Excellent vibe of living in the jungle.

The perfect place to immerse yourself into the nature that this island is famous for, especially if the Treehouse is available. Very friendly staff, and the breakfasts and dinners are absolutely delicious and always fresh.

Exactly what you will expect. The photos say all. Great food and great staff! Beautiful location near lots of attractions.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to see the real Dominica. Lovely, rustic rooms where you can really connect with nature as you feel like you are in the treetops. The staff were really friendly and I'd highly recommended having the family style dinner they provide as it's delicious and you get to speak with others staying there. Worth hiring a car as this is out of the way but plently of space to park on the road.

Large cottage room. Best is modestly comfortable. Dinners are good but not terribly varied. Same eggs bad toast and fresh fruit daily not worth $15

The location and rooms are excellent. Check-in and check-out were really easy, efficient, and without issues. The on-site meals are expensive for the area, and light comes in the windows very early (so that may wake you up) but this is an excellent hotel. Wi-Fi was relatively good, the shower worked well, the bed was comfortable, and parking was easy to find. Plus, it had excellent views from the room, a very relaxing stay.

Nice quiet rustic cabins in a great location on the island. Peaceful setting with great views of the mountains. Food is limited and expensive, and if there are only 1-2 guests there that evening, there might not be dinner served at all. There aren't really any other options for food nearby, so you may want to get groceries in town for your room. Staff is great and helpful and gave good advice on using buses and getting around the island. I would stay there again.

Tree house is totaly amazing and the views are out of this world. The only minus were the issue with internet WiFi, and a bit too open toilet/bathroom for a mixed group.

We stayed in the tree house and it was absolutely charming. The property is in a rural area but is in a great location for exploring southern Dominica.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are cute and homey. Oliver was pretty great at communicating and making sure everything was in place. And Annalisa was very accommodating and friendly.
It was a great experience during my quarantine and would definitely recommend as the location of the property is close to the hot springs as well, and also a natural romantic atmosphere.

Cocoa Cottages is AMAZING! Not only is Annalisa the nicest person in the world with tons of excellent recommendations, the location and the design of the cottages are unparalleled. We stayed in the treehouse and wish we’d booked for our entire quarantine. It’s extremely unique and you feel like you’re at one with nature, living in the jungle and hearing the river and rain. The food is also excellent and Oliver is a great communicator. Don’t miss it! We can’t wait to go back. Thank you all!

We recently returned from an extended one-week stay in the treehouse. The large private treehouse and lush surroundings are absolutely stunning and surpassed our expectations.
We very much enjoyed hanging out in the treehouse in the evenings, cooking our own meals, and falling asleep to the sound of the rainforest -- the treehouse atmosphere is superb day and night -- even when it rains!
We also appreciated the close proximity to Roseau, Waitukubili trail, Middleham Falls, Trafalgar Falls, and many other attractions in and around Morne Trois Piton National Park.
Highly recommend!
