It was really nice and comfortable. Took sea view room and view was nice and beach was stone's throw away. Staff and manager were helpful and courteous. Room & bathroom was clean and perfect along with balcony. Couple of feedbacks- breakfast can have some continental options instead of all heavy indian foods. And it'll be great if we can pay all bill at checkout instead of food bill every day. But will still give 5 stars as this was just a minor inconvenience.

The property rooms were nice very clean but be aware the classic room has no balcony on pictures they advertise classic room with pictures of a room with a balcony . The breakfast was ok but mostly Indian food except for eggs and cereal.in-the three weeks we stayed the four slice toaster only toasted two slices .why don’t they buy one.? One day there was no bread my wife told them to go and buy some and they did ,very poor ,on another day ran out of butter ,when I told the manager it was remedied the next day . This a nice hotel but you need to care more about your European guests .The staff were all very friendly but,a hotel should not run out of basic supplies. You pay good money to the hotel so you expect what you pay for. We would go back to this hotel ,I hope the management pays attention to this review and remedies these basic things you should not have to tell the staff to go and buy bread.

Route to reach Hotel is very narrow and awkward. Rooms are not as good as mentioned in hotel description. I stayed in both normal room and in ocean view luxury room but rooms were pathetic and small. Bathroom was small and doesn’t have bathtub. You have to ask for everything in Hotel eg bathrobes, brush, paste, room slippers etc. Hotel staffs were good and polite but I strongly believe Hotel is overrated and expansive for what it provided as I already have stayed in other Hotels in Goa. I am sorry, but I didn’t want to return to this Hotel. Rooms are not sound proof.

It is very close to the brach.I disliked that it had intense paint or renovation smell. I had a head ache because of that for all of my stay there.

Staff were good. Location on beach good. And restaurant half decent. But booked sea view rooms and didn’t get them. Booked two separate beds and didn’t get them. Management said it was Expedia’s fault so will investigate further. All very disappointing and not as booked nor advertised and very poor for a supposed VIP access hotel. Rather than getting benefits we were shafted so hotel or Expedia have something to answer.

The staff were friendly, but their standard of English was poor, so communicating was difficult. Expedia advertised the room as 2x Queen sized beds, but when we arrived there was just a double bed in quite a small room, which was very disappoining as I had paid over £70 per night for just over two weeks, when I complained we were told we would be moved in a weeks time as it was very busy, I said I had booked in September, but this made no difference. When we were moved we were moved to an even smaller room and tou could not get into the bathroom wothout shutting the door and squeezing past it. The bed was too hard and we could not get a proper filter coffee.Photos look good, but is actually just a very average hotel, which is well over priced. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was just what we wanted. There are approx 15 rooms in total so it’s a smaller place. The staff are very friendly and extremely personable, without being over nice with the expectation of a tip. In fact I heard a manager training a new person and specifically telling them to not ask for a tip or put people under the impression of giving one. That being said we did tip given the quality of food and service. The rooms are very clean and well laid out, it’s a new hotel so that would be expected, however worth mentioning. The food is top notch for the area. We went out to a few locations and agreed the hotel food was superior. Definitely take the option of having breakfast included in your stay and try the fried king fish, lots of bones but worth the effort. If we went back to Goa we would not hesitate in staying here again.
