Check in was great, valet service was very friendly and helpful. Night staff seemed very overwhelmed and irritated when a concert let out and the lobby was full. An extra market purchase was charged to my room, I'm assuming from this time when the employee was only writing down room numbers on paper. The morning staff were more than willing to work with me on resolution.

Good location for BOK event. Staff was friendly. Only negative is the pull out couch didn’t have enough space to pull out without moving the bed which was awkward to do.

This was actually our 3rd time to stay here, to attend concerts in the BOK center. A nice easy walk to the
concerts. Delicious breakfast!

Everything was great… the breakfast was SO GOOD, and especially wanted to mention how amazing the lady was that was overlooking the breakfast that was wearing a stocking cap… she was the kindest lady I’ve ever met, so caring!!! She made the stay THE BEST!! A million thanks to her!!

Great location to stay when we went to a concert at BOK Center.

Dirty, noisy hvac, overall poor design, layout, lighting. Extraordinarily overpriced.

2 night stay to gather with friends. Great location. Nice very clean room. Wonderful bed and pillows. The exterior door to the lobby is inconvenient especially when you’re wrangling a luggage card with two hands.

We were in room 1208. Air conditioner did not work. Was awful. The fan was also extremely loud. I would not recommend staying here.

The property is very basic for a Hyatt Place. The valet is only hotel provided parking for $28. I found that pricey for downtown Tulsa.
The worst part was the air conditioning. It was extremely loud. Sounded like an airplane taking off in my room. I eventually had to fully turn it off.

Booked a city room with a king bed received a small double room on a low floor. Management was rude and would not switch rooms. No option for room service. You can’t call In restaurant orders, you have to order in person and wait. Super disappointed with this Hyatt.

The location, atmosphere, and service all blended together made for an unforgettable night in downtown Tulsa. My wife and I were very impressed with the overall experience.

The staff was amazing, did all the little things right. Great room

Great, comfy location. Parking was tricky if you didn’t want to valet. Comfy beds, great restaurants and bartending. There’s no pool, however close to lots of walking amenities.

The stay was good but the ac was not working like it was supposed to. Avoid the top floors. Was in the 14th floor with a high ceiling room. And it was only cold in the room from like 3am to like 7am. My room got to a high of 79 from like 3pm till 8pm. Then the staff told me next time don’t get the top floor. Like how was I supposed to know that. I paid extra to be high up in a premium room with no premium service. Was giving a little fan but it did nothing. And was not able to get another room because it was sold out everywhere and everywhere near by due to a sold out concert weekend. Otherwise the location and the convenience of valet pack was great.

AC turned on and off all night long. It was impossible to sleep because of the noise from the return air vent. Recorded the sounds it made all night, Staff knew about it, didn’t seem to care much or offer any discount. In fact room was supposed to cost $236 and ended up charging me $311, which $28 for valet but where the extra came from no explanation, wasn’t offered a receipt at checkout when I played them the Halloween soundtrack the AC played for us all night long. Also you cannot adjust AC settings so we couldn’t shut it off either. Breakfast was ok, and there was plenty of homeless people around to make you feel at ease.

Well located in Downtown Tulsa near art district and art deco architecture. Good sized room with sofa and great view from the room.

No hot water and room was very noisy with flashing smoke alarm lights

Parking is horrible after midnight, and there are a lot of homeless just hanging around the hotel.

e air conditioner was so loud it repeatedly woke me up throughout the evening.

Comfortable bed and a nice room. However, the front desk agent Dave was very rude and unwelcoming upon checking in. He used a mean tone and slowly enunciated every answer he offered in a very disrespectful manner. Also, certain guests on the same floor were being extremely loud, playing music and constantly slamming doors after 11 PM (the “quiet hours”). The hotel did not address the issue after they have been informed. The nights that were supposed to be restful turned into torture. Was unable to sleep for the entire stay. Very bad experience. Not staying there again.

The hotel was very nice. The room was comfortable and set well. The only issue I had was parking. You had to valet, which was fine but the valet was not on staff between midnight and 6 a.m. I understand that they cant be staffed 24/7 but my flight was late and I didn't get to the facility until 2 a.m. I had to park in a parking garage a few streets over. Not a terrible thing just an inconvenience
