When I booked this hotel I didn’t know it was an Americas Best Value hotel or I never would have booked it! Shame on hotels.com to let these hotels run under 2 names. That being said, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were empty, not sure if this is seasonal or if they are broken.

Front desk was very friendly , told me there was motorcycle parking close to our room , told me there is a very good Mexican restaurant just across the street so we didn’t have to ride our bikes there. The room was huge and very comfortable with a patio . In the morning they placed towels on our bikes to wipe them down. Highly recommend staying here

Beds r comfortable, rooms were clean, friendly and helpful staff. Very well kept. They were lacking a place to charge phones and no breakfast. Office had vending machine and they have an ice machine. For a quick over nite stay all was good!

This hotel was labeled dynamic by hotel inn on Expedia but it is an Americas best in real life so that was a bit confusing. The front desk lady was very nice despite being super busy, she was handling it very well! The hotel itself has the weirdest layout, I think it used to have exterior doors but now it’s enclosed but still very weird looking! The rooms were very clean, good cold AC unit except it was super loud. The beds weren’t very comfortable but not terrible. I would stay here again if it was $80 or so but not $175. I think prices were increased because it was a very popular weekend in Sandpoint with lots of events going on.

We stayed at this hotel while we went to Silverwood. It was in an ideal location to get to and not too far from Silverwood. It was very reasonable for the cost. The only two flaws on this hotel would be the parking & the bathroom in the rooms. The shower is the same size as a trailer washroom and the door was so hard to close. The front staff were amazing to deal with and so informative. Overall this hotel was great and very reasonable for the cost.

A modest hotel located on a busy, major highway. Seems to be under new ownership, since "Americas Best" identification sign was temporarily attached to the original sign. Pool was empty and attached restaurant was permanently closed. But I had no complaints about our comfortable, clean room. It is a good overnight spot on our way to next destination. Front desk was friendly. Within easy driving distance of downtown Sandpoint.

The a/c needed to be changed to heat as we had a cool spell. TheA/C is a window-tyoe located near the ceiling in a far corner. No remote. The employee remived her shores, climbed onto the bed to adjust it. Mind you, bare feet on turned down sheets! Needless to say, i slept in the oher bed!. The shower had no cover over the drain. Just a hole viewing a dark, rusty hole. I kept wondering if something was going to come out and scare me...creepy. The employees were very helpful,polite andprofesdional (except for the bare feet on the clean sheets. The room smelled borderline moldy. Stale air. Hottub, out of order. I didnt try the TV.

The desk clerk knew NOTHING about the motel. Took us 20 minutes to find our room, then the key card didn't work. I reserved two queens room, but the beds were both old and double, not queen. Pass this one by.

Older hotel. A little quirky with the added halls around what was once the entrance into the rooms. When you open the blinds to the one window it looks into a hallway. Had dog hair on all the furniture, we did not have a dog or cat nor requested a room for one. A little dirty overall but the bed was comfortable and lady at check in was great!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted with the salty attitude of the front desk staff, to the moment we gratefully left, our experience was bad. There are no extra plugs in the room, the ceiling was mouldy, there were very few towels, the archaic air conditioner screamed like crazy. The hallway was so hot it was unbearable...it was 36c outside and it was cooler outdoors, the pool was empty. But the best part was when the entire bed and head board started vibrating, not gently either. We were told it's due to the industrial washing machine below us and that sometimes it vibrated all the way to the front desk. No elevator either. The bed was clean though and had decent bedding. This is a no go for us...not for almost $200 usd a night.

Loved the area where the hotel is. Very close to downtown, dining and grocery store.The staff are very polite, guest oriented, and bring a feel of just like being at home. Looking forward to my next trip and definitely staying at this hotel again.

A nice clean budget hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very good and the receptionist was quite helpful. Be sure to visit the City Beach. Yes Sandpoint, Idaho has a beach and the Trinity is a very good restaurant on the beach, as recommended by the receptionist.
