Stayed for 1 night as we were in town for a family function. This motel is a no frills option. Very comfy with a fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

We learned marina did not reopen after COVID, nor did the reputedly "great little" restaurant. Rooms are in a two-story building and are recently renovated and refreshed: everything was sparkling clean. Flowers and ferns adorn the exterior with porch chairs available. We were very comfortable in every way, although there wasn't a chair in the room (had to sit on the bed). Micro-fridge and coffee maker always a plus. Bath and bed linens were very high quality. Shower temperature and pressure very good. HVAC responsive and effective. Television selection included all the basics. Bring your own hair dryer, though. Nice complimentary toiletries and extra towels in the bathroom. We thought the parking lot looked a little tired and without any lines, it was challenging to know how to park. Our hostess was delightful, warm, welcoming, helpful, greeting us as if her personal guests. Convenient to gas station and casual dining. Room rate was reasonable. We would recommend to others and stay again.

We stayed only one night but the owner was very accommodating, giving us specific instructions on how to check in after hours. Very clean, beds comfortable. The only problem is the projector lights outside all night, and the blinds are very thin, so if you are sensitive to light when sleeping, this hotel will not do for you.

Room was clean, amenities limited. Had to drive for food, restaurant on site not open. No access to docks/marina closed and in an industrial neighbourhood. Easy check in with lock box and instructions. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

A better place for construction workers as we found out, they partied outside our door, smoked weed and were up at the crack of dawn doing the same thing. Thought it looked like a good place when we booked it. Had to wait until after 3:30 to get into our room as it wasn't ready.

We stayed for 2 nights and would not return. The room was tiny especially the bathroom. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets incredibly hot in the room. The motel is located very close to the train tracks and so it is very noisy. There is also a light right outside the window which woke me up because I thought it was morning. Good for a very short stay.

The property was by the water and a short drive to the public park for sitting by the lake and enjoying the view. The building is old, however, the rooms are nice. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker for personal use. The manager greeted us at check-in and checkout which was a nice touch.

We love staying here as an alternative to staying in Toronto when visiting. Close drive to the Oshawa GO station. Rooms are clean and modern. Tucked away in secluded area, don't let that be a deterrent

This was a quick overnight stay, bridging between two events in the Toronto area. I was looking for a budget-sensitive overnight option in the approximate vicinity of the Oshawa GO station, and this establishment was well-priced and well-reviewed. It was just fine: the room was clean and well-equipped, the wifi worked, the location (while in a part of Bowmanville I'd never seen before) was very close to the 401, there was plenty of parking (including a spot right outside my door) and I got precisely what I was looking for. Blackout curtains would be a nice touch, though: there's a bright light in the parking lot (which is appreciated, of course) but it shone right into my room and the venetian blinds did not block it out.

Upon checking in, we were greeted with a warm smile and amazing customer service! This cute Inn (hotel) has been recently renovated and I noticed all the little details that truly elevated our stay… the fluffiest of towels (extras tucked away in the closet), comfy linens that smelt of fabric softener like at home (not heavy bleach smell like most traditional hotels), new fridge & microwave in the room, etc.. They were so sweet in knowing we were to be checking in a little late that evening, so they had turned the heat up a touch since it as a cooler rainy day so when we walked into our room it was warm which was a lovely added touch All these little details were above & beyond, and I would very much stay here again if visiting Bowmanville (Oshawa - 15 mins away) Fabulous staff and charming / cozy room! The snowy weather - made exterior visibility limited. The room is clean- I am upstairs. The location is quiet during my wintery March overnight visit. The reception staff were very welcoming.

The service is wonderful, they are really nice and the motel setting doesn’t apply too much to this location as it’s out of the way of anything else, feels safer than a standard motel, room is beautiful and well kept and is a fantastic option for an affordable, safe, comfortable place to stay.

Nice bright, spotless room at an excellent price. My visit was in the dead of winter -- in the summer, the location would be outstanding, a marina with a restaurant, right on the water..in my case, a cozy shelter from the cold. The operator/owner obviously takes special care. Would definitely stay again.

This property was very very clean and newly renovated. I was very very impressed with the cleanliness! It’s located somewhere quiet and you’re on the water. Good value for the price! There is no ice machine !! That’s all I can say bad about it! Outside of that I would stay here again and again !
