Very close to the sea and beach. Good restaurants within walkling distance. Occasionally noisy due to rennovation work going on.
5.0
Safe, quiet, easy parking and easy to communicate in and out.
4.0
The hotel and location is ideal, clean and friendly staff and owner. Unfortunately at night some gospel channel was on all night and kept from sleeping sound. Hotel might need some cosmetics on balcony.
5.0
Great property to stay at if you are landing in Dangriga off of a tour, or heading to tobacco Caye. Safe, reliable, and incredibly accommodating owners that stay across the street. Made sure I was comfortable and arranged a taxi for me in the morning! Great folks worth supporting.
3.0
It really is on the beach and that makes an okay hotel. Otherwise, the room could probably do with a little upgrading and redesigning in my opinion.
2.0
The beds were uncomfortable and the owner wasn’t very friendly.
5.0
The property is on the water and my deck opened right up to the sea. It is a heautiful setting and very relaxing. Also, Augustine the owner was always available whenever i needed anything.
5.0
We could walk out to the deck and see pelicans diving for fish. I few more feet was a beach bar and grill. Perfect
3.0
Very convenient location, near restaurants and the bus terminal plus on the beach. I think it is good for a night or two while out and about in Dangriga. Room is in need of upgrading, but takes care of basic needs and clean. Staff gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants which was helpful.

Our host was fantastic, very accommodating and even did laundry for us! We also safely parked our car there while we visited Tabacco Caye for a few days. We would stay here again…

Only stayed one night, staff is very friendly and helped with any questions we had about the area. They set up transportation from the airport which was great. Manuel was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The beach is small but there is a bar just across the creek that had good food and great service. We had a nice patio and loved hearing the ocean.
5.0
Our room is clean and everything works. The manager who served us is very nice and helpful.

The property is a bit run down, but nothing concerning. The cultural center is true to its word. Dancing and drums can be heard and seen easily. Dining is a short walk to sit down menu (about 6 blocks away to Island Breeze bar and grill -great food and service!)) and street vendors and food are extremely near (1 block up). Room was cleaned daily, owner is also manager and very helpful and friendly. Can purchase 5 gallon water jug for room. Coffee pot (water and coffee provided), microwave, fridge all work well. Back porch to sit and enjoy ocean view. Excellent location door to ocean less than 50 feet.
2.0
The hotel is nice it’s dated but for Dangriga it was good. The best part was the staff the owner was very attentive and very helpful.

I will come back here next summer when I am visiting Dangriga for work. Easy and prompt check-in. Room was clean and included coffee and cream, which I appreciated. Staff were courteous and helpful. Easy and quick checkout. Remarkable view of the ocean. Neighboring rooms were loud at night but I had earplugs.

Nice folks running it. Good air conditioning!

I showed up two hours early to see about dropping my bags and everyone on the property was so kind and helpful and they let me check in early. It’s right on the beach with a private patio to listen to the waves. Walking down the streets during the day or night you’ll find everyone is so kind and friendly. It’s a wonderful place full of love and great food.

Pal's staff couldn't have been nicer with help getting around town, contacting our snorkeling tour, allowing us to park in the secure area while we were off the mainland. The room was spotless and comfortable and nothing could be nicer than sitting out on the porch watching the waves.

Pals on the Beach has good, clean, basic rooms with ocean views and is conveniently close to the Dangriga bus stop. The grounds look like they may have been flooded by the ocean not long ago, but since we were on the second floor this had no material impact on our room. We needed help finding the office across the street. The neighborhood is fine and there are nearby restaurants on the Main Street but (like much of Dangriga) feels slightly run down.
2.5
Office so you don’t have to go out if you want to Stay in. The smoothie/chicken shop down the street on the corner was amazing too!

does what it says on the box, every room has a beautiful beach and sea view and I loved falling asleep to the waves crashing. We did have a power outage when I was staying there, there was a emergency electricity, we couldn't fully use it as it was solar battery, but the owner came around and explained and was very nice about it. V close to the central bus station and a short walk from down town.

First a caveat. Dangriga is not a tourist town. It’s a place where you catch a boat to the offshore resorts. If you don’t have to say in dangriga then don’t boats leave at 930 am. But if you do have to overnight this hotel is not too bad. It’s just not kept up very well. There is not a lot of restaurants here either. So just be prepared for a little discomfort before you head off to paradise

Pal's is a VERY basic Hotel. Seems to be under some updating / construction though. Over all the room was clean and the ocean view from our deck was perfect.

Deck provides nice view of ocean

The hotel is a little run down. The location is lovely right on the beach. The hosts were very helpful. Bed was comfortable and a/c much appreciated. Great recommendation for supper. Shower was hot although only one towel was good.. the other a bit threadbare. Great to have kettle and fridge in the room too.

Very friendly but overpriced.

clement and his wife were very kind and caring people. we had questions about surrounding area and clement was kind to point us in the right direction. we only stayed one night but it was within short walking distance from the bus station.

I love that it was beach front, love waking up to the sound of the sea and the breeze. I would definitely recommend this place.

Pal's on the Beach was a one night stopover on our way to South Water Caye. It was conveniently located near the beach with great views of the ocean. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for meals.
Pal's was making good use of the quiet timing of our visit in late May to do some updating of their property. The bathroom looked newly tiled and our ground floor room, featured a newly built private raised deck!
During a rainstorm, there was a water leak through the new patio door. The management felt so bad for the trouble that he bought us brekafast the next morning.
We also forgot a waterbottle behind and they made an effort to connect with us so we could pick it up. Very appreciative of their thoughtful nature!

Pals was a quaint 10 room hotel. All rooms are ocean view. They are currently upgrading many of the porches to make for a more enjoyable stay. This is not a resort just a quaint, clean and relaxing place to stay. All rooms have A/C. There is gated parking. Our group of 10 with 5 rooms had a relaxing stay. We weRe up early for the beautiful ocean view sunrise. Would definitely stay here again.
The staff was accommodating. Check-in is at the building across the street.

Clem was very accommodating, always ready to help whether it was telling you some good restaurants to eat at or phoning for taxi. Always cheerful

Great location to visit the town. Right on the beach. Great view of the sea and splended sunrise. Staff was very helpful. Solved some minor issues quickly.

Beautiful area and friendly staff.

This is the best place in Dangriga, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The owner is so attentive and truly at your service. I feel very lucky to have found this spot. Before leaving Dangriga for somewhere else in Belize, I forgot my charger in the hotel room. The owner was kind enough to mail it to the airport so I’d get it before I left. Definitely recommend!

The manger was very nice and friendly. Nice ocean view.
