It was in convenient location but the facility is very old. Not much security. Anyone can access elevator, no questions asked.

The location of the hotel was pretty central and close to all the subway and main seoul station. Front desk staff was super nice and accomodating. I like that there was a convenience store open 24 hours right across the street. Lots of restaurants right in the hotel and area to go to. Not too busy in the streets around so that was also nice. Easy to get a cab and the airport limo was super convenient when we left. Some of the rooms need updating. The tubs looked dirty so we never used them. The family room which had a washer dryer was pretty old and didn't dry the laundry at all which was an inconvenience since we had to put it all in a plastic bag and take it home with us. There were also patches and weird tape all on our roof in the bathroom. The rooms are super spacious tho and I like that they give us unlimited water which was really nice.

Room was high floor and quiet as requested. Front desk personnel very effecient and helpful with taxis. KAL airport bus drops off/picks up right in front. Bed and pillows were quite hard, but this is not unusual for Asia. Some food and lots of coffee places around. Don't eat at the chicken pizza place, however. No bus stops or subway close by. (10 Minute+ walk. Uphill back. Homeless present) Furniture in room looked like something out of a 1980's college dorm room and the dresser drawers were screwed shut! Room door was steel and reminded you of a cell door. Is this supposed to be a fire/security door? Also had to insert your room card to keep the lights/ ac on. Only allowed one room cleaning for 5 night stay, but would give you water, towels, tp, etc upon request. TV had lots of channels, but very limited English. Offered bag storage if you had a later flight. Many tours offered pickup at this hotel. Did not try the food in the hotel. All in all not bad for a budget place. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Property is need of a refresh. Hallway carpets are worn and stained. I had the bedside light not working, told front desk at 7am. When I returned at 6pm the light was still not working.

A little older building but we had a clean room with 3 beds, lots of room! We had a minor issue with the shower and it was fixed in minutes by staff. Only down side was no door chain lock.

I booked on behalf of my parents, who said: the room was modern, clean and comfortable. While you had to pay for breakfast, it was tasty. The only downside is finding the hotel - even our taxi driver had a tough time.

The hotel is more like a hotel/residential building, hence the room (accommodation) is big - a studio style apartment. Spacious! Got a double bed and a sofa bed. It is very handy to have a washing machine when you stay in summer time in Seoul. Air-conditioning is great. Got a hob and fridge too. Very suitable for a family to stay for a few days. Good location too. But if you plan to use laundry and hob, need a bit of washing liquid and a pan as there was none.

The room was vey clean and big for three of us with a sofa along with lots of storage spaces for clothes and even for shoes. Having breakfast on the 24th floor was also excellent.

Excellent Hotel for a good price in downtown Seoul close to many attractions which are walkable from the Hotel including the mail Seoul Station. Best Buffet breakfast in a 3 week trip through Asia and it has a view from the 24th floor.

Stayed in 3 different rooms one 10 days as i traveled back and forth to seoul. It's a good hotel, that i often frequent... but the furniture is starting to show wear and tear. One, the shower handle was improperly installed so water pressure was very low, mold in corners of shower... it's just starting to feel old.

We opted for Ramada on two separate occasions for our impromptu trips to Korea, mainly due to limited options available at the last minute. Our experience with the hotel overall wasn't great; it appeared quite dated and urgently needed renovations. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with stains, mold, and cracks visible in the bathroom in the Deluxe double room we occupied. We reported a broken in room safe and it was promptly replaced. On our second visit, staying in a superior double room, we encountered dirty coffee mugs and a teaspoon, which was rather off-putting. The room's provision of only one bedside table struck us as odd, and the visibly dusty windows hindered our city view unless opened. Despite these issues, the reception staff were friendly, and the room size was bigger than most hotel rooms for its price range in Seoul. Our decision to stay at Ramada was primarily due to its proximity to Seoul Station, ideal for our four large suitcases. There are a couple of small convenience stores and a fried chicken spot nearby for late night snacks if desired. However, considering the price charged, the hotel fell short of expected standards. We'll explore other accommodations on our next visit to Seoul.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, room very spacious and clean, great location to myeongdong shopping centre and Seoul train station with also free car parking if you have a rental car.airport bus service directly in front of the hotel so convenient.

Overall a pleasant experience with many amenities: fridge, water kettle, washing machine, free water, iron and in-room safe. It would be even nicer if there is access to a microwave. The food court in the basement was a plus. It’s within walking distance to Seoul Station. Will definitely stay again.

There is construction around the property at the moment, and it was very difficult to bring the suitcases from Seoul station to the facility. Also, the room was very hot as you cannot turn air conditioner on, nor can you open the window to ventilate. It was like a sauna all night
