The property is small hotel with different towers parking is horrible, easy to walk to the small town. Pool is very small. But the staff was great, easy check in and easy check out bring you passport cause they want to see the stamp.

First of all there is no air conditioning, which wound not be a tremendous issue if you can open the windows and get cool air in the evening. However, there are no screens to the windows. Therefore you get large mosquitoes and other bugs into the room. Plus there was loud music until 1am. We had booked for three nights, we just left after 2 nights ( paid for the 3 nights) and went back to Medellin. We couldn’t take it for a third evening. Also the staff advised me that UBER was illegal and I had to take their taxi service, which I refused. We ended up taking an UBER back to Medellin. Gautape is beautiful, however this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Amazing views from their rooftop! Probably the best in the area and very clean rooms. Amazing value overall.

Hotel is nice but room is small. there is no air conditioning. Has to sleep with windows open and it's very noisy outside. Also breakfast is included, but a kind suggestion if could variate the food served! Overall was not bad. Walking distance from the town and you can catch a "tuk tuk" right outside of the gate! It's a little pricey!

I love staying at Santorini, the staff was delightful and friendly, however the pillows in the rooms were to high and when asked for smaller pillows were nit granted.

Disaster from the start. Upon arrival I was told that the hotels can only take cash, not credit cards. After wrangling with management for a half hour and explaining to them that I did not bring cash, they magically found a way for me to use a credit card.
The hotel bill itself as a luxury hotel (and should have been for the $500,000 COP per night I paid). It's not. We brought a bottle of whiskey but found there were no glasses of any kind in the room. When we requested glasses from room service they brought us two PAPER CUPS and told us "no glassware is available for the rooms."
As I filled the jaccuzi tub I noticed that it was not stationary. It actually moved as I pushed it, and the entire thing was made of cheap, flimsy plastic. We filled it 3/4 full, got in, watched a series on Netflix, and then noticed as we were draining the tub that the water was escaping from their system and flooding our floor! My fiance had previously set her phone on the floor next to the tub and by the time we saw all the water it was too late. The phone was ruined and we had to buy her a new one.
As we were trying to clean things up we happened to look behind the tub and noticed that the power cord was plugged into an extension cord and the point at which they connected was laying directly on the floor submerged in the water! We are still in shock that we weren't electrocuted that night! AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE.
