the quality bed and shower helped to make up for the delayed entry. The dinner and breakfast were very tasty and we were a bit sad to have to leave after only one night. I highly recommend this place and will come back in the fall if possible.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, eco friendly, super convenient, quiet and just perfect!
Really liked location - walkable distance to shops and restaurants and quiet and secluded at the same time. The Barn restaurant which is right next door - is wonderful! Delicious, proper size portions, fresh produce, yammie cocktails. Will definitely come back.

Rooms were spacious and the restaurant was great. Staff was great too. Bathroom was a bit dated and the tub was not the cleanness.

Property ok but room small and restaurant menu inadequate

Beautiful and clean hotel
6.0
My rating reflects the fact that the room we were assigned first looked like it had been cleaned. We noticed the pillow cases looked they had been used. We then opened the bed and saw that in fact the bed was dirty with signs of dirt of the sheet. We then called the reception and they did give us another room right away which was clean. For an hotel of that class and price we felt it was unacceptable to give a dirty room to an arriving guest. The person at the reception was apologetic. We had breakfast/brunch there as well and the service at the restaurant was rather poor. We also noticed that coffee pots used by the waitress to serve us looked disgusting.
