The room was clean. The TV still wasn't working because of Hurricane Helena but other than that, it was good.

Very accommodating. Needed a place to stay while evacuated from Florida for Hurricane Milton. We needed to add a day while electricity, water, sewage, and most services were being restored. The hotel made room for us.

This is a small town (Lincolnton,Ga) so you don’t have many choices in motels BUT I have to say that this is a great find for the price. No breakfast but it was good for our stay as far as cleanliness goes.

Great value and service. Room was a bit dated with a wobbly table and broken towel bar. But comfy beds and good ac. Would def stay again.

Stayed there a year ago and it was not clean.
We tried it again and it was much better! Remodeled and clean.
Did have to sign in online( when I called the person who answered tried to send me to another motel at higher rate.)
Young man at checkin was helpful

Convenient to the festival I attended

It was clean the small refrigerator was rusty. The power was shutdown in the area when it was restored the stores mostly stayed closed not to reopen.

Property and certainly the room is cheaply maintained/repaired. When you put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig.

Terrific owner of the Cullars Inn and they are very friendly to fishermen with boats on the property!

Simple but good in that area

Such improvements happening! We have been coming here for decades and are so excited that they are making renovations! No more carpet, but clean updated laminate flooring. No more old keys, but updated keycard locking systems on the doors, and the owner said new furniture is arriving soon! YAY!

The room was beyond run down, furniture was stained and dirty. Shower floor was cracked and dirt. What looked like a cigarette burn on the toilet seat, and toilet was so small and low to the ground it was hard to use.
We checked in and had to hurry to our friends place, when we returned and really looked at the room, we decided to leave. We didn’t even stay.
We’re going to ask for a full refund. We paid $100+ for this “suite”. Total rip off

Town was very small; this was the only lodging option. It met our needs for an overnight stay.

Very affordable and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed here a few times. Decent place for a nights stay. Staff pleasant. However, during this stay wife could not use the shower because the curtain smelled so bad of urine. This had never happened during previous stays. Hope this was an isolated incident.

We love it there. If your going to Clarks Hill lake they have a large parking lot for your boat.

We come twice a Year and have rented Regular Queen Room and have had no issues. Room very clean and accommodating. We decided on Suite this time and could have done better by getting a Regular room. Furniture was very dirty, Shower floor had large crack where foot could push down and possibly get cut, drain always came off, water took over 5 minutes to warm. The Front door locks need to be changed, they lock but it takes some effort. We love this place, but we will not rent a Suite again unless they upgrade, Suite was not expensive, but some upgraded accommodations would be nice to get a real Suite feel. I would not mind paying. We will be back, but just a regular room will do. Thank you!!

Before we was to arrive, I called to make sure that we was given a bottom floor room due my husband health condition. When we arrived I was given a second floor room told that they didn't have any more rooms available to give us on first floor then when we went to our room there was only a half roll of toilet paper and no back this is the third time we have stayed at an Indian ran hotel or facility that has not been up to par for the rates that they charge we also had to purchase towels and wash clothes due to only having one per person with a heat index of a hundred and ten of course anyone would like to shower after traveling two hundred and twenty miles therefore we will not consider another Indian hotel or Inn when traveling

The property was aged but clean. It was convenient for attending a bluegrass festival at the Lewis homestead. We would return.

We stay here quite often and we've always been satisfied. The owners and staff are very friendly and look out after us. Rooms are very well cleaned & sanitized and the property is always clean as well.

It's a very basic No Frills property. Although it was a very good value considering we were commuting to the Masters Golf Tournament and other properties were much more expensive

nice enough place at a reasonable price for Masters week in Augusta about 40 miles away

Manager was very polite and friendly. The room was clean, but needs to be update somewhat. The water has very low pressure in the bathroom. You just can wash your hands in the basin. And just enough flow for the shower to just work. The water is just warm enough to take a shower with the warm water only on. It just makes it. The bed was very soft and right lumpy. Not very comfortable at all. This really needs to be updated. But it's the only motel in town so you have to take what is available.

I would choose to stay here again.

Nice place. Expedia listed this property as 25 miles away from Augusta but it was actually 45 miles. Not expecting that

Sam has been incredible to our family as we travel to be close to our Dad; while he fights cancer!

Little dated but bed was comfortable and quiet outside. No coffee maker in room but short walk to BP station if you like your coffee strong, burnt and chewy. Short drive to McCormick. Will stay here again.

People were very nice. Inn is older but fairly well kept and clean. Mattresses are worn and in need of replacement. No coffeemaker or any kind of cup or glass in the room. Room was quiet and a/c and heat worked well. Showers are short for tall people. Within walking distance of several eating establishments. Plenty of parking.
