Traveling as a family of 6 gets tricky with 2 teenagers and 2 small children, 1 of which has autism. Our suite style room was spacious and cozy.

I was in town because my father passed away. The staff was mostly warm and hospitality but the bartender could use a lesson in empathy and active listening.

I was there for a Arkansas State football game. For me this is a great hotel 5 minute walk to stadium..comfortable bed..overall a very nice room. Restaurant attached to hotel was very good..hotel bar was nice but did close a little earlier than I'm use to. Only I sleep better in a cold room..room didn't get as cold as I hoped. If I ever come back to Jonesboro, you can bet this is where I'll stay.

We love staying at this hotel and typically stay at least three times per year. It’s fantastic. Pet friendly. Awesome bar with live music. Great restaurant. Very close to the football stadium. The rooms are laid out so nice for our family of four. Breakfast is fabulous. Highly recommend.

I only live about 50 miles from Jonesboro, but a late night at our Son and Daughter in law's Wedding renewal, we decided not to drive home. the stay was convenient and very comfortable. had a very nice room and the facility was amazing.

Always a nice stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and responsive! Pam and Lorraine in the breakfast room are so sweet! Only improvement would to have some outside benches or chairs at the enrtrance

Always a good stay. Only reason it didn’t get five stars is because the 24 hours mini convenience store closed at twelve even though the sign and the website say 24 hours. Employees on staff at the time wouldn’t sell me drinks, snacks, or medicine.

Upon initial entry property seems pretty impressive. It’s the dirty little missed details like the filthy hallway carpets and the dirt/scumb buildup around the bathroom faucets that kinda put you off. Otherwise great stay.

This hotel is phenomenal!! We came in town to see the solar eclipse. The staff is amazing. Houlihan's is a restaurant that is connected to this hotel and the food is top notch. The hotel bar is fantastic. Happy hour provides several drink options at no charge and the bartender is the best of the best. They even have entertainment during the week (bands, trivia etc....) so much fun!! BEST HOTEL in Jonesboro I assure you!

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was not worth it. The live entertainment was only so-so from what I heard. I caught the last little hit of his show. Sounded like he should have been singing Hank Sr. but was singing Johnny Cash.

The customer service at this hotel was great and wonderful and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The beds were very comfortable especially after a long day of travel. Location was good, right next to ASU. The only things that made this not great was there was some sticky stuff on the carpet, (I’m not a big fan of carpeting in hotels in the first place) and I also wished there was some water bottles in the room like many other hotels. I would stay here again and do recommend it.
