My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Apple tree ling is a lovely host she looks after you when you arrive up until you leave.breakfast is lovely full English just set you up for the day ..the rooms are beautiful and are very clean would definitely stay here again..

My wife & I had a fantastic stay and the location was perfect to explore the centre of Bath (only 10-15min walk away). Ling was the perfect host & produced a lovely freshly cooked breakfast each morning. Bed was very comfortable and room spotlessly clean - will definitely return.

Ling is an amazing host. The house is exquisite. She has excellent taste in her decors, blending East and West harmoniously. I love everything in the house and in our room, ours is quite tight… but she has made it cozy with high quality sheets and toiletry. Then she made us an incredible breakfast/ two actually. Cooked the poached eggs to the perfection. I’d love to go back and will recommend to anyone who plans on staying at Bath. Apple Tree isn’t a house, it’s a home.

My daughter and I had a lovely 2 night stay at The Apple Tree in Bath as a treat for her 18th birthday. Ling is welcoming, the accommodation spotless and the breakfast superb.

We received a very warm welcome, and showed to our beautiful room.very well equipped with lovely touches with the robes,slippers, biscuits ,tea,coffee and water.very comfortable bed.had a great nights sleep. Location is great,about a 10 minute stroll to the centre. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a b&b.great choice, freshly cooked to order. Would recommend staying here.Thanks to Ling x

The host, Ling, is extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection to cover all tastes, nothing is too much trouble. The room was ideal for a short stay as clothes storage space was very limited The accomodation is spotlessly clean and in a nice quite area, roughly 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre, rail/ bus station. Parking is on the street, where Ling provides a free parking voucher for your stay. Not ideal, but it is a quite street.

Apple Tree is perfect. It is about a ten minute walk into the centre, no need to move the car which you can park on the street and Ling gives you a permit. Ling and her partner are extremely friendly. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive Ling does a fantastic breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely touch with slippers and dressing gowns. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and the use of a fridge downstairs if you wanted to chill something yourself. We can definitely recommend a stay here. We hope to be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Apple Tree. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly and we felt at home and would love to stay again if we returned to Bath. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and all the facilities you need including extra details like drinking water, tea, biscuits and toiletries. I really can't fault anything, we had the best stay - try the French toast for breakfast!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre. We found easy on-street parking and used the permit provided. Ling was a lovely host and the breakfast was super! The room was spacious and clean, with a good shower.

A home away from home. So welcoming and friendly and with the most amazing breakfast. Great choice and perfectly cooked. Very COVID consciuos with all measures in place to make you feel safe. Ling makes you feel so looked after and can offer great advice on local attractions and restaurants. The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk from the town, but in a quiet street. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely and clean. Fantastic breakfast included in the price with a really great choice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, lovely colours and a good size en-suite. Ling is lovely and very helpful, chatty and welcoming. Amazing location with on street parking and a five to ten minute walk into the town centre. Would definitely recommend and will definitely re-visit Ling.
