Such an amazing hotel and in a perfect location. My wife and I were there for Labor Day weekend and we had such a good time. The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

A group of us booked rooms here the day before our cruise. The location was good not too busy was within walking distance for a few places to eat, farmer's market. The beach was across the street. The facilities were clean the front desk staff was good, but Sean, our bellhop was amazing!! He really made the stay great.. He greeted us outside as we arrived and gathered all of our bags. A few of us our rooms were not ready but it was cool, we just hung out in the rooms that were ready or down at the bar. Check in was easy, they gave us drink vouchers(you can only have either a vodka lemonade or cranberry juice and some other type of drinks it was very limited what we could use the vouchers for) Sean provided recommendations of restaurants nearby. Brought ALL of our luggage(s) to our room. (we had 8 rooms) Would definitely stay here again.

My Lovely Bartender’s Jill who I met last year was one of the employees that encouraged me to stay there last year for birthday. And another employee. Stayed at another hotel closed by for three days. Came back to Maren for the of my stay

Beach access and proximity to water excursions. This was a great location for restaurant options as well. Very clean and well decorated. Wish there was an option for a rollaway bed. Staff were somewhat friendly. Otherwise, it was a good stay. I would consider returning in the future.

The best staff! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful! Room was perfect. Early check-in let us enjoy even more! Room was clean, quiet and comfy. It was so convenient having beach chairs/towels available to use. Very close to shopping and restaurants without too much of the “night life”atmosphere. Sean was amazing! Will definitely return!

Very nice overnight stay at this lovely hotel on the beach. Quiet room with a great view of the marina, comfortable bed, and easy access to the beach and pool. Perfect for a quick getaway.

Amazing memories of this place. A very pleasant stay. Recently went to a resort that was night and day. If you want an amazing stay and experience book the maren. It’s just an amazing place to be in Ft. Lauderdale. Staff was amazing and everything is walking distance beaches are clean and beautiful. Just a few minutes from las olas blvd nightlife. Balcony is amazing with amazing views. Will be back soon.

It’s always a delight staying here, especially with the marina view which is an absolute gem! My only criticism is their decision to test the alarm system in the morning without telling guests at least the night before. Had I known my family would be hearing piercing alarms for almost two hours, I would’ve arranged to leave the hotel beforehand.

I liked that is was in the heart of everything but still quiet. I did use the gym the whole time I was there and one there were a lot of kids in the gym area using it as a playground. Parking is very high as well. I did enjoy the free drink tickets and that the hotel had a microwave.

I have to say, the managers and staff were excellent!! We visited during an extremely busy celebratory weekend and everyone we came in contact with - front desk, restaurant, valet, bellhops, lobby area housekeepers, etc. - were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and despite the craziness of the day, they all had smiles on their face and were personable. I would definitely recommend this property! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but Matthew Barrata and Russell Jenkins went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome despite the chaos of the day.

The staff was extremely nice, very helpful and accommodating. What I didn’t like was the pool area bar closes at 5pm and the pool closes at 7pm. It’s South Florida Sun is out extremely hot and you can’t swim after 7pm?!! You can’t even relax by the pool, you have to leave the area, there’s no vibes, no music playing just blah. The private beach area services stop at 5pm, so no access to beach towels, cabanas or umbrellas. It was Okay, I wasn’t wowed.
