Flight cancelled and needed a room for one night worked great
3.0
Queuing a check in is a disaster, they take way too long per guest. The self check in is better, but not easy, luckily staff suddenly seem to appear and help. The rooms, or my room, was too dark and too cold. There was no seat at the desk, phoning front desk, operator and housekeeping was pointless, no one answered. After multiple calls I went and queued at reception and got a chair

Bra hotell nære Heathrow flyplass. God seng. Ble også oppgradert, skulle bare ønske jeg hadde litt bedre tid der.

At the time of check in, i have assigned a room twice which was not ready or make up by cleaning team and third time i got proper room.
Room were small and bit old.

The rooms was so cold. I went to reception and mentioned this and they gave us a radiator but the bathroom was still cold. The room was a good size and the view was great.

I have stayed here several times and loved it but this time not so!!
Arrived at 4pm and waited a hour to check in even thou I checked in online. A conference was checking in but you would think they would have one queue for them and another for general public.
Staff very rude and stressed
Room was very dated and not the usual standard that I have received previously.
Toiletries in bathroom weren’t filled no body cream
Will not stay again which is a shame when I have stayed so many times previously

Great hotel

instead of one whole king bed, they put two twin beds together to form a king bed, but the zipper to hold both together were broken, so I kept falling into the middle of the bed, sprained my shoulder. the doors etc had chips, fittings had rust… every where smelled moist. furniture & design were basic… bathroom was underwhelming & basic, & no hand shower. it was basically clean & old building & rooms. the reception area looks really good, the breakfast is awesome with lots to choose from. the staff are very nice and helpful. guests have to pay to park their car. it’s between a 2 star to 3 star… definitely not a 4 star

Receptionist was bored no recognition ( my first time there). No explanation about room and facilities eg Gealth club I had to find it out myself all she mentioned was dinner in restaurant which didn’t interest me. Not sure I’d stay there again despite a good price.

Outdated, quite shabby, not what expected, wardrobes etc all scratched all over

Great Location, with a bus shuttle, Had to stay in the Airport area.

One night to connect to a Paris flight. Perfect for a night.

The price for my room was fair. What I have a problem with was what they charged me for coffee.
I ordered a cup of coffee in the hotel bar. Not a cappuccino know macchiato not a latte. Nothing fancy. Just a cup of coffee 6 pounds.
I have been to the UK eight times and I don’t think I ever have to go back. They suck on multiple levels. Their food sucks. The weather sucks and they charge you 6 pounds for a cup of coffee.

My room had no heat, because I was placed in a wing of the hotel that was under construction. My room got so cold I requested to be moved but the only solution the hotel provided was space heater. Which was unsafe and dangerous. The thermostat would only blink but never turned on. Meanwhile you could hear the construction going on all around the hotel

The room was disrepair- the bathroom door was broken and dragged across the floor when it was opened/closed. The floor and bathroom counter appeared to be dirty. The bed/linens appeared to be clean and I was only there for one night. Otherwise, I would have booked somewhere else.
On the plus side, the gym is well appointed for a hotel gym.

A decent enough place to stay for the airport. Nothing special but did the job

I was told our room was "Mountain View", but reality was it was on the 2nd floor and the view was the roof of the 1st floor and direct view of A/C units, not a mountain in sight. When I booked the room, I selected the room that was Queen/King but upon arrival ended up with the room with 2 twin beds pushed together.
The bathroom was the worst. The shower head sprayed water above and over the shower door all over the toilet, on the floor, and onto the mirror. I had to drape a small towel over it so it wouldn't flood the bathroom. That same shower head barely had tepid warm water. When I turned on the lower faucet to check for warmer water, it was great. It also had a shower head extension, which I turned on and it also had a leak and sprayed everywhere. However, it didn't have a long enough extension to reach my height so I had to sit in the tub to shower myself and wash my hair. The bathroom outlet is for Europe, but the hairdryer is for UK, which I guess is pretty standard in UK. However, when I tried to use a converter for my other hair tools the outlet didn't have enough juice so I had to use the outlet by the desk. Overall just bad.

There were a number of issues. Some good, some bad.
The front desk staff: checked in by a really nice young woman. Stopped by later to find out about the airport shuttle advertised on the website [the entire reason we choose this hotel was needing a transfer to fly out of Heathrow] and was told by a young man that the shuttle does not go to terminal 4 and we'ed have to order a taxi, all the while smirking at me like i should have known this. After I investigated taxis I spoke to another young woman about more economical transfer options(who turned out to be the Front Desk Supervisor) and she was very helpful and showed me that there was a kiosk in the lobby where we could book a private transfer to Terminal 4.
The Room: tired, fixtures in WC broken and rusty, mold in the WC, definite moldy smell. Shower drained so slowly that overflowed onto the floor.
Comforter barely covered the top of the bed, but at least it was a king bed.
Food: we upgraded to include breakfast which was exceptional. Otherwise we did not eat at the hotel.

The pool was freezing cold and the changing facilities next to the Gym were not available as there was no hot water ! The attendant said that the boiler had broken 6 days ago and he wasn’t sure when it was getting fixed as it was getting refurbished ! No comfort for me that was staying for only 1 night and had chosen it for its sport facilities !

The staff either are badly trained or have too much to do as they have no interest in you or your stay. This is with exception to the bar and restaurant staff who were charming. The computer system was constantly on a "go slow" according to the staff - perhaps a new system is required as it was never anything else. Will avoid this hotel where possible

My stay was ok. Room services would not answer the phone. I had to go down to the bar and order food for them to send up. Then a creepy man delivered the food. He came in and asked me to close the door. I politely asked him to leave. He did but made me very uncomfortable. Told me to call him if I needed anything.

Unfortunately I was unable to travel suddenly due to medical reasons and was issued with a not fit to travel note while undergoing tests so I was unable to use
My reservation. I requested some kind of refund based on exceptional circumstances but the hotel wouldn’t accommodate as against policy. Things happen from time to that can’t be helped which can be very stressful for people, I agree having policies is important but certain exceptions to the rule can go a long way. I wouldn’t recommend for this reason.

When I entered, there was a big neon sign announcing that there team was there to greet me, but instead I was shuttled to a touch screen to check in on a computer.
The computer could not find my reservation. So I found a person and was told to check in at the desk. Nobody was there, so I had to wait.
When a person arrived, they didn't greet me, barely made eye contact. I handed him my passport.
After a lot of silence, he asked me for my email address, which I found odd. I repeated it to him more than 5 times, and he didn't get. I offered to write it down.
Turns out, he was signing me up for a mailing list for Radisson without my consent.
Then he gave me my key and that was it. If more than 10 words were uttered, I'd be surprised.

It is very difficult to get to the hotel from terminal 5.
The pool is large but positively frigid.
The restaurant has decent food but very limited service.
The tv didn't work.
Other than that it was lovely!

Staff and bedroom excellent but the breakfast was not great not very hot and by the time I started to it it had cooled down quickly and the quality of the coffee was terrible

Check-in was quick and effortless.....with my room avaiable 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Then it went wrong.....
My TV kept switching off every 10 mins....tho as this was in the mid c le of the dsy, lets just call it 'annoying'.
When I spoke with reception, I wss told that they eere aware of a hotel wide problem with their '3rd party' supplier, who was 'working to fix the problem'.
So, I decided to go to thre pool/steam room! Firstly, none of the lights were working in the changing rooms....and multiple lockers with their doors missing! Someone hasn't been keeping up with the maintenance! Went for a steam & sauna....but neither hardly made me sweat!! But that was NOTHING compared to how cold the pool was......FREEZING!!
No prior warning...either when booking hotel...nor at chevk-in....nor at gym when I signed into the gym!
At 7pm, when I specifically want to watch the crivket highlights.....on BBC 2 (not an any fancy channel!!) the TV did turn on....for 10 mins....then NEVER came back on at all....up until I check-out at 9am the next morning!!
Such a shame that the place is being run in this way....especially as I have stayed before (inc 5x days when stationed at Heathrow as volunteer for the Birmingham Commonwealth games!!)....and was not treated wi u h such poor facilities/services. Check my previous reviews!

Check in was incredibly slow even though not that many people in the queue. Fire alarm went off at 0645.

Long line up to check in. Would have loved a quick lane for checking in similar to the check out booth. Room was clean and quiet but it’s quite the maze once in the property. Bus to get to the airport pulled right up front. Would stay again.

The place is nice but didn’t like the menu at the restaurant no prices
Ur eating without knowing how much ur paying
And the food is expensive

The hotel room was a bit dirty, with hair still in the shower, holes in the carpet and the edges of the room not hovered so a lot of thick dust

Great location relative to LHR, found it easy back and forth to LHR once figuring out local Bus 111,105, 278 to Heathrow Bus terminal, and Tube access. Staff was great.

Really slow checkin

Its a massive hotel. Be prepared to walk awhile before getting to your room.
I really enjoyed using the health spa facilities.
Thank you.

Bar could have longer opening hours, but however, rooms are as expected amd offer great noise isolation.

Another shockingly bad experience on checking-in. No one was able to use the self checkin system which as last time broke down or didn’t recognise names or reference numbers. As a result there were long queues at the only two staffed desks. Radisson really needs to sort this problem out.

Comfy bed and pillows. Great location. Reasonable price.
Delays at check in. Room a little scruffy, needed a lick of paint.
1.0
Terrible experience from start to finish.. To start there are two radissons with slightly different names but you taxi driver will often take you to the wrong one.. once you get to front desk they tell you to walk to the other one.. no shuttle despite multiple groups of people making the same mistake. Wish I hadn’t found the right one because everything about it was wrong. Bad condition.. long check ins.. fire alarms that went off for over an hour. Stay here at your own risk
