I will definitely stay here again. The staff was great. Lots of places to eat in close distance. Freeway is close by. We stayed two nights l. If you plan on staying longer then bring some pots and pans to cook in the room. But room was clean and hotel was quiet.

Great stay

We are here for medical appointments and stayed two nights, anything was good , we checked out to drive home and ended up getting another medical appointment for tomorrow, I contacted Dustin at the front desk and got two more rooms for 2 more nights, the check in and process was easy and smooth. I recommend this place, oh and we have our Chocolate Lab with us and his stay was comfortable too.

If you have to stay here for the location then I guess you have to stay. The rooms have kitchens but no pots and pans or even a piece of silverware. The only and I do mean only upside was the room was perfectly clean.

I loved how clean & nice it was especially the full fridge with microwave and a stovetop it was the perfect add on for our vaycay it felt like a small apartment & it was so affordable definitely recommend

Very close to the medical center, which is why I chose it. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, fairly easy to access the property. Only very minor inconvenience was a sticky toilet handle, causing it to run. Would absolutely recommend if traveling.

It was a nice place to stay. the room was clean.

I rented a hotel room for 3 nights in which they did not clean the room on any day. We were left without towels, soap, shampoo, products that the accommodation should provide. They did not take the garbage out of the room and when I went to talk to the manager on duty, she was very rude and She told me that she didn't have keys to the cleaning staff.

Despite having kitchen facilities, there were no dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.

The hotel is very new and I loved that in the room they gave me there was a small fully equipped kitchen.

Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. No hot water for a shower after our first night there. Checked out a day early and went elsewhere. Absolute dump.

The front office was terrible laughed at me when I told him I had 76 pounds between 2 dogs he said it was only 60 pounds well th er hotel on Expedia says 80 pounds so front desk said you will not get your money back leave he was the most rude kid ever will never go back to my place or use Expedia ever again!!

The room was squeaky clean and the bed was so comfortable I was tempted to strip the sheets to see what kind it was. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing they didn’t have was breakfast.

My Place cancelled my reservation at 8pm on the day I was supposed to arrive. Then, they did NOTHING to help me find accommodations for my family for the 4th of July weekend. Luckily, the local Holiday Inn went above and beyond to help me find a place in Reno when all their rooms were booked.

We had the best stay at my place! Rooms were cleaned and ready for us. Check in was quick and easy. We brought our standard poodle with us and they only charge $50 fee so no bad compared to other places. I also loved the space in the rooms and the kitchen and fridge. I read a lot of reviews saying they don’t provide any pans or utensils and so I came prepared with everything I’d need and made our stay so much better so come prepared with a pan, utensils, salt and oil if you plan on using the kitchen!! If not they also sell some pans at the front desk. Bathrooms were cleaned and had everything we needed. Loved that they had big bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash! The AC worked perfectly and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you my place 🙏

Arrived 1:00, they said we couldn’t have our room til 3:00. Stayed 3 nights, only two coffee in room, housekeeping NEVER came, i understand about eco saving, they could have at least, made the bed, made sure enough coffee condiments. There was no cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans that should go with a kitchenette. We almost bought groceries to cook. Provide at least a pan…plasticware to at least cook some eggs??!! Breakfast on the go for surcharge advertised to only be a frozen jimmy dean sandwich that you don’t even no where it came from:(

I arrived around midnight and found a bathtub and bathroom floor covered in black hairs. In the morning, I let the front desk know and was told that it would be taken care of. The manager called me and let me know that it was apparently due to a clogged drain. When I came back to my room that afternoon, most of the hair and crud had been cleaned out of the bottom of the bathtub but there was still hair on other bathroom surfaces. They did not fix the clogged drain so the water came up past my ankles every time I took a shower. They didn't do any other housekeeping (making bed etc) that day which was odd. I really had to question the cleanliness of the entire room and ended up sleeping on top of the comforter all week. The hotel was in a good location and was pretty quiet; if it wasn't for these issues I would recommend staying there. I was told by the manager that they would offer some kind of reimbursement for my first night but they must have refused to do it because it was booked through hotels.com and they could not get in touch in the manager for approval. I would have been satisfied with this stay had they resolved the dirty bathroom issue.

Definitely staying here again on our next visits to Lake Tahoe. The staff from check in, to during and check out were so friendly and sweet. Also, big bonus the rooms are super clean!!! Perfect room with a little kitchen area and recliner and desk. Have no complaints what so ever! Maybe for some people they want a gym or pool. They don’t have one but I didn’t mind. The cleanliness made up for it

Very comfortable beds. Coffee and tea available all day to guests. They also sell items you might have forgotten. Good location.
