The Rosenborg Hotel Apartments was a great place to stay for my family of five in Copenhagen! It was very central to everything. We were able to walk or take public transportation everywhere we had planned to go. We were also able to stumble upon hidden treasures when we went out and about from the space. Initially we were surprised by how loud it was outside - the garbage trucks, church bells, etc (we're not city people!), but got used to it within 24 hours.
Overall, we would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to be central and have a great time in Copenhagen!

Superb location and easy check in

We just spent a week at the Rosenborg Hotel apartment… it’s a great location close to many major attractions. Apartments were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable beds but it wasn’t equipped for the four of us. Only one dish towel for the kitchen and no toaster. Dishwasher didn’t clean glasses very well and had to ask to get more towels and pillows. Sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Huge kitchen table and spacious overall. The best part of this apartment is its location. The cafe Breto next door is a crêperie yummy. Espresso house at the corner and right there is the shopping area Strøget. Round tower straight across and a 5 min walk to Rosenborg castle. 15 min walk to Tivoli. Basically everything is walkable from there. Nyhavn is 25 min walk. I’d stay there again but this time I’d ask for more things to be brought up and I’d ask how to operate the dishwasher.

The staff was very responsive to all of our questions and handled requests promptly. Having laundry available on-site was great! The check in was unexpectedly difficult, as one of
our guests has a broken foot. Negotiating luggage without an elevator under those circumstances proved extremely challenging. For the cost of the stay (even considering the large local event taking place), the value didn't seem to match. We stayed in Lenora (#10), which was not set up for enjoyable communal space. We saw other rooms during our stay through open doors, and they all seemed WAY nicer. I can’t imagine how anyone with a more limiting condition would manage without an elevator. All in all, great location, but choose your room carefully!

Perfectly located in the city core, opposite the Trinitatis Church and its famous Round Tower and observatory, within easy walking distance to the Rosenborg Castle and King's Gardens, and to the popular Nyhavn canal. Apartments are accessed from a quiet central courtyard and are well equipped with full range of furnishings, appliances, cookware, place settings and utensils. A note for North American visitors - typical of European apartments even the 3 bedroom units only have a single washroom.

This was an amazing location, very nice accommodations, very communicative staff.

It was a great location. Close to everything we wanted to see. Grocery store a few doors down. Great communication before during and after. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The Rosenborg Apartments will be my go to for every trip to Copenhagen! It’s fantastic! The location can’t be beat and is close to anything you can possibly need (transit, shopping, grocery, sightseeing). Communication was outstanding. Two things to note: It’s directly across from the Round Tower and bells do ring at 8am and 8pm during the week for 2-3 minutes straight. Also, some of the apartments are walk up so if you have mobility issues you may want to confirm you are staying on a lower floor (0-1) or in the area with elevator access.

Had a great stay. Modern and comfortable apartment.

Very well located property near metro and urban train stations, a well appointed kitchen, and close to the local grocery. The staff were responsive to all inquiries and helpful at all times. Many thanks!

Our stay at the Rosenborg was great! The apartment itself was comfortable and accommodated all of us well. It’s in a very convenient location in the city center making it easy to walk to the metro, shopping, restaurants and many tourist attractions. The staff was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed and are available 24 hours a day. The check in/check out process was simple.
The one issue we had was noise during the night and early morning. You will hear other loud guests if there’s an apartment above you as well as the morning trash service as they cross the courtyard with the receptacles. So, just be prepared for that and maybe sleep with a white noise feature if you’re a lighter sleeper like me.
All in all though, the comfort and convenience of the Rosenborg made our stay in Copenhagen very enjoyable.

Great property, excellent communication from the host. Property spacious, clean and tidy. High chair and travel cot provided was excellent. Would have been handy to have some child crockery/cutlery. Good location for shops, cafes and restaurants and Metro only a 5 min walk away. Noisy rubbish collection each morning and the church across the road rings it's bells a lot!

Customer service just fantastic!!

Beautiful apartment, central location few mins walk from Norreport metro station, lots of good food options nearby, handy Netto supermarket on corner and useful free laundry & luggage storage facilities (after 11am check out).
As the apartment is a city centre location you will get the inevitable street noise in the evenings, courtyard noise (bins/luggage over cobbles/guests) and the bells across the street are rung at 8am everyday.

Great property in the heart of Copenhagen. Communication with host was easy and helpful. Really liked the luggage storage area available after check out.

Great location, best for families, free laundry use. Very accessible. I wish they have better pillows and blankets though. No airconditioning.

We had a wonderful stay at our Rosenborg apartment. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and felt very safe. The location was perfect - walking to many major sites, transportation, bike rentals, shopping and dining. The hosts were very communicative and reached out during our stay to check in on us. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Loved the central location of this apartment! Step outside and find everything on your doorstep! The cafe next door was brilliant for an early morning coffee fix and a Netto on the corner for some breakfast provisions.
We found the apartment to be clean, spacious and quiet. The only real noise was the bin lorries just before 8am and the bells chiming at 8am but we liked that.
The shower in the apartment was amazing and always hot. I would have preferred a 2nd wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom rather than some hooks with hangers but that was my only gripe.
Excellent communication from the hotel. Loved the ease of check-in and the left luggage where we could leave our things on the day we arrived until we could check-in and then again on departure day. Anytime I needed to contact the apartment they responded within literally minutes which was excellent so a very slick experience which worked very well indeed.
Would recommend this place for convenience to central Copenhagen it made an excellent base and for the excellent customer service they offer.

Great location, great city and very supportive staff at the apartment

Very clean and tidy apartments, well-equipped and at a great place. Nice Danish design. The keycode-based receptionless concept works flawlessly. Very functional kitchen combined with multiple groceries (open from 7 am to 11 pm every day) nearby makes family traveling very easy.
Unfortunately, there is major downside. Street side is ok despite the Danish way not-so-quiet of having fun, but the yard side bedroom was intolerably noisy. I do not mind the usual city sounds, but the noise echoing around the courtyard was unbelievable. People dragging their luggage caused a lot of noise, but the real concert was around 4 am when the waste bins were emptied. No sleeping without earplugs.
The noise insulation was poor also between the stairwells and the apartment. Guests entering other apartments made me think someone was entering ours.
Without the noise problem, this would have been the best apartment hotel I have ever visited.

Modernly furnished, clean flat with modern technical equipment; the centre can be reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes. We also liked the digital check-in and check-out and the digital guestbook in the form of a tablet. The only drawback is the lack of a lift. However, if you absolutely need a lift, you can also book another flat of the provider, which is accessible from the same courtyard and, unlike the flat we booked, has a lift.

Rosenborg Apartments we’re great oasis in the middle of Copenhagen. You could walk everywhere including to the Main Train Station for a short trip to Sweden. Very communicative a accommodating digital concierge.

Amazing location, clean, large, updated apartments. Our experience had a previous tenant who smoked in the room and a party backing on to the courtyard. We will stay again despite these unfortunate one off experiences.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. Communication was excellent. It was a bit noisy every morning as they take the trash out between 3 and 5 am.
2.5
We stayed in the DAGMAR room with 2 bdrm and 1 bath with a fully stock kitchen and large living room with flat screen TV. It was large comfortable with all the modern amenities. The location was in the prime shopping location. It’s on the 4 th floor with no elevator so be prepared to do some daily climbing. I would absolutely stay here again.

Accommodation very good and extremely central to the City - Luggage storage room as well to use for early arrival or late departure - laundry room as well - Being a Central City Hotel can be noisy! - Customer support excellent
2.0
Excellent location at the center of the old city next door to the Round Tower build by King Christian IV in the 16th century. We had a two bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. It was modern and functional, spacious with a small kitchen and washer/dryer in the basement. The beds were not comfortable even though they seem to be quite new, which was a drawback. As others have mentioned the trash cans are being emptied every morning at 6, which makes quite a bit of noise. No reception on site, communication was a bit difficult ahead of arrival. Other than that, this is an excellent choice if you don’t want to be squeezed into a hotel room.

Very plesant stay. A lot of city/street noise. One window to the back did not have a curtain which was uncomfortable. Nice curtains, but not blackout.
We will be back, and will request an apartment away from the street. 🙂

Great, central position. Apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for our party of 4 adults and one child. Very impressed with service by online staff, who were always available if we had a request and always responded promptly. Only criticism is with regard to noise disturbance at 4am and 5am during 2 of our 4 night stay, which was due to moving of bins (not at all reasonable).

Perfect location and condition of the apartment.

Rosenborg Apartments is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Copenhagen! Spacious, clean, well-equipped and nicely appointed, it offered a good base from which to explore the city but also to just relax. Nice touches are the complimentary Netflix, amenities, a vacuum cleaner and even laundry detergent! The hotel was very responsive to queries, although they were not able to attend to a minor repair during our week-long stay. On the wishlist would be: a clothes drying rack in the apartment. One downside was the garbage collection at 4 am, as the apartment we had was right above the dumpsters, which made quite some noise rolling over the cobblestones - but this is, I understand, beyond the hotel’s control.

Perfect location if you are visiting Copenhagen. A walking distance to the shopping, metro, castle and museums. The apartment is spacious and in tremendous condition. There is a grocery store a block away...so convenience is ideal at this property. They offer a washer and dryer and all of the amenities needed while we stayed.
