Such nice people. Great rooms

Hopefully renovations are done by next year and breakfast options are expanded upon.

Convient for my pupose.

The property was under construction. Outside area needed mowing. Staff was great even through the tornado that took out the electricity.

The power was out at the hotel at the time I booked it (same day booking) when I arrived and noticed the power was out and wouldn’t likely be back on for days. The hotel told me Expedia would have to offer any refund. Expedia refused to refund. I will not stay at Expo Inn or use Expedia ever again. Lost my hotel $ not to mention over and hour on chat and the phone.

We stayed 2 nights. They were non refundable or we would have left. Everything was under construction which was not listed on the website. They did let you know when you got there but we had already reserved on the non refundable rate. Bed was comfortable enough but the shoddy workmanship in the "just remodeled" room was surprising. I keep waiting for a shower tile to fall on me as the tile work was just so poor. The breakfast consisted of one bag of cereal for everyone to pour from. Stale bagels and muffins and a waffle machine. That's it. Coffee was decent on day 2 but day 1 not so much. Would not stay here again even after remodel as we had already seen the workmanship in the phase we were in.

Good hotel next to convention center in Bell county. Here due to loss of power in storms. The staff were very friendly. They were kind to my dog. It made a stressful time less difficult.

I am truly grateful we were able to get a room. Our power went out and I had elderly parents who live with me. There was no available rooms in our City so we found this one about 10-15 mins from our home. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helped to get my parents a first floor room due to their elevators not working. The rooms were nice and comfortable but the overall hotel was a little dusty and not as clean due to construction going on. Breakfast was good but not much of a selection. But overall our stay was good and we appreciate we were able to get a room to stay so we didn't have to stay in a hot house until power was restored. This hotel was pet friendly as well which we were thankful for because we have a small dog that we couldn't leave home in our hot house.

The staff checking in was awesome. The hotel was being remodeled so outside was limited parking and messy. The room was big but obviously still needed remodel completion. Overall a good stay.

Very courteous and helpful

Hotel is currently under renovation. The only renovation I could see was the outside being painted. The carpet in the hallway had huge stains. The walls had chipped paint. My coworker said he saw a cockroach come out of the sink drain. The "fitness center" was closed, but even if it was open it was the size of a large closet with one treadmill and one bike. And it was right by the entrance with a huge window so not sure I would've used it anyway. Staff was very nice at least.

The woman who checked us in was wonderful! I wish I remembered her name because she made us feel so welcome as soon as we walked in! She talked with us about the area, just such a nice person! The property is being renovated so it’s outdated in some areas and new in other areas. Our rooms were outdated but clean and comfortable. Easy parking is a plus.

Our stay was excellent it was very clean the building is being renovated at the time. I was in the shower and the shower handle fell off and I could not turn off the water for a couple of minutes until i figured out how to put it back on. Overall we had a good stay and it was comfortable.

The staff member that check us in was rude. My reservations stated 2 queen beds. the room she gave me was a king with a couch. She was displeased that I asked her for the correct room.

I should have known there was a problem when the first thing the front desk had me do was sign a wavier that I wouldn't ask for a refund due to the noise and mess of construction. In my room, most of the electrical outlets did not work, several of the lamps would not turn on, and there are no USB plugs. It's as iff a breaker was off somewhere that I had to keep trying electrical outlets until I found some that were "hot". Breakfast was "ok" - scrambled eggs (a bit 'solid') and sausage links, along with the "make them yourself waffles", which are always good.

facility was dirty in general. Their was animal feces at the entrance for the entirety of my stay, never cleaned up. One room on my floor appeared to have flooding or other issue as there was a towel shoved under the door for my entire stay. Was never informed of when breakfast was and when I came down it was already over. Staff tried to enter my room while do not disturb sign was claerly hanging on my door. I also had to pay extra to get a late check out and then the staff knocked on my door at 1115am and told me I was late checking out.

The room was very big, very clean, Enjoyed my stay.

I arrived at the hotel. The lady started to give me room 213 but then said someone else had that room. So she gave me Room 209. When we open the door lights are in. One of the beds had been slept in and dirty towels were in the bathroom. Went back downstairs. She apologized and and gave us room 218. It was clean but hot. It took awhile before it cool off. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Halls was dirty. Not what I was hoping for for the price I aid.

Bed was SO comfortable!

the hotel was older and we had roaches in our room

1 night stay my only issue was I literally had to kill 41 flies that were in the room. Was attending a event at the expo a center easy walk access and the motel was sold out cheap stay but ok

The property is Sadly in need of an upgrade. Limited to three towels. Had to return the ones we had to get fresh ones.

Large & many Roaches and staff is awhere of it i was stuck here as vehicle broke down. I was told narmal for the area in this region to have these pest in the rooms.

Very safe and very clean. Pleasant staff and very accommodating. Felt right at home.

Dirty.

The room smelled like old musty smoke. The shower curtain had a ton of mold on the bottom. And there was no TV remote in our room. I would stay next-door next time.

The hallway carpet we the most filthy carpet I have ever seen with pet stains all over it. The bed was very uncomfortable. Room was by the back door that said it would be locked at 11:00 but it banged shut all night long.

To be clear, we intentionally rented a pet friendly room since we were traveling with dogs. However, we were not expecting to be in a room that smelled like a filthy dog kennel. The carpeting was filthy and reeked of urine. When I removed my shoes, the carpeting felt damp and sticky. Part of the room had vinyl flooring, why not the whole room so it can be disinfected and deodorized? Additionally, there was NO hot water. I let the water run a long time hoping to be able to shower, but it NEVER got warmer. My husband and I left at 4:30 AM, and we will never go back there.

Room was not really cleaned and on the last day I killed a huge water bug or roach in the bath area.

Hotel was dirty. Room was not ready when we arrived. No towels. Room was dirty and towels were dirty. Breakfast was gross. Old terrible food.
