Elevator was broken...I asked for the first floor when I booked. I have 2 small dogs and I am asthmatic. They never tried once to reach out to me about the elevator!!!

First off the elevator was broke. My room was on the third floor and it’s very hard for me to go up and down that many stairs with no option for a different room. The staff at the front desk said he couldn’t do anything about it and he doesn’t have the permission to make changes yet he couldn’t tell me who I needed to talk to to make changes. The amount of active drug use feet away from the back entrance was extremely alarming. There were people running in and out of the hotel extremely loud all night long. Not to mention the amount of police activity that showed up at 1:00am over an alleged stabbing in the hotel. With the power out all night it got hot very quickly in the room. With no fan and windows that were screwed shut, this was miserable!!!! Needless to stay, a warning to future travelers….you’d be better off sleeping in your car!! Good luck!!

I must say the entire staff has been incredible to my family and I. They are quick to address any problems. Daniella, Ida and the guest services team are an absolute joy to work with. Respectful and professional. We will definitely be coming back!

As soon as you arrive it is full of homeless people sitting at the door, there is no ice machine, there is no pool, the room with the kitchen has absolutely nothing and the place smells bad. a filth It is full of dogs and very noisy at night. It looks more like a prison than a hotel. I will never return

No breakfast. Room came with small kitchenette but no pots in room or at front desk. Loud noise from upstairs guest all night. Giving 3 stars because of these reasons but if the noise was less I would’ve been a bit more lenient with rating.

There were roaches in the room and the shower curtain smelled like pee, I went and told the front desk she moved us to another room and there were more roaches… she said they clean every so often.. I asked for vac refund and was told she couldn’t. Very disappointed in this hotel especially being in Naples

The employees were cold and indifferent, poor service. Not coffee in the room neither in the machine located at the reception area. The morning employee didn't bother to explain why the coffee maker was no working, he was still busy with his cell phone. At nigh you can hear all the action in the hall area, and the other gest slamming doors all night.

Property looks rundown. We arrived late and 5 minutes aftee checking in, the front desk closed. Walls are paper-thin, room facilities look extremely worn down, and feels overall unsafe. There was a homeless woman with a huge dog surrounding the property. On the positive, the hot water pressure was fantastic.

There was only one person on the reception and the wait was a little uncomfortable been the reception area really small. The bathroom was full of ants and the refrigerator had open bottles of water from previous stay. Only two towels in the room no hand towel or hair towel.

dirty. dirty. dirty. hallway and room smelled 2 different types of awful. tiny roaches in the kitchenette. weird smell in the fridge/freezer that was running but did not work. staff was very friendly though. :)

DO NOT COME HERE, stay away from this place. TERRIBLE OVERALL. Just safe yourself the time. We had to leave the moment we checked in. It was just such a horrible experience.

The employee at check-in was pleasant, but that was it for the positive experience. The room smelled like wet noodles, the bathroom smelled like stale urine, and both areas had any issues. As for the outside, the constant smell of cannabis and shady people made the environment feel unsafe….we also had a tent city in the adjacent parking lot. Location is convenient, but do not recommend for a family.
