The toilet in the lobby and the faucet in the bathroom in the room were leaking. The same type of faucet doesn't close completely, so I thought it was inferior to a 5-star hotel. The defective facilities were very unpleasant.

Excellent, spacious rooms. Enjoyed the pool area with multiple jacuzzis. The location is great as it's near many iconic shops and nightlife. Would recommend!

Traffic is quite busy in the area but the hotel is next to the subway station. Lots of dining options are just opposite to the hotel

This would be a 5 star review, however, the bedding and the immediate sleeping area was quite a bit dusty, and caused some irritation for our sinuses. The hotel is very good and the service is excellent. A great location and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a dust allergy.

The staff at Andaz is the very reason I gave a perfect 5 stars! They went above and beyond to meet all the requests. They were all so nice and make you feel like the most important person. I highly recommend this hotel even thou the price is on the higher end but the experience is amazing!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff helpful and communicated well. The indoor pool with spas are amazing. Such a great way to start and finish your day touring around. Blue Bottle right next door was a nice treat and public transit very convenient.

Very convenient to get around since the property location is in the middle of Apgujung and right next to the train station line #3. Also the staff and very helpful and the property itself is very clean and well-maintained.

방은 모던하고 침구도 편안하고 깨끗했으나 세면대의 물이 잘 내려 가지 않았고 샤워실의 물이 밖으로 흘러나가 불편했다. 비용 대비 방의 상태를 생각하면 다시 묵고 싶은 생각은 없네요!

Great location. Good place to stay for vacation. Noise level could be high from traffic since its located right in front of a busy street. The heating/ac was not working, staffs seemed they need more training. Overall nice place to stay for city fun! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby to check out while in Seoul.

A bit disappointing when staff assists another customer although I had been there first and had been waiting quite a long while already. Wish staff would try to be a bit more attentive or mindful of such issues. Although Seoul is now a very international city, I found that staff's level of english was not fluent enough for basic hotel conversations (ie - when asking for cutlery or requesting to sign up for the rewards program) Hotel is beautifully designed and comfortable rooms, however there are huge issues with plumbing - the water does not go down well in the shower or wash basin. When showering, one ends up standing in inches of water. Same when washing hands or face. As for the bed mattress, as someone with back shoulder neck issues their mattress is too soft and made it hard to fall asleep and resulted in neck pains. For a newer hotel barely a year old, surprised to find the the mattress dipping in the centre already. Not sure if there are different options but will ask in future. If travelling with baby, this hotel gets extra points for having nice amenities for baby including Mustela toiletries, Nuna baby bed, Stokke high chair in the restaurant.
