Great location, easily walkable to several restaurants and even a Target. Very clean and fresh smelling throughout the facility. Each and every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was moderately comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Their continental breakfast is wonderful, they offer many delicious and healthy options, in addition to restocking frequently. Well kept indoor pool and hot tub on site too! We had a great stay, this will be our “go to” for all future SLC visits!

Very nice hotel, we really enjoyed it. The facility is very nice and most of the experience was great. However, the check in experience we had was less than stellular. The guy working the front desk seemed almost annoyed that I was there to check in. Got me checked in, and I went to my room. I had prepaid for a suite, but he put me in a regular room. I called the desk and told him that I had paid for a suite, but was given a regular room. He said, I guess I can switch you to another room. No apology, acted a bit like I was being difficult, because I wanted what I had paid for. Every other employee was great for the rest of the stay. Maybe not the best employee to have working the front desk on a Saturday afternoon.

We were given room on 3rd floor so we moved all our bags and everything to third floor after long busy tiring day, After we moved we realized the refrigerator is not working so they gave us room on to 2nd floor so again we have pack everything and moved to 2nd floor and here too refrigerator was not working, so we just gave up that we will use ice machine instead, and we went to grab ice the ice machine was not working, So I have to again go to 3rd floor multiple times to get ice this was so painful. Also the room on 2nd floor the bathroom basin faucet was so loose that it was about to come out. We just did not had patience to contact the front desk and explain it is just too much for us.

Newer and well maintained hotel. Staff was competent and got the job done. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Seemed like a safe area. And the complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of items. About 5 miles south of Highway 80, but that is what we wanted. We will be back.

Slow check in. Everyone was there at the check in time and only one staff person. But all ok. Sofa bed had hole in arm, whiched seemed odd. Overall good condition. Having a later check out time was really nice. Just seemed over priced for area.

Check in time was 3. Several people were trying to check in at 430 and rooms were not ready. Had to stand in a long line only to be told to come back because the room wasnt ready..very dirty and entrance had a large amount of dried blood on the ground. Nasty

Great property. Would stay again but would definitely check directly with the property for rates. We paid more through Expedia and had a problem with our rental car. Good luck trying to talk to a live Expedia Representative.

After many hours of traveling, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. There was a sign saying they were away from the desk. After waiting over 15 minutes, the gentleman in front of me in line who had also been waiting,called the number on the sign, he didn’t receive a response. Mind you it says it’s an emergency. He’d been waiting longer than me. I called the number as well, no response. He had booked through the hilton app and said he was able to do an electronic check in. I booked through hotels.com so didn’t give me an option for that. I waited almost 30 min, people are lined up behind me, and finally the lady comes. She said she had a mess in the conference room she had to clean up. She was friendly and apologetic. Shouldn’t cleaning be a housekeeping responsibility I thought to myself. Anyway, the cleaning was average, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed well, crumbs scattered. Just needed more detailed cleaning. Stains on the chair and carpet. I paid for a suite, it was a large room with fridge and sink. Had nice views of the mountains.
