A clean hotel with spacious rooms, quiet and had everything you might need for a short stay. Initially upon check in, our assigned room smelled as if it had been smoked in but the staff was very quick to accommodate a new room. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in Sterling Heights.

We had a great time with our one night stay at Staybridge. The room was very clean and spacious along with the hotel staff being very friendly and helpful when needed. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool but looking forward to it for the next stay.

Friendly front desk and easy check in. The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. The plus was having a real kitchen and even a freezer with an ice maker.

Clean, comfortable, staff very friendly, and breakfast was really good. They have different breakfast options than your norm continental breakfast. We had one issue in our room, and they were on top of it.

Everything was fine until we returned to our room to find out there was no housekeeping services on Sunday, that should have been mentioned at check in.

This hotel has a convenient location that we found to be safe. Everything seemed new…it was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff and superior breakfast presentation. Pool was clean and comfortably warm. Nice outdoor spaces for guests

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast choices were not good for us. There was a small kitchen in room, which made our stay convenient. For me main problem was odor from ac, the windows can not be opened, so we used ac for air, but there was a smell/ odor from ac which made the situation worse. Also we can not select heat/ cool mode. Ac does it depending on temperature which leads 20 min heating, 15 min cooling etc. Bathroom faucet/ sink is outside the bathroom. If sink was in bathroom it would have been great.

It was a great stay! The kitchen staff was AMAZING! They made the experience for us, honestly! The breakfast was great but it was more than that, they were beyond friendly and kind. They made my 2 year old niece excited for breakfast everyday, and us feel so welcomed every single morning. The rooms were clean, and the property was too. We will be back again for our next visit to MI!

excellent location, amazing service, big suite with separate bedroom. Super soft sheets and comfortable bed. Only downfall was the pullout couch mattress was too uncomfortable to use; but sleep like a baby on the couch itself! Would stay again and recommend

Place was great, with clean amenities and good food, but for some reason staff put us in a room next to a gov. funded extended stay family who decided that they'd get blackout drunk and yell and bang on the walls from 8 pm to 3:30 am. I was there for medical training as a doctor and was hoping to get a good night's sleep... Not sure what the staff was thinking when making room arrangements.
