New, clean, spacious, very good services and delicious buffet breakfast. Yet, the location is a bit embarrassing as it is a bit far away from underground station. Although the hotel provide shuttle bus service, it only runs one way in the morning every half hour from the the hotel to Hakata Station.

Should be the best for dollar near by. Center of the Fukuoka. And free shuttle to the station. It can't be wrong. My next stay in Fukuoka. We tried a few others but this is the best for the buck so far. The rest are either too small or old.

15 mins walk to Hakata Station so good connections for travel and the same distance to Canal City, a shopping centre with riverside street food stalls. The hotel itself was dated in places, walls very thin, pillows very poor, room decoration was tired and bed right against the wall. Often can hear noise from other rooms or the corridor. Free facilities like the drinks, toiletries and bath salts were time-limited.

A nice stay, room and toilet are clean and have everything we need for 2 nights stay. They offered welcome drinks on check in (non alcohol) and have free shuttle bus service (in the morning till 11.30am). Staff at the counter are friendly and speaks English 😊

Had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Trad Hakata. As mentioned, the hotel is not near the Hakata station, about 15 min walk. There are other stations to take, but all are about 15 min walk away. If you don't mind walking, this hotel is for you. if not, there is also a bus stop nearby which is very convenient. Room is clean and comfortable.

Major issue was the noise - poor noise insulation means that I had very poor sleep due to incessantly noisy neighbours, and the vent in my room was producing some weird sound throughout the night that's not due to controls from my room. Besides the noise, the hotel is highly recommended - spacious room, good amenities, helpful staff, walkable to Canal City Hakata, a bus stop nearby.

Disappointed at being given a low floor room close to the coin laundry area hence noisy throughout the stay. The room was dated and slightly dirty but spacious by Japan's standards. Hotel provides a good range of amenities and is very close to Canal City.

Modern and contemporary hotel, clean and comfortable, great service, and very easy to check in and out. Location was also great - few bus stops down from the main train Hakata station, and walkable to the downtown area.

The room was small but the bathroom was great. Big bathtub and shower area. Everything looked new and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was affordable and delicious. They gave us kids amenities. It made my trip wonderful!

Excellent room and bathroom. Extremely nice staff, very clean, good amenities (excellent washing machine). About 1 km from Hakata Station, no train station nearby, so taxi, bus or walking. I highly recommend.

Located between Hakata and Tenjin. Shuttle service available. It's a long walk from the station, but there is a bus stop nearby, so it's easy to get around. It's new, so it's clean, and the room is spacious compared to other places.

Very disappointed with hotel airport transfers s only starts at 930am as our flight departs 9:55am. Further hotel unable to secure us any taxi transport even though we requested a day earlier reason all unavailable. We had to get up early n started to hail for taxi outside hotel as early as 6:15am. Suggest hotel engage a transport company to provide such service to facilitate travellers.

Nice place. Staff was friendly. The only thing I would be the unhappy about is the shuttle bus for the airport doesn’t run until 9am.. so if you have an early flight you’ll have to catch a taxi.
