Room had multiple bugs in it, was not clean and relatively noisy

Decent value budget hotel within 15 minute walk of central station. Room and bathroom were a little small - fine for sleeping and washing.
As this is a budget hotel room service is only every three days unless you request it. Breakfast was good value and wide range of items offered.
Luggage can be stored on site for around 60DKK per 24 hours (either before or after check out)
Fine for the price paid

We stayed for 3 night, 2 couples and two rooms.
We arrived early so we couldn’t check-in (we knew this, not a problem) there are secure lockers available on site (small charge) super easy and straightforward allowing us to set off straight away to explore.
On arrival the entrance space was bubbling, lots of people of all ages, good atmosphere… later in the evenings there were various groups drinking which changes the environment a bit. Serving drinks to obviously intoxicated people at 7am…
Overall we found the staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing extra towels and shower gels on request. Really helpful when we needed any information or help.
Everything is pretty basic which you would expect for the price, and we were all relatively comfortable - beds were soft, two duvets, 2 pillows provided.
Window could be opened so fresh air could come into the room. Not convinced the carpet was clean.
The biggest concern we had related to the bathrooms within the rooms - wet room style. Very small, which is fine but it smelt really musty and mould was visible on the edges of the shower and around door handles etc. if you kept the door closed the smell was awful especially if you’d had a shower previously. This was the situation for both rooms.
Think even for a budget hotel cleanliness and hygiene can be and should a priority, small spaces become more bearable when clean and fresh.
It served a purpose but not again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was perfect for one person – clean, cosy, and well-designed with everything I needed. It included a small kitchen area where I could heat food or make a cup of tea, and the fridge was handy for storing essentials. The bed was very comfy, and I appreciated having a TV and a work desk in the room. It was quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The ground floor has a large lounge area with plenty of seating where guests can use freely. The staff were also friendly and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is quite central. I could basically walk to the places that I wanted to visit. Highly recommended!

Overall satisfactory although some improvements are needed
1. Usage of the elevator, card is a hit or miss event
2. The room could use better lighting

Perfect for a short stay….fantastic value for money.
3.6
The rooms are extremely small and very uncomfortable. The bed was pushed to the wall. The entire hotel seemed to be overheated with no way to cool the room down. The bathroom looked like a bathroom from a plane. I would not stay there again.
3.6
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The front desk is not friendly.
3.6
I liked staying at CabInn Copenhagen. Kind and serviceminded personel. A bit of way to central Copenhagen (Stroget).
3.6
The rooms are very small and too crowded for a family of 3.
Shower encapsulates the toilet area. So after showering, the toilet area is sopping wet. A removable ladder is required for the top bunk access.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good stay for an overnight but not extended.
3.6
Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Easy access to different transport forms. Can walk into the city center
3.6
Nice place. Like the lounge downstairs...bus stop right outside. Rooms are small and cozy but worked fine for 2 of us.
3.6
Good location, good value for money
Expect a lot of school classed. Nice kids, but nousy. Okay for me, but could be a surprice for some.
Good parking facilities.
Breakfast of good quality and sufficent.
3.6
No AC in the room. The bathroom is almost smaller than the ones on airplanes.
Staff is on 24h which is good but they help people that want to buy beer and snacks before people that want to check in our have problems with their rooms. This resulted in a 40 min wait at 11PM when I wanted to check in.
Tiny rooms, prison amount of soap given for the showers.. Never again.

Im still waiting for my receipt on e-mail. Really need it

A surprisingly poor hotel for Scandinavia. The room was very small, with signs of heavy wear. I didn't want to take my shoes off inside due to how heavily trafficked the carpet was. Mildly warm weather (~20*C) made the room too hot, yet opening the window entailed listening to the screeching trains all night.
The hotel is a factory for tourists and the reception was occasionally swarmed with tour groups, creating long queues for even the elevators.
The staff were friendly, however, which is a bonus. Overall, I will probably look for a different hotel next time, even if the price is a little higher.
3.6
Wet floor leaked out in front of bathroom, very hot, only small towels in the size of a napkin. Room very badly arranged with difficult access to light switch, bad rubber like pillows. Did not try breakfast but I am sure its nice
3.6
Overall not a bad stay, was one of the cheapest options (but still a bit too pricey for what you get). Not really located by much anything. People in the rooms around us were constantly smoking, which drifted into our window all night. Hardly any space for unpacking/storing luggage. Drain in the shower was clogged.
3.6
This experience was not good. We knew the room was small, but it was not made for two people on a hot day. The room was so wars we could bearly stay inside, and when we opened the window we saw 5 big spiders just outside our window. Plus it was a lot of spiderwebs in the corner of the window. We noticed that the whole floor had poor air. Additionally they did not give us extra towels. We know we did not pay a lot for a weekend at cabinn, but we expected a bit more than this… would not reccomend to friends of family!
3.6
If you are looking for a cheap hotel (relative to Copenhagen), a private room, close to public transportation, and still within walking distance to the city center, this is the place
Service is provided 24 hours (even if you are hungry in the middle of the night).
Luggage storage, and laundry services, for a fee (not high)
Everything is clear
You don't need more than that. just sleep

My room was small and the whole hotel was very dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel at all!
3.6
Hotel was as described, a clean, practical, reasonably priced stay, especially the family rooms. Breakfast was good. The 'bathroom' pod was very small and could be improved with some hooks and small shelves. There was some road noise on the side we stayed on. Having the window closed reduced this to a manageable level but made the room quite hot. Would stay again.
3.6
Room had no air con and the room was too hot. Too noisy to open the window.
Room didn’t get checked on so no replaced towels. Not enough toiletries.
3.6
Hotel was fine for few days. Short walk to Tivoli and a shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants in opposite direction. Check out time a bit early but there are storage lockers for your luggage. Only criticism is that my room was very hot and although I could open my window, traffic noise was issue with window open. Maybe not a problem if you go outside of August. Overall I’d recommend the hotel.
3.6
The room was ok; however very warm, with poor air conditioning. The fridge was also very noisy through the night, with the plug unreachable to switch off.
3.6
No airconditioning. Very smal room with even more small bathroom. All inner rooms have no view. In general the air refreshment in the building was not sufficient. Smelly and damp and stale air in all common areas, espacially the hallways.
3.6
This is a terrible hotel. The bedroom was not clean, and the sink was clogged. Windows could hardly be opened. But worst of all was the noise, either from outside the hotel or inside.
Slamming doors, drunk people lying in the floor in the hallway in the middle of the night having a mobile call on loud speaker. Or couples fighting, screaming and crying to each other at 7am on a Sunday morning, so everyone in the atrium could hear them.
My worst hotel experience ever. Don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
3.6
The check in process took forever with there not being nearly enough staff to be able to handle the numbers... after travelling all day we needed something far more efficient. And to be honest... the quality doesnt come even close to matching the price they charged. The room, though clean, was super basic and the mattress toppers kept sliding off the mattresses.
3.6
Rooms are very very small - but that is well known and understood before your go. Fine for one, interesting for two, and very challenging for those with one child or more.
Breakfast was great. So were all the staff in the Dining and Reception areas.
3.6
Cheap hand happy
3.6
Great staff. Great breakfast. Close proximity to train station, Tivoli Gardens, and Waterfront.
Hot rooms, with no air conditioning- Fans avaiable from reception.
Clean towels and linen.
Basic toiletries.
Carpet in room tired- could do with refresh/replacement.
3.6
This hotel was meet my needs this trip!
3.6
Room very basic which we expected.
Not as clean as we would expect. Beds not comfortable
Room too hot and with the window open coild hear noise from main road all night.
Hotel staff veru friendly.
Could do with more signs around hotel for access to gym etc
3.6
It is exactly what you expect and want. A bit warm in the room. Its as big as you see and expect. A bit of a walk to the Central Station but they are about to open up the newly built areas which will make it really affordable for being so central. Both we and several of our friends use to stay here and keep coming back.
3.6
Super small room! No amenities! They let everyone crammed in the lobby room. No flexibility at all for checking in. It wasn’t great experience.
3.6
The property was okay for the money but felt more like a hostel than a hotel, even though there was a bathroom in the room. We were given limited towels and toiletries. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days so our trash was filling up. It’s also very stuffy in the room even with the window open. Beds are European- they look makeshift and are smaller than a standard twin so if you are on the bigger side, take that into consideration.
Shower has a curtain but floods the bathroom.
All in all- average stay. The tagline is basically “good enough.”
3.6
The room is so small and expensive for what you are getting
3.6
Cabinn is anice affordable hotel in the downtown of an expensive city. The hotel is close to the attractions and many restaurants.
3.6
Simple and minimal yet perfectly sufficient.
