Good location. Very central. Tiny rooms but that’s very typical of Geneva hotels. Biggest downside was breakfast. Not many options and it was nearly over by 8:45 am. Unacceptable.

the building is divided into 2. the main one seems more interesting. the other one has to cross a courtyard, use keys steps to open to the second building.
But very good location, central. and nice reception area.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I was there for a business trip and could comfortably set up at a desk to work. The location was very convenient and walking distance to my meetings and also to go lakeside for a walk.

Modern, clean hotel in close proximity to the railway station which was my purpose for booking. Remote check was excellent. Good value for money, room well furnished, decent toiletries and towels - couple of items damaged which I had to report

Shower door handle was broken, shelf was broken, no hot water, vanity mirror broken, water all over floor after shower, no tea or coffee, no temp control. Not a 4* hotel

Room was very small and the foot transition board was coming up in the doorway. They did have a fan in the room but very fragile and no place good to set it up if you needed to walk around. Within great walking distant of some designer store. Breakfast is not worth the $$$.

Good hotel. Check in was slow thought.

NO AC! I missed this point and I want other not to! Our room was incredibly hot and faced an alley so we had to air flow- had to lose out on $ and just get a different hotel after one night as we were so uncomfortable. Our room also didn’t have a real number on the door so it was hard to find.

The only reason I have marked the property facilities as 3 star is because not all rooms have air conditioning. I was moved to a room with air conditioning from one that didn't have it because my room was so hot. I cannot fault the customer service at this hotel, it was exemplary. The reception staff were excellent and the restaurant staff provided good, quick service.

Room does not have air conditioner. Front desk could not provide a fan even after asking. Rooms are not sound proof. There was some party on the street below and I could not sleep. Neither could keep the windows closed as it was too hot inside!

This hotel was a solid option for us. It was within walking distance to most things around the lake and it was close to the old town which was nice for shopping and food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Please don’t stay here. The rooms had no AC Units and the rooms are extremely hot. We were given rooms in another building, behind the hotel. The rooms were dark and felt unsafe at night. My children’s rooms had hair all over the bathroom floor so their room was not clean after the previous customers. I called the front desk and he try to charge me $723 more to move me to the main building. We had a total of 5 rooms and none of them had Ac Units. They hotel has refused to refund our rooms for the terrible night there.

Loved the location of hotel.
We stayed in building 2. There was a lot of construction and no air conditioning.

No AC! They are a new hotel that is still getting AC for its rooms and not every room has AC. We were placed in an annex building and my elderly family members were placed in a room that should’ve been a storage room since it has a staircase above the bed and it was extremely hot. They gave us fans but when we asked to be changed rooms they said it would be 700€ then after arguing back and forth they decided to upgrade us but at that point we were ready to check out. Never staying there again. Also, the annex building is in a dark alleyway with graffiti on the walls. So scary!

I had a lovely room with two French windows and a quirky fun Mona Lisa theme. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom fancy. Couldn’t beat the location either. I would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located. Great staff. The lower floors don't have air conditioning. They moved us to one with it.

Pricey for what’s offered but I think it’s because of the location. It was hard to find food walking distance or food shopping. The area is a busy city area. The room was small , no streaming capabilities on television, no movie channels, only 2 English channels (British shows). View was not a view. No coffee maker, no actual closet. No safety bolt on door. It was overpriced for what it was. The restaurant staff was very helpful and nice.

Hotel is within walking distance to the high end shopping street. Our room was small and decorated with nice colorful furnitures and wall art. It was however, too warm and our AC did not work. (outside mid 60's). We called the receptionist to have it fixed but the maintenance person couldn't troubleshoot it. They gave us a fan instead. I hope they'll fix this before the summer heat.
Another thing I didn't like was our shower. While the water pressure was good, the water does not drain out as quickly as we liked, which means stepping on wet puddles for a while. Maybe that's why we're placed on the older part of the building. Our stay came with breakfast which I thought was good but not much selections. Overall, it was a nice small boutique hotel near the shopping district but definitely need some update.

Great location hotel in the centre of Geneva, wonderful to get around with easy access to shops and restaurants. The gentlemen who checked me in on Saturday evening was an absolute delight, warm and very friendly.
My only negative comment is upon checkout I was asked to pay try city tax, which was already implemented when I checked in on Saturday evening, the lady on reception said it was not paid and insisted that I paid the FR 7.50 - she said it was not on the system and I offered to pay again even though I knew I had this on my card statement, I showed her my bank transactions and there it was FR 7.50 all paid.
I wasn’t impressed with the fact that I was almost charged twice for the city tax.

Nice cozy hotel. We slept with the window open as it was a cool night and relatively quiet on a Friday. We highly recommend it

I really liked this hotel. It is in (or near) old town, which is a clean, very walkable part of the city. The rooms are updated and I got a free upgrade to larger room that was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the shower was uncharacteristically large, at least by swiss standards. There was a loud and hip bar on the ground floor, which looked like fun, but which I didn't have time to sample. I guess that if you had a room above, it might be noisy. My room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. There are a number of good restaurants nearby.

I was welcomed immediately as I walked into the beautiful hotel lobby. The staff were more than helpful and friendly and the restaurant was of an excellent standard. The room was comfortable and had a spacious bathroom with all the comforts one could need. It was very clean and well equipped. I hope to come back and stay soon.

The hotel was in fact excellent., however we werent actually in the hotel. After being graciously received by a superb staff, we were led through a service door in the back of the bar, across a back alley and into a neighboring building where our room was located. Pretty humiliating.
3.0 / 10.0
The standard rooms are in a separate building behind the hotel and you have to cross huge trash bins to get to it. Not pleasant at all. Your room also looks into that. No kettle in room either and generally you feel like a second class citizen in the back alley. The room was comfortable though and modern and clean and the location is fantastic. The front desk staff were also great and almost seemed a little apologetic when they took me to the "back room" . Bearing in mind it wasn't cheap, I'd say I was sorely disappointed and won't stay here again

Nice location and room small but comfortable but was on 1st floor, so thumping the music from bar downstairs was too loud. Had to complain and it was finally turned down. As a token, breakfast was offered as complimentary.

Staff are amazing nas dining options very flexible

Stayed for 1 night.
My room was right above the bar. Could not sleep until after 2am, as they have very loud music at the bar. It’s noise, mixed with like a sound of hammer from vibrations. Loud and terrible!
Manager did offer to change my room when I called about it at midnight, but I was too tired to move all my stuff to the other room plus after a 9hr flight without sleep the night before.
But for this, staff is good, room was clean, great location!

Amazing hotel! Lovely staff professional and very smart! I would return there if I have to go back to Geneva for sure ! + bed super big and comfy

The front door of the hotel was broken; and you had to ring a bell to gain access to the lobby. Overall friendliness of the hotel was sub-par; making my stay in Geneva just "okay" and not great
10.0 / 10.0
Great place but hard to park and either no or useless AC in rooms.
2.0 / 10.0
The staff were so unprofessional, except the front desk and concierge
The restaurant staff, the house keeping, maintenance techs, so unprofessional .They never got back to us once we had an issue!
The hotel did not have AC while the weather was 100 . It was not shown on Expedia. We spent the first night in hell as we arrived after a 6 hour train ride, so there was no chance to cancel reservation. The next day, eventually they had to change our room to an apparently AC room, which did not work at all for the rest of our 4 nights stay! We reported an issue with the enlarging mirror in the bathroom which was loose, which never got fixed until we checked out.
There was a perished banana in the buffet, and only one!, we asked them to change it after we took it, and they just gave it to the next client asking for banana and they laughed at what they did but never brought us any banana afterwards. This is simply called DISSERVICE.
I will never again stay in that hotel and strongly recommend to all potential future clients to refrain that.

Be aware that there is no air conditioning. Our room was extremely hot in August.
