We had a room facing the street, room 301. There was an outdoor bar 2 doors away from the hotel. There was noise from the bar until 4:00 am on Saturday night and very noisy on Sunday evening until midnight. Not good for sleeping.
Not much variety on the breakfast buffet for the price of 16 Euros.
Room 301 was a nice size and comfortable bed. Close to the train station.
Not worth the very high price we paid.

Rooms are so small, 2 ppl can't pass each other

Wonderful hotel in a stunning location, amazing customer service. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Didn’t eat at hotel but did have drinks in the bar.
Rooms have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Fantastic one-night stay. This lovely property is like a dream. Quiet and serene. Wonderful outdoor space to sip cocktails. Delicious dinner and impressive breakfast. Beautiful room and impeccable service. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

Hotel was beautiful but quite well hidden from road so parking could do with sign posting, area not car friendly but once found it was perfect!

We loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant served really good food.
The hotel was historic and had been fully refurbished to a high standard. Our only issue with this trip was that the room we had was very small. I would definitely return to this hotel, but I would make sure that we had a better room.

Very lovely property, great service, walkable to Christmas markets, many cute shops and restaurants. Don’t forget- everything is cobblestone so wear flats. :)
You can also walk a flat, beautiful path from the train station to the hotel but some parts are not paved; may find it difficult with rolling luggage. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Just lovely.

We enjoyed a great weekend at this lovely hotel. The personnel was very kind and helpful and fluent in English, French and Dutch/Flemish.
Brugge is a beautiful historic city. The Christmas spirit made it more romantic.

Absolutely wonderful little hotel next to the ‘ Lake of Love’. Within easy walking distance of the City centre and the main railway station it’s a great base to explore Brugges.
From arrival we had a warm friendly greeting with lots of information. The room was lovely with a really comfortable Queen bed and a modern bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle was available. Recyclable paper coffee pods as well. Only comment was coffee was so good we wondered why there was only ever 3 capsules there and what was the make of coffee.
We had dinner in the In The Mood restaurant and the food was lovely followed by drinks in the terrace bar which though outside is well heated with very attentive staff.
We had breakfast in the hotel on our last day and it was fantastic with a wide range of pastries, breads, cheeses and cold meats all served on a cake stand at the table.
I would certainly recommend this hotel and Brugges for a visit.

Best Hotel in Belgium by far. Good, ambiance, bedding and staff. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful location. Food was excellent and staff friendly. We loved it!

Great place. Close to everything and most importantly nice people. Their restaurant is the only one in the are that has nice food

We were greeted by one of the owners who checked us in and escorted us to our room personally. The staff and the and the owners were more than willing to help with requests. The building appears to have been recently updated and or is very well kept, probably both. Defiantly a very old building but once you are inside there are only a few tell tale signs of it actual age, the rooms are modern and well equipped. Very quiet once inside your room. The inside and outside lounges are tastefully decorated. Very cozy and relaxing environment. We would defiantly stay again and would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous small hotel. Run by two siblings who clearly love the place and work as hard as they expect their staff too. Welcoming from the start the staff couldn't do enough to make us welcome.
Check in is from 3pm, we were early, welcomed and allowed to park and leave our things there. 14 rooms only, we had 201 top floor, lovely view and so quiet. The rooms are well appointed, modern and with all the ameneties. Nespresso coffee machine, dressing gowns, beautiful Soaps. Great bar and restaurant downstairs. Check out was 11:30am. Breakfast must be pre booked the day before €25 each. Cost €20 for car parking.
Would absolutely stay there again, it's just a wonderful place near to the centre 15 min walk, yet so peaceful and quiet. An absolute gem...

A spectacular hidden gem of a hotel. Delightful in all aspects. We are already planning our next stay here. Incredibly well appointed inside and out. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Incredible attention to detail in everything. Staff were so helpful and welcoming.

Good, clean, very nice appearance. Dinner was only 3 or 4 more euros than typical nearby restaurants and the quality was very good! Highly recommended.

Perfect setting and beautiful hotel and bar/restaurant area.

This is a beautiful hotel in a quiet little haven only a short walk from the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is immaculately clean. I can highly recommend the restaurant too

The property was OK but the room was very small and they charged extra for parking that was not expected.

Beautiful property in an excellent (central) location. Very quite and well appointed. The dinner venue and menu were excellent! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The staff where amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to all amenities within a few minute walk.
The rooms are very clean and are very quiet.

We booked the smallest room without realising it. Turned out that the room was indeed very tiny. But the staffs were fantastic in the services that they provided.
4.8
A short walk from the train station, this hotel is tucked away from the busy streets. It's charming yet updated. Our room was very small - no room to even leave your suitcase out. Small room forgiven, as the bed, sheets, towels, bathroom were wonderful! There is a nice restaurant onsite - we did not dine in, but did enjoy a few drinks there at night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will stay here again next time in Bruges!

A wonderful, calming experience. Will happily return.

This place was beautiful! The rooms were great, the restaurant and bar area were incredible & the overall ambiance could t be beat. We did have to ask 3x for the air to be turned on in the room since the room was a bit stale at first, but the third time was the charm & the place was great! Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Bruges!

Great location, tucked away in parkland on the edge of the old city. Very good restaurant. Secure parking.
4.8
Beautiful hotel and very close to the centre, as well as in a calm area. The room was so small that we couldnt have our luggage on the floor. meaning we had to put our dirty bags on the bed every time we had to get something inside it. The perfect room when it comes to cleanliness and look, but impossible to not be frustrated when you cant bring a bag into your room.
4.8
It is an amazing unique place - loved every second of it there!
4.8
Absolutely lovely hotel with an updated and charming spotless room.
Great service from the front desk who met us near the street and carried our heavy luggage.
Short walk from the station and an excellent place to begin your walk through town.
